WAY overpriced. Unfortunately, although my benefit plan and provider (Greenshield) reimburses 100% of drug costs, this clinic charges significantly over the manufacturer's suggested retail price (e.g. as much as 2.5x the cost in my situation). As a result, I would definitely not recommend going to this travel clinic. Go elsewhere!

**SCAM ALERT** - every vaccine is double the normal amount...check picture for proof. --- I was charged $1339 for an initial office visit ($79), Prescription fee ($25 - you get charged pre-printed prescriptions...and it's not a dispensing fee covered by insurance...), and $1248 for inflated meds. - Hep A (HAVRIX - 02187078) - $115/dose x2 (norm. rate $57.19/dose) - Rabies (RABAVERT - 02267667) - $310/dose x3 (norm. rate $208.33/dose) - Typhoid oral (VIVOTIF - 00885975) - $85/4capsules (norm. rate $7.14/cap or $29.64/4capsules) Upon calling Passport Health and complaining about the steep charges, I was told that they're - "privately owned...go by manufacturers prices... they could do nothing about the price." Really... the DIN numbers are the same. I was told by my insurance to get prescriptions filled at a pharmacy to avoid companies overcharging. I'm still short $500 after all this commotion.

Great experience! Raeyva explained everything I needed to know for my travels including risks, why some vaccinations were recommended, and answered all questions! She also provided the perfect plan for taking vaccination pills at home that made me feel at east. At first I was skeptical about the fee - but would 100% recommend and return! Took all the guess work out of googling vaccinations I might need for my trip.

Really informative appointment and nurse has good knowledge

The secretary is very rude, she was a young woman. I just called to book a rabies appointment, she didn’t tell me until I finished giving her all my info that there was a second dose which was another $300. That’s $700 total. So I said I’d have to check my insurance and I wanted to cancel the appointment for now. She laughed at me and said so why schedule the appointment? And then when I responded that i didn’t know if was going to be $700, she hung up before I finished.

Very friendly and knowledgeable

This is my first experience with travelling on my own as well as needing vaccines and Caroline Tran completely took care of me! Unfortunately due to my work schedule I had to come close to the end of the day which meant our meeting ran past the end of her day and I didn't hear a thing about it from her, she was perfectly cheerful and lovely our whole consultation! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be seeing her again for any future travel plans.

Nurse Caroline was extremely helpful! She was informative and thorough, and game me a ton of information (printed out an highlighted as well) for my trip to Kenya. She was also very helpful in getting me an appointment for my Yellow fever vaccine, and getting my prescription for malaria pills since the one I had is in french and was difficult to have filled here in Ontario. She even checked in on how I was feeling and how my arm was the day after my vaccinations. Definitely recommend this clinic for any travel consultations and vaccinations!!

Excellent service. I was given proper explanation and instructions on meds and vaccine need to be taken for current traveling and for further. I am glad I had taken my mom to this clinic, so she can be safe when traveling. I recommend everyone who is travelling out of Canada should go get the recommend vaccination before traveling. Best is yet you book an appointment ahead of time. Not in the last minute. Nurse at the clinic was very helpful. And oon top of things. Loved her service.

My girlfriend and I had an appointment with Raeyva a month prior to our trip to Asia. She was so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with / learn from. She was open and honest in her communications and you could tell her detailed information and recommendations came from a her expertise in travel, medicine and geography. I felt that the prices here were fair and comparable. Best of all, she was able to keep my girlfriend (a "worrywart" if you will) at ease. She was easy to talk to and felt extremely trustworthy.
