The receptionists here are beyond inept. I made an appointment for the upcoming week, called to confirm and turns out they booked it for 3 weeks later. The doctor left requisitions for me at the front desk, I called and they said they didn't have it so I had to book another appointment. I waited for 1.5 hours because the receptionist didn't check me in properly, and I had to ask her twice to double check. It turns out they did have the requisitions after all, so I was there for 2+ hours for no reason. If it weren't so hard to find a female family doctor I would not come here at all. I'm not sure why these receptionists still have a job...

I called Tuesday morning (I'm assuming very busy since it was a long weekend) just after 9:30 or so and no one answered, left a voice mail with my details and concerns. Called again two mornings later and still no one's answering + their voice-mail is full?...... Looking forward to seeing Dr. Attisha again but how long does someone need to wait for them to either call back or clear their voicemail?

Dr. Atisha is our family Dr. For the last 7years. She is very professional and knowledgeable, Kind and caring for her patient. Yes, her office passed through hard times where we struggled a lot with the staff, but it was temporary events and most of the time, out of her control. Horrible doctor, every doctor on this planet knows that in thyroid pregnancies need special care, even after me asking for it she didn’t increase my thyroid dosage as a result I lost my 17 week old baby. Don’t do experiments on people if you can’t handle it refer it to someone else. Be careful of these doctors.

The receptionist working today is very rude and unprofessional. She does not even listen to anything. we had some enquires about recognition of a blood test. Visited the clinic for first time and had worst experience. I did not visit doctor because receptionist did not give us any direction. She was just repeating one thing that ‘listen to me first, go to your family doctor.

I saw Dr Attisha yesterday and although they had just closed but hadn't turned the open sign off, Dr Attisha agreed to see me. I was so appreciative and found her to be very kind and compassionate. I was given a prescription and am finally on the road to recovery!! Thank you Dr Attisha and staff!

"Worst run clinic in Mississauga" I walk in and go to the counter to see a doctor and the staff are gossiping and laughing, right Infront of me, like its a high school reunion. After about 2 minutes of hearing them giggle like school children on recess, one of the ladies brings her attention to me and tells me to "sit down and wait" extremely rudely, like I was interrupting their conversation by standing there and an inconvenience to them, Literally! I complied, went to go have a seat and they went right back to gossiping and laughing. I'm baffled at this point, they continued talking for 8 minutes and that's when i had enough and walked out. Googled other clinics near me Found and Went to South Common Medical Centre and as soon as i walked in there, the staff greeted me and took my info, asked me to please have a seat. After 6 minutes, i was called in and seen by a doctor and my problem solved within 10 minutes of entering this clinic.

THIS IS THE WORST CLINIC EVER I BEEN TOO. IF there was a zero star option I would pick it. I came to the clinic at 2:30pm and didn’t see the doctor until 4:15pm. The lady there working is so rude I asked for my health card back and she didn’t give them saying we can’t leave, the doctor will be with us soon. SO UNPROFESSIONAL I HATE THIS CLINIC WITH PASSION 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😠😠😠😠😠

DO NOT come here if you're a walk in. I waited for two whole hours to be told what I came in for - a general check up and bloodwork; could not be done today and to make an appointment. They didn't even check my blood pressure, weight, nothing. A doctor (who was nice enough, but probably very underpaid and tired) saw me for less than two minutes, said she couldn't do any thing for me today, to make an appointment, then left lol. IF you have an appointment, then this understaffed/underfunded stained drek of a place will probably do just as any other would, just don't touch anything or use the facilities. I repeat, DO NOT just walk in, they will most likely ignore you followed by not helping you. I will honestly forgo my appointment and let whatever ailment I possess rot slowly through me then having to deal with this layer of hell ever again. You have been warned.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. My family doctor, Dr.Bilal Al-Azawi, despite my poor English, is always calm and friendly. He is a very kind and sensitive person, always listens carefully and tells what is needed. There would be more such people.

Great, quick service. Dr Atissha and Dr. Al Asawi are amazing! Also the receptionist are nice and welcoming.

Dr.Akisha is rude agresive and moody my mom and I have both been treated Terrible by her I am now with Dr. Yacoob who I am happy with he is gentle patient and kind. Take it from me you do not want Dr.Akisha to be your Dr.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Why does it take an entire week for them to send a fax form to the pharmacy?? I have called every day for the past week for them to sign the fax forms to renew my prescription and the pharmacist has sent the form twice now and still nothing. Do not come here, you will never get your prescriptions renewed on time.

Stay away from this clinic unless you feel like wasting time. Reception is awful and kept clients waiting to check in while they chat behind the desk. It seems to take forever to get anything signed and fax to the pharmacy. 0/5 is my true review

Walk-in clinic sets its own hours depending on patients. It was stated in their website they closed at 6 and upon arriving at 5. The clinic was closed. Nurse informed me if the doctor doesn’t have patients they will leave early. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

My daughters health card was expired due to COVID and they still helped us out , normally there is a 75$ charge and they said just to follow up when we renew the health card . Place is pretty busy but wait times weren’t bad at all when I went today. Nice friendly staff

My family was in urgent need of a family doctor and we were fortunate to find Dr. Bilal Al-Azawi. He has been wonderful. He provided guidance and has always been patient with my family. I decided to move my file over as a result of the terrific, kind and thorough care. The staff at the front desk have always been polite, friendly and patient. It is a walk-in but you can also make appointments. I recommend Dr. Bilal Al-Azawi for your family care needs.

Really kind doctor, receptionists and pharmacists at this clinic, everyone helped me very quickly and it was a great experience!

The woman who took my blood sample wouldn't shut up about a pimple on my forehead and told me to put tomato juice on it. Without knowing any of my medical history, Yacoub told me to get weight loss surgery. All I wanted was to refill my antidepressants and I walked out wanting to kill myself. Well done.

Very long wait times. Was waiting 50 min before I seen the doctor. I watched 5 people who came AFTER me, get serviced before me.

Excellent service and after a big holiday weekend too. Got in quickly and the doctor fixed my ear problem. Doctor and staff were friendly too. Would definitly come back.
