The rib eye steak was delicious. Ordered it Chicago style which was a touch too charred but still edible. The fried calamari was good but the pieces were small. Not worth the $18 price tag. This location was definitely better than the Dixon location.

Had an excellent time. Went early on a Friday and sat on the patio. Can't believe I haven't been to The Keg before. I ordered the Filet and my wife got the Prime Rib. Both were cooked to perfection. They were melt in your mouth excellent! I enjoyed mine with an elevated Rye and Ginger, and it was quite tasty. My wife started with a blackberry daiquiri and then sipped a glass of Red with her dinner.

Loved the awesome experience at this place. Our server Clayton was awesome with food and drinks. Can't praise him enough with his professionalism and attention to details. He regularly checked on us, provided us hot towels mid food, really knowledgeable with the wine and cognac selection, great conversation, brought us free desert for our occasion (not all locations do so) and even re-corked our wine. Will be visiting this location again soon.

Once again I've been blown away with the service and hospitality of the Keg. They always hire the most professional servers and their meals are done right. We celebrated my nephews and my dad's 93rd! Birthday Sunday night and they went out of their way to make it special. They brought out a slice of Billy Minor pie with a candle and it was great.

Went here to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our server Olivia was attentive, friendly and kind. Food was delicious as it is a great treat for us on special occasions to visit the keg. We loved the location as well.

Very nice location, across square one, away from the noise. The ambience of this restaurant is amazing. Each sitting corner has their own style and private. Definitely a good choice for patio during summer. Food is spectacular. All the steaks are cook to perfection. The chicken and ribs are full of flavour.

Liam - I still remember his service. He did a great job, so patient, suggested a lot of options. Ambience was good. Right from getting seated till the bill payment - the staffs were amazing. The food was good. The only thing I found difficult was parking.

Me and my partner went to the Keg for our first time to celebrate a number of recent accomplishments, and the experience we had was exceptional. The food was delicious and while you may think the prices are a bit higher than other restaurants, the service/hospitality made it worth every penny! Our server Nikki did a great job in making sure we were okay, and a huge thanks to the manager Anthony for going above and beyond in giving us a 5/5 experience. We will definitely be back to celebrate future events!

celebrated my friend's birthday at this restaurant, and I have to say that it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service that continued throughout the entire evening. The menu was diverse and offered a wide range of options to suit everyone's tastes, and the food itself was absolutely delicious.

With restaurants reopening in Ontario we thought we should try this new keg location. The staff were very friendly. Our server Nicole was amazing. I ordered the top sirloin and it was cooked perfectly. I recommend trying the steak 'chicago' style. My favourite is the teriyaki serloin but they didn't have it last night. Their pie is amazing.

Vibe - Nice classy setup What did I order ? - Steak with double baked mash potatoes and veg meat loaf with cauliflower mash. Good quality food. Steak was good, I ordered a medium well and it was nicely served. My wife ordered a veg meat loaf and she was not so happy with it, maybe it is the sauce on it or could be the taste of the veg meat loaf itself. All dishes were well presented and they were served to us by the cook/chef himself.

A friend of mine flew over to visit me from Poland and I decided to take him out for a steak. I have to say that this was my best time spent at Keg Steakhouse (been to several locations before). Everything was just perfect. The food was delicious, tasty, well seasoned, the steaks were exactly what we wanted. The lady recommended us a delicate wine - I don't like wine, but I was persuaded. It was perfect for our dinner. Dessert was a real treat. The service was extremely nice, attentive and made us feel special. My friend from Poland was impressed. We spent a special evening.

I came here for dinner with my coworkers. We ordered the fried calamari and fried cauliflower for appetizers to share. My entree was the striploin with lobster tails. Food tastes good.

Compliments to the chef and staff for a perfect dinner outing for my Brothers Birthday. Aurelio made the night feel super welcoming and his serving was ultra prompt. For a steakhouse, the food was very disappointing. It took over an hour for the waiters to take our orders then the taste of the food was subpar. We all could not finish any of our items provided from starters to dessert. They have an okay wine selection (no surprises here) but you one can definitely get better steak for the price range.

I received the featured steak which was 18oz on the menu total was virus server, which was by the way a very great server. She filled in all the Marks and she crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s with our experience I got a Creemore beer, which was very tasty and nice and cold and the steak with the sauce and the sides were amazing The steak was amazing, juicy, tender, easy to chew easy to swallow, just as I’ve asked, for it it came out on time, hot ready to serve and perfect . 10 out of 10

I would like to give a 5 star. Too good ambience, awesome food and extremely good customer service. Must try the garlic shrimp and the lobster tail dinner. The butter dip given for the tail was too good.

The Keg is always one of the best averaged steak houses choice. This location was clean and well maintained. Steaks came as it was ordered, medium rare, only :)

Enjoyed a birthday dinner with my wife, as it always does, the Keg delivered. In my opinion, some of the best value in the steakhouse game. We were especially lucky to be sat in Caitlyn's section, just an amazing sever. Very pleasant and attentive absolutely made our night better.

I've been to The keg in every city I've passed, and their signature rib eye steak has always been my favorite dish. But the sanitation of this restaurant is the most worrying I have ever seen. I was constantly disturbed by flying insects while dining, which greatly affected my appetite. This makes it hard for me to imagine the hygienic management of the kitchen

When it comes to a good steak, there's very few places that can still top The Keg when it comes to accessibility/availability, price, selection, and atmosphere. It's great to see a location close to Square One once again (there used to be one connected to the actual mall back in the 90s). Our food was delicious, and although one of our party needed to send their steak back because it felt slightly undercooked for what they requested, the staff was kind enough to compensate us for the trouble (which was unexpected but a nice surprise).

Great place reminiscent of Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Intimate setting and a great selection of meat, sea, and field. Steak was very well cooked, seared just enough to provide some crispy edges. Salad came crisp with flavorful cheese and fresh dressing. Veggies were delicious as well. Twice baked potatoes are a must at The Keg.

I would give 4.5/5 if I could but... Food was great (I ordered steak and lobster tail with fresh veggies) and was super delicious. Ambiance was great however, my wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary and usually: 1) they ask if we'd like to sit in lounge or dining area 2) ask us if we're celebrating any special occasion (which we were) 3) butter for our lobster tail was not heated prior to us getting our full meal (usually the butter is placed in advance so that it has had time to melt) 4) in the past, we are offered a complementary Billy Miner's Pie [again, not a gripe... just perhaps change in restaurant policy] Matt and the rest of the Keg service were great; prompt with our drinks and dishes. Still, a great place to dine and enjoy the warm atmosphere.
