Blue Bottle Coffee offers an exceptional coffee experience that is truly a cut above the rest. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the enticing aroma of freshly brewed coffee that promises a delightful treat for your taste buds. The coffee itself is excellent, boasting rich and bold flavors that satisfy even the most discerning coffee connoisseurs. Each cup is expertly brewed, ensuring a consistently high-quality taste. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a meticulously crafted pour-over, Blue Bottle Coffee delivers a delightful and memorable caffeine fix. One standout feature of Blue Bottle Coffee is their mastery of the art of poached eggs. These are undoubtedly the best poached eggs I have ever eaten. The eggs are perfectly cooked, with a velvety yolk that oozes out with each bite. Combined with the expertly toasted and fluffy bread and a sprinkle of seasoning, it creates a harmonious symphony of flavors that will leave you craving for more. The staff at Blue Bottle Coffee are not only proficient in their craft but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They speak English fluently, making it easy to communicate your preferences and ask questions about the coffee offerings. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast seeking recommendations or a curious newcomer eager to learn, the staff will gladly assist you, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The atmosphere at Blue Bottle Coffee is undeniably cool and inviting. The modern and minimalist interior design creates a relaxed and trendy vibe that's perfect for catching up with friends, getting work done, or simply enjoying your own company. The cozy seating arrangements add to the overall charm, making it a place you'll want to linger in.

Great espesso-based drinks! very nice interior. They even have a terrace, which should feel great on warmer days. However, I felt that customers who were sitting closer to the entrance were pushed to leave more abrasively rather than the people sitting more inside. It did not feel good, but maybe it is just me.

The inside is spacious, but there are not many seats, so you can spend a leisurely time with a cup of coffee in the spacious store. There is a terrace, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee outdoors. It's nice that there are fewer people than Blue Bottle in Shinjuku.

This was our favourite coffee place in Tokyo. They do incredible espresso-based coffee and light bites. The crispy avocado toast was so damn good!!! The only downside was how packed the place was. They have a decently sized space and even a lean outdoor space with bar seats facing the street (very pretty) but the snaking queue never ends, so be prepared to wait!

Always nice to see crowded and packed coffee house. Just like this one. Nice, modern, modest, bright and large. The outdoor seating are also nice. Taste are OK. Not fantastically good, but it is more than average. Good spot, I’d rather say, than the taste however. Good place to relax.

Maybe their second branch in Japan, standing quietly in the back alley of Omote-Sando, just 5min on foot from the station. The interior was renovated recently. Stylish, lively yet totally cozy vibes. They serve not only dripped/latte, but also some sweet/savory snacks (pls see the pic, avocado toast😘). Might be busy on weekends, but strongly recommend for cozy café lovers.

Great coffee place to relax with good quality coffee! Nice little bar terrace to enjoy the sunlight ! A hidden little gem 💎 on the second floor. Spacious and also staff understands English so it’s good! You can find tea cups and coffee to take out as well ! If you go wirh your 🐶 dog just ask to take out your coffee. Just as a note it’s up to e stairs and no escalator so watch out.

The restaurant was almost full at around 13:00 on weekdays, but After a while, it became quite empty. It seems to be very popular among people overseas! It was sunny and very warm outside. The coffee is iced latte and hot latte, both are very delicious ♪

The coffee here is really delicious. They make some of the best coffee I've ever had. The atmosphere and customer service are good. The store has an open feel and is a space where you can relax.

The atmosphere is nice and it located in 2 floor of a building inside the beautiful small alley in Aoyama. I sat in the balcony and enjoy coffee and sandwich with the cozy sunshine, natural trees and silent alley. When you mentioned blue bottle coffee, the high quality coffee brewed by great coffee bean. But the boiled egg sandwich is just ok because the toast was not soft tasty. Nevertheless, it is still good enough to take a rest after shopping in Aoyama and Omotesando.

Single origin (Ethiopian) drip coffee was really good. Seating space is cozy, not too crowded. You can also sit in the balcony. Would've loved, had it been easier finding cream and sugar for the coffee.

I loved this place! It was dreamy and the view outside was literally perfect. Coffee is great just like every blue bottle cafe, tried the special siphon in this branch and it was really good!

I went there because it was a cafe that opened early in the morning. I came out after having so much fun. The brunch menu was decent, and the coffee was really delicious.

Needless to say, this is the great Blue Bottle. Went for my go-to hot latte, it’s smooth. Not tooooo difficult finding a seat in the cafe but it is quite full throughout the day. Nice neighbourhood to hang around so don’t make it your only stop!

Very good quality of coffee and really nice space to chill (during the weekend is crowded)! It is always nice to be back here and drink good coffee!

