It's always amazing when a new place blows you away and this was an excellent experience. Owner was a warm welcoming chap and his menu, carefully curated, is just exceptional. This place far exceeds all restaurants I've been to. Every ounce off the food seasoned to the High heavens. Every aspect all sides made with careful attention to detail and great aforethought. Cannot wait to go back. A must try. You won't be dissapointed.

Been meaning to try Strada for a while and I'm so glad I got round to doing so. The quality of food here is outstanding. Every part of it is well thought of and the variations of ingredients to create new exciting tastes work so well. The staff are pleasant and will do anything to make your experience better, they're happy to answer any questions and if you need to make any changes to your food they'll cater to this. The coffee was so velvety smooth it was unlike any other coffee I've had before. The sausages were a highlight of the meal too. The guy who runs/owns this cafe is so pleasant to deal with, he will talk to you about your meal and make sure it's 100% what you're after. He encourages you to even come out of your comfort zone to get you into something new and exciting which is such a nice addition to a meal experience. Will definitely be back here soon for another dish! 🌟

Ordered the Strada special original. The quality of each ingredient is outstanding. The sausages (halal) are one of the best you’ll have from any breakfast place. The beans, chickpeas and potatoes have the chefs own recipe, superb. The service was also second to none, very quickly seated even though we didn’t book in advance. Food was also delivered faster than expected. Fully recommend.

So happy we finally were able to visit Strada Cafe and try the amazing food. This is definitely not your average cafe! The quality of the produce was outstanding and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. Had a good chat with the owner who you can tell is 100% passionate about sourcing the best quality produce and passing this on to his customers. Can't wait for our next visit!

Really nice food, I had avocado benedict with a tangy twist and my partner had the French toast with berries. Delicious and filling. Very friendly service too. We'll definitely be going back.

Alhamdullilah, a lovely halal cafe with fresh ingredients and tasty food. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful, showing us the menu and recommendations of best picks. We went for a full English and a Canadian breakfast, both were really amazing. We also had fresh mango guava juice. I would highly recommend this cafe if you want decent halal breakfast/brunch. 🀲🏻

Well where do I start.. Since opening in Sept 2021, we've been meaning to come when visiting Yorkshire and finally got a chance today and boy was it a memorable experience. Chef Iftekhar went out his way to welcome us, explaining the menu/meat selection available as we settled in. The food didn't take long to prep as the evening set up is great where you can more personal experience and it's so refreshing, especially in the modern day and age where you're just a head count in most restaurants who can't wait for you to leave to get the next person in. We got to try the Spanish dry aged Cote de Boeuf and a Grade 8 Wagyu - to say the food was stunning, would be an understatement. It was served with some nice vegetables, a creamy mash and the most delicious sauces which we couldn't get enough of. This was all accompanied with Strada's famous Spanish potatoes which were full of flavour. All ingredients are of top quality as Iftekhar takes a lot of pride in sourcing the best products, you could in the taste of each morsel. We could not recommend enough if you get the chance to come try an evening meal. The dinner was memorable and made extra special by the hospitality received. We even tried the house blend coffee which was as smooth as they come - can't wait to come back for breakfast next time. Hats off for the Iftekhar and everyone involved at Strada CafΓ©, it's only that start and no doubt many more great things to come.

I stopped here for a late brunch one day last week and I wasn't disappointed. Absolutely beautifully prepared and presented food I had the large breakfast as was recommended to me by the owner with a pot of tea β˜• and it was as good as the other reviews stated. The owner is passionate about the food and his business and it's what you want to witness when you go out to eat; people that care about their business and customers. I had a really nice meal in this place to say it was my first time trying it out I will be going back because I like to see consistency but you get the full 5 stars from me for the food and experience.

I visited Strada back when they first opened, since then they have really maintained the quality of their food and established great wait time. We were taken good care of by all members of staff and all our needs were met. We got a range of brunch options and all 3 were delicious and filling. Their french toast is my personal favourite, so fluffy and it also doesn't have the egg-y taste some have. Thank you for such a great experience, we'll definitely be back soon :)

Words cannot describe how perfect this place is. We came as a party of 5, based on a friend's recommendation. The place is quaint and inconspicuous but cosy. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and is quick to point out menu items that are popular or that he thinks are suited to you following a few quick questions. As for the food, it was perfect. The flavour profile in the Turkish breakfast was deep and complex in a way I've never had before. I don't normally like beans but the ones included in this dish had me craving more from the very first bite. I also ordered the french toast, made with a locally baked brioche, as the owner told us. The bread was soft and sweet, and topped with a cinnamon and fruit compote. It was a perfect combination, especially when drinking their Strada latte - a thick foam latte which also came with marshmallows and Demerara sugar! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely little place with amazing food. Staff were lovely and attentive. Alot of care and attention as gone into the quality of produce that they use. We had the big breakfast and french toast with houseblend tea (free refill for tea lovers). The berry French toast was really really good. We will be visiting soon for more.

