(Translated by Google) I used to go when it opened I was banned from taking photos entirely Good for regulars, for new and unfamiliar customers I felt cold. I was about to go home Seemed to be kicked out. If it is forbidden to stay for a long time, why not display that fact? Even if the toilet is broken, What about saying? I don't think it would be a problem if there were too many customers It was one of my favorite cafes, so it's not a shock.

A great cafe in Hiroo tucked away in a small alley that should be visited. The maple cinnamon latte definitely stands out and is worth the trip alone. The space is nice and the vibe cozy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They serve food as well. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Cool rustic cafe, with eclectic decor and glorious woods throughout - tables, chairs, pillars and beams. Great cacao chai latte and avocado toast. Was informed there’s a no photo policy (after these were taken), which is a shame. Showcasing the quaint and cosy vibes to encourage more patrons would be good.

Great little cafe in Hiroo! So this is definitely a “destination” cafe, i.e., not a coffee shop you’ll probably find strolling around the area. A short two-minute walk from the nearby park and, into a small alley and you find this incredible cozy coffee shop. Fun and comfortable to sit, a selection of cookies and great coffee. Highly recommend

(Translated by Google) Photography is prohibited for all photos, including food. Dogs are useless, children are not welcome and many are prohibited. The taste is good, but the price is high. It might be comfortable if you become a regular. I felt that no new customers were needed. (Original) 写真は食べ物も含め全部撮影禁止。 犬もダメで、子供も歓迎されず禁止事項が多い。味はいいけど、値段は高い。常連になれば居心地いいのかもしれない。新規客は要らないのかもと感じた。

It’s a shame we use to come here all the time since the cafe first opened, and the staff were super friendly. As soon as I returned after having a child we weren’t welcome anymore. Totally not family friendly, if you have kids then don’t bother. You will pay for an expensive coffee (which is ok) with a bad attitude because of having kids and be made to feel completely unwelcome. I recommend down the road SawaMura for any families/ great coffee and super family friendly and still super cool vibe- I use to go here religiously and take all my friends, sadly I will not go back.

(Translated by Google) I really like Nemu Coffee's coffee, the personality of the owner, and the space. I think I should ask the owner why I can not shoot. I thought that the words and intentions of the owners that they want to be local shops where local customers visit daily and take a break rather than crowded shops with tourists and distant people are wonderful. I would like to support the store's stance that shooting is not possible. You can see people who argue against it, but it is strange why the owner of the shop complains about what they decided. It is rude to insist on being able to shoot as though it is your own right, even though there is a mark that you can not shoot. You should normally check if you are shooting. I am sorry that I can not go through the same restaurant.

What a delightful cafe with absolutely delicious coffee! As an Australian - we are very picky about our coffee and boy did this one hit the mark. I also had the egg on toast which was delicious. The space is lovely to spend an hour or so relaxing and enjoying the vibe. One of the best coffees of my trip to Japan!

As soon as we came in we were told no photos were allowed and that we can only sit for 1 hour. My immediate response was... okay?? It kind of dampers the situation to be told before you even order weird rules; I just want to come to cafes to relax and chat and sometimes take pictures. Nevertheless, I sat down with friends and the worker who told us the rules just gave me bad standoffish vibes and I was excited when the hour ended and me and my friends left. We were cafe hopping in the area and there are much better ones very nearby, better to just check those out.

DISCRIMINATION ALERT at this coffee shop! If you are a coffee lover (coffee shop lover) living nearby Hiroo, Azabu, Roppongi area, you know where to go. Sawamura, Maruyama, Blue Bottle, Bricolage bread&co. etc. We’re a family of three who love to visit local coffee shops, but never been to this Nem Coffee&Espresso until I got to accompany my friend who happens to be this shop’s favorite customer, so they allowed us to sit there over than 2 hours despite their “1 hour policy due to Covid”. Today, I went there again with my son because I saw that the shop was quiet and there were only 1-2 customers when we arrived. After finished our meals, the shop was still empty with only 5 customers including me and my son, but they don’t allow us to sit over than 1 hour and had to come to ask us to leave. My 6 yo confused and asked them why we had to leave? They explained their 1 hour policy(which I already knew) so I asked why they allowed me and my friend to stay almost 3 hours the other day. Is it because I came with “a kid” today? But my son was studying on his iPad drawing something quietly and not doing anything disturbing other customers, why would he need to leave? My son was so sad because he was concentrating on his work on iPad. They said “not because of the kid, but because my friend is their favorite customer”. My friend often comes to the shop, so they allowed her to sit longer than other customer(and I was just lucky because I came with her last time). What does it mean? I just can’t believe what I heard. They are not a kid discrimination?, but a human being discrimination?!

