微妙に内装をリニューアルしていますね。トイレが綺麗になっていたり、いつの間にか喫煙ルームも撤去されてたり、キャッシャー傍の自由席の椅子がかわってたり。
人手不足の昨今、そのしわ寄せがここにも来ているようですね。人手不足というよりトレーニング不足というか、余裕がなくて自分の今やるだけの事しか見れてないスタッフが多いように見受けられました。過去にも書きましたけどとてもサービス料とか取っていいレベルではないなぁ・・と。後ろに客がいるのに目の前にたって配膳待機してたり、今回頼んだオーダーが注文から30分以上たつのにずっと来なくてヤキモキしちゃいました。評価は下降の一途を辿ってますな・・・。
【202001追記】
セッション会員のポイントが貯まると招待状がもらえますが、何とその場ですぐ使えなく(当日という意味でなく、次の予約をその場で)、後日電話で連絡しないといけないという意味不明仕様です。熱心な音楽ファン・お一人様は注文多くないからでしょうが、自由席を減らしている公演が多くなっていて残念ですね。客商売としてはそれが正しいのでしょうがユーザビリティが総じて低くなっていると感じました。サービスが良いわけでもなく1ステージの値段で他のライブハウスでは2時間は堪能できますから足が遠のいています。

常連になると予約番号を無視して座席を確保できるようです。例え会員になって予約番号が一番をとっても確保されてました。
演奏者は超一流といった方たちが来ますが、スタッフは一流とは思えません。普通のお店のように常連とその辺で話してますし、サービスは普通って感じですね。値段は一流ですが。PAも一流とは思えなく、人数が増えるとぐたぐたになる事が多いです。一流の場所なら育ててではなく、経験豊富な方を入れてほしく思います。
追記:普通の席はLCC並に窮屈で、とても寛いで食事をしたり音楽を聞けるとは言えません。ゆえに、周りを気にせずに自分の世界に入れる人は問題なくおすすめと言えます。自分は隣の人の鼻笛とか気になってしまうタチなのでその日の運によって評価が変動しまくりです。
