Trustworthy bike rental shop. Provided helmet, gloves and lock. Really good customer service, I was able to contact company through WhatsApp if I had any problems. Highly recommended!

It was great fun touring Marseille and the Calanques with the Vespa. We had a great experience with renting a Vespa at Vita Loca. The people at Vita Loca were very polite, uncomplicated and the price absolutely reasonable. The Vespa was in a good condition too. It’s important to take good care of the Vespa and drive safely, like always in life.

walking in without reservations and chose a vespa, but it’s only 50cc. renting and returning process is easy. Clerk is friendly and speaks English. and try to stay off the highways when using google maps because max you can go is 40kmh. uphill with 2 riders is 10kmh 😂

Everything professionally and in a nice atmosphere. The scooter is in great condition, used it for 4 days for 2 people and it worked fine. Consumption of only 2 liters per 100 km. Thanks to them, I saw not only Marseille but also the surrounding area. I recommend 100% honest approach to the client. An additional advantage is the knowledge of the English language

I'm from the US and this was my first time renting a moped in Europe. It was very quick and easy, and we got the moped until 6pm to go drive through the calanques national park. I would recommend you go right when it opens to get the most value for your money, and also possibly call ahead, since it seems they reserve out their mopeds (I'm glad we were able to get one that day!).

Very satisfied of this experience, the staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Because gas stations were closed or didn't have gas, we were not able to fill the tank. So they took care of that and didn't not charge for the gas.

Everything went smoothly, the staff (and their dog) are really nice, the Vespa was a real joy to drive. You even get a text with the higlights of the city that are approachable with a scooter.

Great experience. The representative was kind enough to answer all put queries, rental process was pretty straightforward. We rented 125cc and it was good enough to go uphill and on highways/motorways. Highly recommend!!

We had a fun day on the scooters, however, some of their Vespa’s are quite dated and we unfortunately got a dated one. 23,000 miles were listed on it and the kick stand broke off while my partner was parking it. We had parked it several times during the day without issue and knew how to do it. It was truly not a user error, but an old machine. We drive motorcycles regularly and have experience with both motorbikes and mopeds. The woman at the shop was very unkind about the issue and charged us an additional 90 euros for the repair. This seemed entirely excessive to us as the rental itself was only 45 euros. I would recommend finding another scooter rental and we certainly will the next time we visit Marseille. If she would have at least been kinder about the issue it would have gone a long way. I would avoid this rental shop, but mostly because of the very unkind woman.

10/10 service, the bike was perfect (Vespa not cheap alternative) and incredible staff! We got delayed and they waited 2 hours for us to return on our last day pre airport. The helmets were in good condition, bike had the usual scrapes and marks however they were thorough and added no fees for a few marks (unlike most) We will definitely use this company again, diamonds 💎 in the scooter hire world, cannot recommend enough. A scooter in Marseille garage s a great idea, we headed down to Cassis through the national park and it allows you to see so much more and park with ease. Thanks 🙏
