I recently brought in a new watch I received as a gift and asked the “watch expert/jeweller” if the metal around the watch face could be polished. He told me he’d do it for $20 and I could pick it up the next day. Surprisingly, when I came to pick it up the silver plating around the watch face was destroyed and the only compensation or customer service I was met with was excuses. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and competence of a so called “professional”.

Excellent unique selection from all over the world. I went to many jewelers. I did not see anything even 20% as diverse as his selection. A lot of hand made masterpieces. I went for repair and had two bracelets. Both were repaired perfectly. One needed laser welding which Arnik arranged for us in short order for an excellent price!

Great experience. Went to sell a watch, and after assessing Chrono24 offered 500$ less than the market average but recommend selling on Kijiji to make more. Super nice guy no hard feelings, really enjoyed the customer service. Second hand Rolex a bit overpriced for few models but others were fair.

Went to Arnik looking for pair of bangles. Tried asking him for size and if he has tricolour ones and he said rudely look at display. I didn’t feel welcomed and left right away. I won’t be buying any of my gold there!!

Very positive online purchasing experience. I wanted to buy a Tissot watch listed on the Tissot website as out of stock. After failing to get any one of the retailers in my hometown to place the order, I enquired with Arnik Jewellers. One of the store staff Kalpesh made the enquiries, advised me on the wait time and took my order. About a month later, the watch arrived. Excellent service, compared to the shops in my town, who didn't seem to want my business.
