Was there last Sunday to buy a Hamilton watch. H64455533. Had an amazing shopping experience with my family and friends. Silmara was very polite and courteous and made us feel comfortable. The shop had a great selection of luxury Swiss watches. Even had the beautiful green dial Longines Zulu time. Silmara was very patient and let me browse everything at my pace. We also saw some jewelry with both natural and lab made diamonds. The anniversary ring collection, especially, caught my eye. Will be back again when I want to spoil myself or my wife.

I visited the Square One location to get a watch and a wallet recently. I was assisted by Silmara during the purchase. You see all the reviews mentioning the names of the salespeople? Yup, they’re all reviews which are asked for by the staff. I rang the bell today, and was waiting for someone to come and open the door. Shown an index finger, and I waited for 2 whole minutes. If someone thinks 2 minutes isn’t a lot of wait time, please time yourself staring in a shop window for that time. Anyhoo, I waited, and the 2 salespeople inside didn’t come to open the door, or look towards me. Taking my business elsewhere. Tiffany and Spence around the corner don’t make you wait and aren’t dismissive.

Cindy provided such great and attentive service the moment we walked in! She was so helpful and quick with sizing our watches. I highly recommend coming here.
