My wife and I stayed for two weeks in November 2019 as a temporary living situation before moving into a new apartment. We paid for an executive floor and breakfast. Our stay was exceptional. The breakfast in the main restaurant is in the top 5 hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The executive lounge was great for a snack or fresh squeezed orange any time of day at no extra charge. The staff were incredible friendly and helpful, as you'd expect in Japan, and English skills were top notch amongst the majority of the staff, especially at the executive level. The building itself was only completed in 2018, so everything still feels nice and new. It's about 3 minutes from the hotel entrance to the Tamachi JR station, most of which is covered in case of rain. I couldn't recommend Pullman Tamachi highly enough.

What a fantastic place to end my Japan travels. Located conveniently next to Tamachi station. You can take the elevated walkway straight from the station to the second floor lobby, great for people with larger luggage. The room was nice and the facilities were ultra clean. There was a football team staying at the property the day I arrived, and I was mistakenly taken for a footballer. What an amazing compliment! The bar staff was super friendly. You could tell they were pals. I look forward to coming back.

I have to say this hotel is incredible. When researching the best luxury hotels in Tokyo I was at first surprised to see this place consistently in the top 5. Then we stayed here for 4 nights and I totally get it. It's connected right to Tamachi station which makes it incredibly easy to get around Tokyo. There are also two large high rises right next to the hotel full of restaurants and bars all within a few feet of the hotel entrance! The room was clean and spacious. Everything you needed was within the room for a comfortable stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was also nice to get drinks at but the bar in the lobby was fantastic! I have to say this will be the place we stay every time we come to Tokyo from now on!

The best hotel in Tokyo for me because of location, the smile of employees, no need to name anyone specifically, all of them are nice and helpful, best service, breakfast of high quality. Comfortable rooms, I passed nearly 18 nights, the stay was excellent. Thanks to staff and management. Keep the standard high and we will be back in your hotel.

Had a wonderful experience starting from the checking in process until when it time to check out. The hotel location is also conveniently located as it is “attached” with train station nearby. The room is clean and well furnished, all the usual ammenities you’ll ever need during your stay is provided. The service provided by the executive lounge staffs were excellent. Top. Will definitely come back again the next time I’m visiting Tokyo.

One of the best hotels in the city. We stayed here for two nights. Very clean and modern rooms with great rain shower. Comfortable King beds available. We had a nice view of train track and extremely quiet room. It is close to train station, restaurants and Starbucks. They also can store your luggage before you get there.

Located amongst offices, the area is quiet most of the day. You'll see lots of people for the morning commute & after work. Lots of office workers at the restaurants after too. But the selection of restaurants had been great for that reason. Some do close relatively early so try to get to those by 8pm. We really enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to get around!

Very conveniently located hotel in walking distance to e.g. Tokyo Tower directly at Tamachi station. The hotel features decent rooms, which are extremely clean, though the rooms facing the rail road are a bit noisy during night time. The restaurant is good and the staff very friendly and forthcoming.

Fantastic hotel First, location: Very well located, right next to the Tamachi station and the JR Yamanote line which can bring you to many spots such as Shibuya or Akihabara. Also the metro line is a few meters next to the JR Station. Second, rooms: Very well equipped, a good size desk for the ones here on business trips, comfortable mattresses (not too soft, but not too hard), modern and calm. Third, service: Each and every member of the staff is very professional, speaks a good English, always here to help, and with a smile. That applies for the KASA restaurant too. The only point of improvement I have would be to have a pen in the room (forgot one at home). This says a lot on the quality of this hotel when I only have this as a point of improvement...

The rooms are clean and large enough. Staff couldn't understand that we had already paid extra for additional breakfast and lounge passes so we essentially just lost that money, however they were good enough to book us a taxi when requested.

I loved our stay here so much! The location is the best- very close to Tamachi and Mito station from where you can get almost everywhere within Tokyo. And the Tokyo tower is also in walkable distance. The breakfast is absolutely perfect- with western and great Japanese options. The staff was super friendly. I will absolutely stay here again in the future 😍🤩

Great location next to Tamachi station. Rooms clean, good size and amenities. Service was outstanding and always helpful. Multiple menu options for breakfast. Also nearby a Life Supermarket and amazing restaurants.

We had to change our dates twice during our trip for our stay in Tokyo. Your staff were amazing and made the changes happily. On arrival equally helpful. During our stay, we were treated like family. It's so nice to stay in a hotel that looks after its guests with care and concern, especially when you are from another country. 10 out of 10. 5 stars all the way.

Top notch hotel. I will to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to Mr. Jordan Redwood. Jordan provided excellent service for my family and me. He even went out of his way to assist us on multiple occasions. We really enjoyed our stay in Tokyo and will definitely be back soon. It has been great pleasure to be a guest at Pullman.

Extremely clean, gorgeous hotel situated perfectly adjacent to train station. Plenty of dining and shops nearby. Excellent staff, always kind and friendly. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Pullman hotel. It is close to Tamachi station. Even Life market is available next door to buy the food supplies. Staff were very humble and sweet. Room size is also big. Laundry service is available. We didn't use it though. Sit out lounges are great.

