They take reservations so I would really recommend making one as it fills up extremely quick. They really pushed the dumpling soup as a must try and usually I would be quite skeptical but it very simply is the best dumpling soup I've ever had so they don't so this for no reason. Everything I tried was delicious and affordable, if you want an intro to izakaya this is a great starting point.

Food was good, but not as great as the hype says in the reviews! Prices are very reasonable. Our servers on the second floor were so friendly, nice, and professional! Fumi was very nice to us and explained everything in great english, which made it really easy for us to order. The guy at the front desk on the main floor can be a little bit more welcoming and patient.

The ramen is good and the waiter is nice. Foreigner is welcome as well. I have the soy sauce oyster oil special ramen. Taste quite good. Their signature "dumpling bun" is like shiu long bou with a thicker skin. Taste fine. All and all I recommend go try and will return if no other food choices.

Usually we tend to check the reviews before eating but for this one time, we entered this place while walking by without reading the reviews (which we regret). This place is a SCAM, sorry but there is no other words to explain. There is a mysterious 300yen charge per person which they claim to be for service charge. I cannot understand what services they gave us. The food prices are way too high priced that too for taste that is below average and portion that is too small. Even before we could enter the store, the clerk informed us that they only receive payments via credit card. For two small fried gyoza (that almost looked non existent, we paid 2100 yen). The price is hard to digest for taste that is so mediocre. Is this the manner and hospitality you show to your customers. Never have I been so mad and angry with a dine out place. Do not recommend this place at all.

I went here with 2 colleagues for small dinner and a drink. The service and staff is really good - they welcome everyone so polite and friendly, and also helping out and also speak english. The food was not really tasty for me, but i only ordered 2 things. The price for the food is rather high for Tokyo, especially because the portions are small. The beer was good though. I recommend this location as a drinking bar, i could imagine a great experience.

Make sure you know what you want before you do that! There is all you can drink beer, whisky and this weird lemon sour drink (not alcohol) well at least it did not taste like it. It is pretty cheap so if you are not picky on whiskey and beer, go for it! I am picky so I would not do it again. 1.5 hour limit though. Beer is better than the whiskey and I hate beer! The Mabu tofu has beef in the sauce. I am not vegetarian or vegan so it did not bother me but just FYI. Near the Roppongi sign. If you are bigger you will fit in this establishment. Fantastic Izakaya with some delicious soup dumplings! The service is great, they are very energetic and responsive to guests. Also the location is just right by the Roppongi station so it's easy to access. The other thing is that a lot of people know and visit this spot so it's best to come with a reservation. They have lots of promos depending on the season as well!

Ok food. The soup dumplings are great... Unfortunately several of the other signature dishes were already sold out even though I had a reservation. The idea of fully humanless-service is efficient. Super friendly staff. We got a noodle dish that was good but the gyoza were fried and tiny. Disappointed. Not the bigger steamed/ fried ones I was expecting. Lots of tourists here. Had to wait 15 mins to get a seat upstairs, no big deal. Next time will try the soup dumplings but until then I will search for a better gyoza spot. Would like to see another ramen type option and steamed gyoza.
