Director's sister? The response from a general manager with a good-looking name is the worst. At the reception desk, I was asked about my symptoms, and when I went into detail, they interrupted me and said, ``Wait a minute.'' When I tried to ask again if I could be examined for this symptom, they interrupted me again with their hands, saying, ``That's why.'' Please sit down and wait.'' I felt very uncomfortable. If I couldn't get it checked out, I would go to another hospital as soon as possible. Also, even though the clinic was supposed to open at 9:30, the phone was still on voicemail until around 10:00, and even if I did get a call, I wouldn't get through until I called about 30 times. There are two receptionists, but why? I thought it was impossible for me to become a reliable family care provider.

As others have written, the receptionist doesn't pick up the phone even after opening hours. The doorbell rang at 9:30, but I didn't get a call until around 10:00. They don't seem to expect there to be patients who are desperately calling because they're not feeling well. Also, the doctor's "sister", the woman who was answering the phone (I'm pretty sure she's actually visited the hospital and checked), asked me about my symptoms, and as I was explaining them, she interrupted me and said, "This is what I'm talking about. The attitude of "just answer what you're asking" is obvious. In my experience, patients who listen to me obediently and give me the information I want right away are very conscientious. On the contrary, I felt that the receptionist clearly showed an attitude that irritated the other person when it came to patients whose answers and behavior were unnecessary to her. The teacher is normal. I don't talk much. I feel like there's no nurse available, or because I'm doing everything myself, so it's taking a long time to see the doctor.

Close to Hamamatsucho/Daimon Station. You can make reservations online, and they can also see you during your company's lunch break, which is helpful. The interior is calm and very beautiful. The downside is that it was a bit crowded, probably due to the cold season, so we had to wait for 40 minutes. Well, it's better than a big hospital, so I have no complaints. Also, the hospital name is lame.

Due to various circumstances, I had no choice but to go to this office on the day of my injury, but perhaps because I was in a slightly different field (non-specialist), the response seemed to be troublesome. (Others have also written similar things) Later, when I went to another hospital, I was told, ``You could have at least given me advice on follow-up care, or reminded me to go to 〇〇 department,'' and that the delay in treatment had delayed my recovery. I realized that that's what I was saying. The doctor at this clinic was nice, but I felt like he didn't really care about the patient's situation or symptoms. . There are multiple people at the reception desk, but there seems to be a lack of trust among each other, and there doesn't seem to be any coordination. (I didn't get an answer to a question I asked over the phone by the deadline). I get the feeling that one of the people on the other side probably thinks it's the other person's fault (the other receptionist or the patient) who doesn't follow the rules, or something like that. I didn't think to ask for advice again... This is a one-sided story from my perspective, so I think it's best not to take everything at face value. I'm sure patients with symptoms within our specialty wouldn't feel bad about it. .

The manager's response was very polite. I couldn't move, so he carried me to a taxi in a wheelchair. Thank you very much for responding so quickly to the letter of introduction despite your busy schedule!! I was very relieved by the message I received with the letter of introduction. I appreciate you sincerely. I would also like to use it if I have the opportunity.

Both the teacher and the receptionist were very kind and nice. I was relieved that the medication was prescribed appropriately.

Thank you for taking care of me as an outpatient for fever. Both the teacher and the manager were very kind and I had a good impression of them. I felt that it was a hospital that I could feel safe going to and would recommend to others. It's best to be healthy, but if you have any other issues, please let us know.

After reading the review, I immediately knew who the director's sister was (lol) He was wearing bright red clothes under his white coat. Talk to customers. It makes me laugh because it creates a friendly atmosphere (lol)

I was diagnosed with cold symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, and nasal condition, but they didn't see any swollen tonsils, and they diagnosed me without using a stethoscope or even touching me, and gave me medicine. My symptoms didn't improve, so I went back two days later. I was diagnosed again without touching it and received new medicine, but even after a week, there was no improvement in my symptoms. I could see that it was dangerous not to palpate it and that he had no intention of curing it.

While traveling, I couldn't bear the pain in my stomach, so I happened to see a doctor near my accommodation. Although I was full of pain and anxiety, I was truly grateful for the staff's kind response and kind words even though I was in an unfamiliar place. thank you for helping me.
