Dr. Yaqoob and the pharmacist were accommodating and very helpful. They took their time to help me with my problems and addressed any concerns that I had. Very happy that I made the switch to have Dr. Yaqoob as my family doctor. The old doctor that was here before was terrible. Dr. Yaqoob is so much better.

Since Dr. Yaqoob moved to this place, we started to go there as well. We observed that the pharmacy staff is very kind and supportive. Yesterday, they delivered my prescribed medicine just within the same day. What was more heartfelt was that they did it without waiting for my payment to be received ❤️ As I was busy, I could send the payment only at night but they were kind enough to deliver it very quickly. Thank you so much. You all are amazing.

Dr. Yaqoop  is very knowledgeable and friendly . He really took his time to explain my conditions with us as well as my case treatment options. he referred me with the specialist and follow up before, during and after my visit's treatment he continued to review my reports and advise for better recovery period. I had a great experience with Dr. Yaqoob as he was thorough during my visit, knowledgeable about his practice and understanding with my questions and concerns. It is not an overcrowded clinic, at least in the afternoon when I visit. The front desk were very efficient and swift with their work. Thank you guys for a fantastic medical treatment experience.

I got my allergy shot at Brightwater Medical Clinic yesterday. Dr Yaqoob and his staff were all very friendly and helpful. As well, the clinic was very neat, tidy, and clean - although I found the air a bit warm and stuffy. There is a lab and pharmacy on site.

Dr Yaqoob and his staff is so polite and humble. Very competent and experienced doctor. Pharmacy staff is also good. Love for them all.

I met Doctor Yaqoob at his previous clinic and follow him to Brightwater clinic and the staff here is great. They answer the phones, return your calls, take care of you when you are in a medical emergency need. Recently the quality of the healthcare has deteriorated, but not at this clinic. I would recommend Brightwater clinic to anyone who expects a five star experience. Doctor Yaqoob is very much at the center of that care and I love him.

Dr Yakoob is very nice and knowledgeable. We went there 2 times & he patiently listened to us & took good care. The staff at clinic is also very decent & welcoming. I recommend them 🙂.

Dr.Yaqoob is amazing!!! He takes his time, listens to his patients, is very knowledgeable, and truly cares. My family and I have been going to him for 6 years and not a single complaint. His staff are also very friendly and extremely helpful.

Really great staff and excellent service! They helped out my 5 year old just before close and filled his script.
