One of the biggest public pool. Friendly front-desk staff. Big floor plan with every type of sports including Archery, Martial arts you can imagine, all relatively good. The Swimming pool itself on the 3rd floor is amazingly clean and very well looked after. Shower cubicles were private and clean, shampoo and shower gel can be used. Not the cheapest, it cost me 800¥ for 2 hours, but well worth it. (Minato-ku residents get it at 500¥). Little more pricey for a casual visit than some of the other wardoffice sports centre. Free bike parking. Certainly going back.

I can only speak to the gym. ¥800 entrance fee, unless you live in Minato (¥500 I think). One power rack, one bench press rack, one smiths machine, three free weight benches, limited db weights - only up to 30kg. Required to sign up for power, bench, and smiths limited to 20min sessions. Staff idiotically won’t let you move benches around, even for the pointless bench that lives under the smiths machine. Go when it’s not busy (AM) if you have no where else to workout. Otherwise go anywhere else.

It was a beautiful gymnasium, so there was a high percentage of women. It's relatively close to Tamachi Station, and it's not dangerous even at night.

The pool is small, has a separate fee from the gym, and is expensive to use.

I come here to exercise 800 yen per visit. Excellent facilities, free weights, machines, benches, possibly other areas but I haven't used them. Follow the rules, be respectful, work out hard, and enjoy the rest of the day. Great place for travelers to get in some quality exercise.

Entrance fees 800Yens on 3rd floor for the day (if not going out) - table tennis on 8th floor - shower room etc .., Badminton on the next room (separated). Crowded from PM7:30~PM9:00, usually there is a lottery to get 1 table ... That means even you pay entrance fee 800Y, you are not sure at all to play ! Lottery is renewed every 1h. So you might just wait 1h the next lottery, and maybe never play if you loose every time to get a table. When there are more people than tables, a lottery determine who can play for 1 hour. But this lottery is quite not appropriate : for example, unfair players come at 3 (5) people, they get 2(3) tables at lottery (because 5 players participate to lottery) but eventually 1 table is occupied by only 1 person, rather than 2 players (as impair umber of player). So if you are coming with a partner (2 person), and send 1 person to lottery and he/she fails in lottery, you can just watch 1 table occupied by a lucky lottery player, who is just not playing because he is just alone ! So be aware that this place is crowded in the evening, and rules are not so fair sometimes. If you come in day time, I think there are more tables than players, so there is no lottery. Be careful in the evening time. Better consider another place with eventually some possible reservations.

Great place for sports The gymnasium are large, air conditioned, and clean. Good quality courts for bball and badminton etc The fitness gym is large, and has a wide range of equipment. Though, the quality of the equipment isn't the best. It's older and fairly awkward (pec deck, rows, shoulder press etc.). It's best to stick to free weights here, but those areas are smaller and fairly busy. So my recommendation is to go to any AnyTime or other gym for training.

I only went to gym, it’s quite big, a lots of dumbbells, but there is Only one free weight rack, if go after 5 pm need to be wait for awhile. One Smith, one bench with weight, and there are other three benches for using. Also, another 2 benches for light weight training. Please follow the rules of using equipment. If have no idea how to do, just fell free to ask. 800 for non-citizens but no time limit. Enjoy!

User friendly and convenient. Their website is in both English and Japanese and some of the staff members speak English as well. They have a separate section for female weight lifting which is very convenient as the normal weight lifting section can get crowded! There is a lot to do from martial arts to tennis, basketball and swimming! And no need for a contract! For those who live in the area, subscription is free and you just pay ¥500 for each time you use the gym.. So convenient!

Whole building sports center with basketball courts, badminton courts, indoor and outdoor running course, gym, indoor swimming pools, climbing gym, multipurpose arenas, and much more! Costs 800 yen per entry, and 500 yen if you live or work at Minato-ku. Everything is clean and well maintained. There are also playgrounds and restaurants nearby, great for families and weekends well.

Good place to drop in to play ping pong with other people who enjoy the sport. 800¥ to enter the complex, 18 tables all located on the 8th floor. Must have indoor (not worn outside shoes). There are other sports you can play here but I didn't explore any of the other areas.

Beautiful sports facility in the middle of Tokyo. Starts at the third floor. I went there to participate in the Minato-ku Archery Association's weekly practice. Indoor range, unaffected by the weather.

Good Part-near to stations, facility is huge and has variety. Bad Part-Cleanliness is not good, some people dont follow indoor shoes rule and simply walk in with outdoor shoes and staff dont check that properly. Machines and bench in gym are old ,rooms need refurbishment, the ac indoors needs to do better ventilation, the duct inside the ac grills shows lot of dust stacked up like a snow and needs deep cleaning of the ducts. Needs a good cleaning and upgrade.

Decent gym for Japan standards. Equipment is not too old and there’s a small free weights are. Not too busy on a Sunday morning

The facility still looks new and clean, but the staffs are not quite kind nor friendly!!!! There is a lot of room for improvement. They Do Not Know What They Are Doing and What They Should Do!

  • 4/5 Slobodan M. 7 years ago on Google
Decent gym. It lacks some basic weights or machines but if you are visiting for a few days, this is a perfect gym for 800yen a day.

Great for ping pong. 18 tables. High level of play. Friendly people. Nice facility. Have to wear a swim cap to go in the pool. None for rent but can purchase a swim cap!

  • 3/5 mafija T. 3 years ago on Google
For starters it's expensive. ¥800 for 2 hours. The indoor pool is hot... The place is hot... Must wear a swimming cap! or else no admittance to the main pool, only jacuzzi bath. Luckily, the parking is free for said 2 hours while using their facilities.

it was my first time and they treated me very nicely and went out of their way to make sure everything went swimmingly ( no pun intended) highly recommend especially since you get access to gym and pool for ¥800

Nice space and swimming pool, problem is gym, don't have Crossover machine

The gym area is handled by an unintelligent dispatcher and the service is the worst. The level at which the exercise volume resonates throughout the room and causes hearing loss

👍 Would rate this place a 1 but then again I didn’t get to climb there so won’t take my rage out on them and will only give an assessment on the details from my experience. The access is pretty bad and it’s far from Shinagawa train station. As a long time climber I decided to go climb here after work...

👍 Although it is somewhat narrow, there is a favorite Nautilus biceps machine, and I use it when I want to change the mood on an arm day. I have not entered a weekday, but it was not crowded on a holiday afternoon.
