What an amazing experience! The chef takes the time to personally explain every item in the menu. She made us feel so welcome even though we speak only a little French (her English is excellent). She recommended a fabulous wine that we both enjoyed. The food was just exquisite, we loved every course. Highly recommended!

What a find! This amazing one women chef/waitress is outstanding. Beautiful and authentic local dishes, some with a personal twist were all delicious. There were 3 of us, 3 starts, 3 mains and we tried the whole menu… outstanding, I can’t believe she does this all by herself. Super clean and amazingly friendly, she even taught us some French. Would 1000% recommend if you’re looking for a small and unique / authentic dinner in Nimes. Enjoy!

Cozy little restaurant where the owner will welcome you, explained you the amazing dishes and cook for you. She's sweet amd takes care of every little detail. I would stay longer here just to go dinning there! Straight to top 3 of my places in France.

The owner is so passionate about bringing up the natural flavor and texture of every ingredient, each condiment has an interesting pairing. Highly recommended. Great service and ambience as well.

The owner is great, she makes this diner a real event with her explanation! Wow! Only negatieve point is the location xhen eating outside. No candles, location in the Street is a not so great. Otherwise, go there!!!

My extended family of 10 shared an extraordinary dinner last evening at La Belle Saison. My appetizer of burrato with chilled vegetables was refreshing on a hot evening. My husband tasted my swordfish and said it was the best preparation he had ever tasted. He enjoyed his stuffed squid. My soufflé with a small amount of cognac was phenomenal. In addition, the chef, who was our server, was charming and patient with our limited French. We selected the restaurant because of her kindness a few evenings before when she did not have a table for four of us. We ate outside, but the interior was lovely! We will definitely return if we have the opportunity to be in beautiful Nîmes again.