Really nice cafe in the Omotesando/Aoyama area. One of the more spacious branches of Blue Bottles in Tokyo and has a nice atmosphere. It can get crowded since it is a popular cafe. Outdoor seats available too.

  • 4/5 Wei Chun C. 2 years ago on Google
Nice vibe with decent coffee. No electricity outlet, so if you want to do work here, suggest you charged your stuff beforehand. During weekday, it’s already pretty popular. Therefore, might expect to hard to find seats here.

Coffee quality never disappoints 😋 but this place gets really crowded on weekends. You’d have to line up for a while to get a seat.

Second time returning to this cafe and hope to come back here many more times. It is a wonderful space for both meeting people, reading, doing some work or just enjoying the coffee. There are plugs if you need to charge any electronics as well as great seating. It is spacious and bright and the staff is very kind and attentive. The coffee is excellent too and they have a range of non-dairy options for milk if you are into that. Pricing is similar to what you find anywhere in this neighbourhood. I would recommend to come early if you don't want to wait in line for a coffee.

  • 4/5 Eva A. 4 years ago on Google
The latte is not the best of my version, but taste good tho! The waffle also tastes ok. Love the ambience, even though its quite crowded, made me feel bad if I want to stay longer for working, but still worth to try ;)

  • 4/5 Alan T. 5 years ago on Google
It wasn't crowded when I reached here for an early brunch. Coffee was good not super-wow, although I'm disappointed it wasn't served in the blue bottle. It was served in normal coffee cups. Coffee art was simple and not over-done, concentrating on the coffee itself. The food is nice and simple too, small and flavourful, just enough to kick start the day with.

  • 3/5 Raphaela H. 5 years ago on Google
The people are so kind and smiling all day. I came here twice but they never get me disappointed. But the atmosphere is really up to the density of crowd. It is more likely tourists' place than real local spot. The interior design is really modern and cool with some greens in and out. If you want real coffee itself then kindly suggest you to find another.

Very good cafe around Aoyama area. There provides variety choice of good coffee menu and beans. It’s good place for grab and go, because of it a famous cafe, it very crowded and too much tourist. If you looking for more quiet place, this is not a good place to spending time.

  • 4/5 Perry M. 1 year ago on Google
It's a blue bottle, so you generally know what to expect. The staff are nice, the coffee is good. Both staff members at the register could speak English well, though I wish the one who served me would have spoken in Japanese so I could practice properly. The floral latte was really good. Generally the coffee was a bit expensive. The cookie was ok, but served cold unfortunately. The shop itself has a little more decoration and not quite as sterile as many locations can be. It's an open floor, so it gets noisy.

  • 5/5 Dennis G. 1 year ago on Google
It’s such a scene here… you walk in and 80% of the customers judge you so plan your OOTD lol. Sometimes I ask myself if the high price is worth it… drink Starbucks or nespresso and you should be able to judge for yourself. Personally I think it’s worth it. Warning: The place next door with the 1st floor terrace made of wood sells coffee as well but they use a nespresso machine and charge Blue Bottle prices!!! Unbelievable.

Avocado bread. They have avocado bread. And it's actually good. Of course the coffee is good, too, and all the staff are super cute. Obviously it's a gorgeous space, with a balcony nonetheless. It feels rather perfect, with its free, strong WiFi. BUT I couldn't find any outlets, so no way to charge your laptop, or phone.

New Orleans wasn't as good as what I had in Seoul. It tasted really different! My glass had a fishy smell to it (probably not rinsed properly after washing?). Nice vibes though, if you manage to get a seat.

Just a stone’s throw from Omotesando station, a nice place to chill and sip good coffee. I ordered an iced latte, changed the beans to winter espresso, it has the sweet aftertaste and super aromatic. Staff knows their products and is able to provide a great recommendation about baked goods with coffee pairing. A good place to stop by, will definitely visit the cafe again!

Good balanced coffee and decent food. English menu available. Bright and airy vibe with lota of tablea. Busy.

  • 5/5 Royce H. 1 year ago on Google
Great cafe located on the 2nd floor with good music too. However, there were no plugs and I could not connect to their WiFi on my phone (only laptop). Sunlight may fall on your table depending on the time of day.

  • 5/5 Justin S. 3 years ago on Google
Outstanding coffee. This is a cool place to go hang out in an open space and just chill. But watching the coffee being made is neat, and the taste is tremendous. Staff were friendly and there’s an English menu too. Maybe the coolest location in Tokyo of all the branches.

Classic Blue Bottle outlet, minimal, fragrant, comfortable and forever crowded. The house blend is probably one of the best coffee around. I’ve never tasted better.