We revisited Pullman Tamachi Tokyo after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic, and I'm pleased to report that the hotel's exceptional service and facilities remain consistent. The warm and familiar greeting upon arrival instantly made me feel at home. To my delight, I was upgraded to the hotel's only Deluxe Suite, which was incredibly spacious and featured a generously sized shower room with a lovely bathtub. One notable highlight was the Executive Lounge, operating from 8am to 9pm, and offering evening cocktails from 5pm to 7pm. What sets this Pullman apart is its unique provision of wine and beer throughout the day besides coffee, tea and juices, ensuring that guests can unwind and relax without even needing to retreat to their rooms. The evening cocktail menu featured a fantastic variety of alcoholic beverages, including sake, wine, whiskey, plum wine, beer, and more. Additionally, they served a selection of dishes such as salad and sashimi.

Our last four nights in Japan we spent with you. Two rooms - so our teenager could have some space! We loved it. Everything about it. Close to Shinkansen and metro stations. The great supermarket Life for our quick dinners after hectic days in Tokyo. Your executive lounge for daily refreshments, We felt very looked after and really enjoyed our time with you! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is good, close to JR Tamachi and Mita Station in Asakusa Line, which can take you from Haneda airport to Asakusa Temple without hassle. The surrounding area is good, with lots of eateries. I also walked to Tokyo tower passing Keio University . The room was perfect, even though close to the train station, but I could hear the noise even when a shinkansen passed by. The staff were nice and helpfull, and fluent in English. Breakfast , The bar, and lounge were great. Wifi was fast.

My second time here as my most favourite hotel in Tokyo. Very warm welcome from every staffs and helpful. If there is a small onsen replaced than fitness room that will be most wonderful.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were amazing and a highlight. Location is excellent - so good having the JR line so close. Breakfast is extremely good in the downstairs restaurant. Lounge was great as well. Nice place to relax before going out to dinner and at other times of the day. Gym is a little small for the size of the hotel, probably the only downside. But again, cannot fault any staff experience. They were all lovely, professional and helpful.

I spend a lot of time in Tokyo and I must say, this is a truly excellent hotel. Staff were wonderfully helpful and the room was modern, clean and spacious. An example of Japanese hospitality at its finest. I will always be staying here in my future trips. Thank you so much for a great experience. -Jafri

well, for me this is the best hotel in Tokyo and I have been in a few... first of all the location is wonderful, close to anything that you can think of.. and Tamachi station is 2 minutes walk. the staff is amazing from Of the manager and to all his employees. the food is also great and filling and they always trying their best to make you happy and fulfilled.. rooms are quite big with all needed amenities. fitness center is also great, although not big enough for professionals but you will probably find there everything you need. oh and the shower is amazing.. one can lose time while taking there a full power shower.

Very good service. My only issue was that the parking garage ticket gate doesn't accept credit card. This is not a problem if you're staying as a guest, as you can include the charge on your room charge. But, if you're just visiting, you need to have cash. I had to reverse back to my parking spot and hunt for an ATM.

Very convenient location, just 2 minutes walk from the train station. Right next to a large office building, ideal for business if you wish there. Excellent housekeeping service, responsive at all times of the day, including at 3am.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location and only if your office is near Tamachi. Other than that, I do not see why this hotel should be considered 5 stars. 1) Not recommended for light sleeper as it is right beside the train track. You can start enjoying the "music" of trains from 5am ish till around midnight. 2) Breakfast is so-so. Try their scrambled eggs, I have never seen a worse version. 3) As long as you do not sit and shower, you will make the whole floor soaking wet. Many other small things that just made staying there a poor experience overall.

Luxury hotel with many train lines nearby. Staff were super friendly. However, I found that the rooms were slightly unsanitary, with hair and dust on some items when we first entered. Other than that, everything else was good. The view from our room was amazing too!

Great hotel well situated next to Tamachi station. Very quiet and you cannot hear the trains which is great. Also excellent dining options at hotel and close by

Amazing hotel that was a perfect to our stay in Tokyo. Stylish, comfortable, and conveniently located, the hotel was everything we were looking for. Breakfast is full of variety and of high quality. The room is full of amenities and equipped with the Japanese modernity. The cocktail menu is creatively inspired by Japanese and international cities. We went first for the welcome drinks but really had to try the signature cocktail.

Had the privilege of staying here during the pandemic. An excellent reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo as soon as you enter the foyer. Checked in at around 4pm on 1st August and the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. I was very fortunate because it seems my status may have allowed me to enjoy a beautiful large room and bathroom, a surprising most gracious message with a small gesture of kindness and some amazing views of shinkansen passing through Tamachi Station. I thought I had booked a room with a bathtub but either I misread when I booked or it happened to fall through the cracks when I was potentially upgraded. Conveniently located right next to Tamachi / Mita Station, with ample food offerings and cafes around (in the neighbouring annex). All the hotel staff were extremely warm and created a welcoming atmosphere. I'm looking forward to returning here in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We went to Pullman Tokyo Tamachi last week as staycation. The location is just next to Tamachi station. One entered via an outdoor escalator. The design is modern and cozy. We booked a deluxe room. The bed is so huge and comfortable that we were too lazy to go to the gym :) A minus point is that it has no bath, but the shower compartment with rain shower is just modest for a night’s stay. The view is not that great, but still the view is open. A great surprise was our dinner and breakfast at the Kasa restaurant. The staffs are really nice too. Really a great experience!

Review about JUNCTION cafe bar in the lobby: Open hotel bar/café, open from 2pm. Real effort was made to create the extemely modern décor with interesting abstract art, unusual for Tamachi. Part of the bar has a window view, but unfortunately it gazes out over the railway tracks. Friendly staff spoke English as well.