What a cool little cafe with gorgeous couple running it! I could easily spend an entire afternoon in their wonderful homely establishment. I tried the coffee there and it was good. The homemade raspberry millionaire was buttery and tasty. The menu contains interesting looking non coffee drinks such as soy chai as well as other fancy lattes. Will go back and try them all

Got tall maple cinnamon latte and cappuccino to go. The ambience is super chill and has that hipster Brooklyn vibe. Near national azabu and you walk into a small residential alley way. The staff is friendly and patient explaining the different kinds of coffee. Next time I'll come back to drink inside! Unfortunately no pictures allowed for the menu and store!

Found this High rated shop in google map so i decided to try. Just ordered caramel maple latte, it was nice smooth and flavourful. Location is quite unique that hidden from the crowded place. Nice simple interior. A part from that i can't give anymore comment due to no photo allowed seems to be unfriendly. But it's nice coffee shop and no complaints at all. Recommended for coffee break hang out

A cute and relaxing atmosphere with a good variety of drink and food items. I had a Maple Cinnamon Latte and an Egg on Toast. Both were delicious as well as visually appealing. Tucked into a little alley, it's easy to miss but worth finding! Very friendly staff as well. I would love to come back.

Lovely cafe with perfectly made barista coffee just opposite the park. Very small and cosy, but with a charming minimal design aesthetic that feels cosy without being cluttered. A perfect way to start the day. The tuna melt sandwiches are delicious. No photos inside, which is a shame but it was so relaxing being there focused on our banter and coffee without distractions. Thanks you!

This place is Hiroo's best kept secret. It's hidden in a little residential alley near the supermarket. As many times as we were nearby my one only regret before leaving Japan is that we didn't find it sooner in the 90 days we spent here. Such is life. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating for us and our little one. If you've got kids I would say it's fine to leave a stroller outside, and if you get a table inside there's enough room. Otherwise save it for a date lunch. The iced maple cinnamon latte was delightful and so was the banana bread. I can tell that both recipes were crafted and refined over a long enough time that the results were fine items with balanced flavor. The vibe was perfect: cozy and warm, but still felt modern in a way. In fact it very much felt like a modernized kissa (but without the smoking—thank God).

It's a nice café. Tiny and cozy. It's a pity you can't take pictures! I would like to have a memory. There is a big table, and behind it I think it's the staff room. It was uncomfortable they had to pass behind you in such a narrowed space. Some of the staff were asking clients to move so more people would fit. It would be better if they have smaller individual seats. You can only stay for an hour, so I felt like it's not ideal for relaxing. Maybe just grabbing a quick drink and go!

Really nice place. The staff are super nice and friendly. The coffee was ethically sourced and delicious. Love the decor inside and the relaxing music. A good mix of Japanese and ex-pats. The staff speak amazing English as well. The location is tucked away. It's nice and quiet. Perfect for a lunch break. I'm visiting from Hakone and will be back again with my family. Thanks for the coffee!

Wonderful, quiet, and quaint little cafe in a small back alley with fantastic food and drinks for breakfast or lunch. The maple cinnamon latte is my favorite coffee drink in the city, the irish hot chocolate (with a bit of whiskey in it) is a great afternoon treat, the tomago san is a fantastic and light breakfast sandwich, and the gallette (only served after noon) is a hit amongst every visitor I’ve brought. Seating is limited, and it’s not a cheap spot, but very much worth the time and money when i want to treat myself.
