I
often
feel
stressed
and
dissatisfied
when
visiting
a
hospital,
but
this
is
the
first
time
I
have
felt
this
level
of
dissatisfaction
and
distrust.
At
the
time
of
making
the
reservation,
I
informed
her
in
advance
that
I
would
like
to
have
a
prenatal
checkup
and
that
I
had
a
referral
letter
from
another
clinic,
so
I
made
a
reservation
for
the
prenatal
checkup.
When
I
told
the
receptionist
again
that
I
had
come
for
a
prenatal
checkup,
they
didn't
say
anything
in
particular,
so
I
gave
them
a
letter
of
introduction
and
went
to
see
them,
thinking
I
could
do
a
prenatal
checkup.
I
only
got
an
echo,
and
I
was
advised
to
refrain
from
caffeine
and
exercise,
which
everyone
knows,
so
I
had
to
quit.
In
the
end,
she
was
told
that
it
was
still
too
early
for
a
prenatal
checkup,
and
ended
up
having
to
pay
for
the
ultrasound
test
(9,000
yen)
at
her
own
expense.
Even
though
the
letter
of
introduction
stated
that
an
ultrasound
was
performed
at
the
previous
hospital
and
a
heartbeat
was
confirmed,
and
that
an
immediate
prenatal
check-up
was
recommended
at
an
obstetrics
and
gynecology
department
that
can
perform
prenatal
check-ups,
this
time...
There
was
no
explanation
or
follow-up
that
the
patient
would
only
have
to
pay
for
the
echo
test.
I
felt
like
I
was
wasted
money
on
double
charges
because
I
was
given
the
exact
same
ultrasound
test
as
the
one
I
had
received
at
the
clinic
where
I
had
written
the
referral
letter.
If
you
look
at
the
ultrasound
photo
on
the
referral
letter,
you
can
easily
determine
that
you
cannot
undergo
a
prenatal
checkup
yet.
Furthermore,
when
I
asked
the
receptionist
if
I
could
have
a
prenatal
checkup
next
time
if
the
fetus
had
grown
larger,
I
was
told
that
they
would
not
be
able
to
do
a
prenatal
checkup
the
next
time
either,
so
I
would
have
to
pay
for
it
myself.
TRUE?
For
some
reason,
I
couldn't
trust
the
attitude
of
the
teachers
and
receptionists.