Stada is a small cafe bistro that stands out for its use of fresh ingredients and unique flavors. I recently had breakfast there and was impressed with the quality of the food. The menu offered something different. The cafe's cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made for a pleasant dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Stada for anyone looking for a delicious and unique meal in a welcoming environment.

Finally got to go after hearing so many good reviews about this place and I'm blown away! A cute little cafe run by such a talented chef who has created such tasty dishes, which are made from the freshest ingredients and just bursting with flavour! The owner is really friendly and welcoming and he is so helpful when it comes to choosing from the menu, ensuring we get the best possible items to suit our taste. The sausages here are just the best and the green sauce and Turkish chilli oil just finish the Strada Special & Luxury breakfast off so so nicely. The french toast... wow! The specials creme brulee and Italian are so original which we've not seen or tasted anywhere else! The Strada special coffee is the best coffee we've had! Just wow! I highly recommend this place & I'm already planning my next visit!

We went to Strada Cafe today for the first time and wow the hype is real. The food is soooo delicious, you can taste how much love and care has gone into preparing it. We all got the Strada Signature Special, soo yummy. I have heard so much about the French toast that we had to try it so we got one to share, it’s is so tasty, I have never tasted french toast like this (I wish I didn’t have to share πŸ˜‚) Highly recommend it and we will definitely be going back to this gem of a place time and time again. And I also have to mention how lovely and hospitable the owner and the staff are, thank you for a lovely visit.

I have visited Strada many times and never once have I been disappointed. Having moved to Cheshire, I don't often find many breakfast or brunch places that hit the spot. However, whenever I am back home in Heckmondwike, Strada cafe is at the top of my list. I recently tried their afternoon tea and hand on heart I can say that the scones were better that those I tried at the Ritz. Head over if you want good, honest, wholesome quality produce. I will be back for steak night soon.

it was my first time coming here, and it definitely wont be my last! i’ve had my fair share of brunch places especially being from Bradford, but none of them compared to the atmosphere and quality of food from Strada. quick, homely and warm service with an ambient atmosphere. would recommend this lovely place to all, love that everything is fresh, halal and vegan/vegetarian friendly!! amazing service from the owner himself, can’t wait to come back again soon.

Me and two of my friends went for the steak night that Ivan likes to hold every so often. We had the pleasure of being able to have a closer experience, to talk about the ingredients and the inspiration behind what we ate that night. We had the black Angus USDA Steak which was cooked to perfection. The sides were also a great accompaniment. We had the mash which was so smooth, the triple cooked chips were probably the best chips I’ve had fluffy with a crispy exterior, the veg which was delicious, naturally sweet and organic. The beef brisket gravy was amazing and would make a leather tyre taste delicious. It was amazing food and Ivan was an excellent chef and host. We can’t wait to go again.

I used to go to France every year, this is the only place I have been in the UK that makes french toast the way they do in french cafes. We also had the premium breakfast which was delicious and the owner even came and sat with us for a chat. Great experience, well worth it.

Just called in here during a dog walk and had breakfast. It's been a while since we visited last, but we're so glad we did today. The food was glorious and very tasty, and the owner and team were super friendly. It's good to see locally grown food being used, and the coffee is great. Thanks again, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

We shared two breakfasts between three of us. We bought the Strada original and the Canadian breakfasts. Both were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the lamb sausage and the sourdough toast was delicious. The drinks were all delicious. Between us we bought a coffee, a hot chocolate and a fresh mango and guava juice. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I didn't get to try the highly rated french toast as we were very full. Will definitely visit again.

Discovered this absolute gem this morning and I have to say it was a very pleasant surprise. Firstly the decor - it is really retro and quirky but also very homely. Now the food, the food in a nutshell was out of this world - from the first bite to the last it was delicious- the combination of flavours, spices and textures was amazing- the quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite. I love my breakfasts and this is now going to be a staple on my eating out list. The review really doesn’t do the food justice and it’s a place you have to try. Finally the owner is an extremely personable chap and went out of his way to make time to talk with us , give the history of where he sourced the food and his plans - a must visit for everyone

Absolutely fantastic meal out with my brother tonight. We came for the Steak night. Ivan's hospitality is first class (as usual). The steaks were done perfectly, the Rib-Eye and Fillet Mignon. The sauces were perfect too, in particular the Mushroom sauce. The chips are freshly cut and made in-house (so nothing from a packet) and to finish off a glass of fresh Mango & Guava. All ingredients used to meals are fresh. All in all, it was well worth leaving the house for. Excellent meal and got our money's worth πŸ‘ P.S. if you're a Steak fanatic, local or travelling in then this is definitely the place for you. For a good meal and great customer service.
