Amazing place to have lunch or dinner for Japanese and Thai cuisine. Pad Thai was oily and the veggies were minimal, I was expecting brocolli, cauliflower and green beans since I’ve seen those in Thai food but this dish was missing that! Spring rolls and sushi was delicious. We didn’t go with the all you can eat option because we don’t have a big appetite so stick to the La carte option if you’re not a good eater. All you can eat option costs $30 per person(no wastage or else they will charge you regular price of that dish, it’s mentioned on the website) and we spent $15 including taxes each for not choosing all you can eat! The cutlery was dirty because it was sitting there for a while so we had to ask for new ones and the heater was on maintenance so it was super chilly! The interiors are spacious and top notch as well the ambience is great! I will recommend this place, just be smart with your choices.

My best friend and I came here for lunch for the first time yesterday. We were pleasantly surprised with the overall ambience & the service we received from our server, Tony. He suggested many wonderful menu items & he continued to return to our table to ensure we were provided for. The food we ordered ( Golden Curry Chicken, Deluxe Combo & Beef Pad Thai) were truly delicious but above all, Tony's pleasant demeanor really brightened up our afternoon.

Awesome place for Japanese, Thai & Vietnamese food. Price is okay. They also have the eat-all-you can menu for $30 which I believe is worth the price. Good parking space. We tried their chicken teriyaki bento $18 and beef curry $17 plus chicken wings. All are delightful to eat. Staff are also friendly and accommodating. I ordered a satay combo to go and asked for extra peanut… awesome!

The atmosphere is great! The staff is pleasant and the food is delicious! We ordered the buffet style menu. This choice is great for people who want to try a bit of everything and have a couple of hours to spare. From the appetite menu, we tried the Thai Spring Rool (Vegetable), coconut shrimp, fried wanton, deep fried cheese wanton, crispy beef, and satay beef skewer. The appetizers are hot, freshly made and totally delicious 😋. From the Sushi menu, we had the Salmon Sushi and the cucumber Sushi which were fresh and tasty! From the Beef menu, we ordered garlic beef, ginger beef, and beef with broccoli with a side order of rice. From the grill menu we had the golden curry with rice. The buffet was amazing! Additionally, the drinks are awesome! I had a Cosmopolitan which was very spirited and I also tried the House Gekkeikan (Sake)! There is a wide variety to select from. The dessert 🍨 🥧 is another gem to discover... so come visit and try the delicious, fresh and appetizing meals at Spoon and Fork Corner!

This is a nice place for group dining. We were a group of 11 people with some seniors and teenagers celebrating a birthday. We opted for the a la carte menu as some of us are small eaters. We also had a person with peanut and shellfish allergies and they were accommodated. I had the Fresh Mango Salad ($8) which was a decent size for one person, okay for two. It was refreshing. I also had the Deep Fried Vegetable Gyoza ($8) which was good. A couple of people ordered the Salmon Bento ($18) and Calamari ($12) and loved them while another person had the Beef Short Rib Bento ($20) and complained it was too fatty. The 2 teenagers split a Mango Chicken ($15) and Spicy Crab Rolls and loved their dishes. Someone tried the Chicken Curry ($15) and it was just okay. I tried a Thai dish on a previous visit and wasn’t that thrilled with it. Overall the food is nothing outstanding but there is something for everyone’s taste. The atmosphere is nice and the service attentive. There is plenty of parking.

I have been 3 times overall to this restaurant, the first time gave me a great impression. Host was very friendly, server was great and good food until today. On my second visit I had an early dinner with my daughter and had the beef ribs as you can see in the photo it came with rice. This time, my third time today, I ordered the same as last time but this time I received no rice with my beef ribs. I asked the waitress what happened to the rice, she said the plate doesn’t come with rice then I showed her the photos that I was there last week and we had rice served with our dish and she said “kitchen made a mistake and gave you rice”. My waiter just stood in front of my table watching me the whole time. I felt monitored while I ate which made my experience uncomfortable. Today my daughter also went to dinner and she just got home. She was upset, she told me she got kicked out by one of the servers as soon as she barely got to finish her food. Then I come to leave a review and see multiple reviews with photos that this restaurant is infested with cockroaches and mice. You can find the photos in the reviews. Now that I seen that I will be throwing away the food I brought home today. This is disgusting! I will not be returning again!

My family and I celebrated my birthday here last night (01/26/24). The food was really good. I'm glad that you don't have to cook your own food. They bring it out to you nice and fresh. The short ribs are to die for. The Thai basil rice with shrimp is good. I can go on and on about the many dishes that we tried. The ambiance is nice, the servers are professional, and the price, it's just right. I would definitely come back here.

Nice, spacious location with excellent staff. Everyone was very friendly and service was fast. There is an all-you-can-eat menu, but my group decided to share some a la carte entrees and sushi (12 set + spicy salmon roll). Everything I tried was good, but my favourite was the beef in peanut red curry sauce (pleasantly spicy!) and the mango chicken. The sushi was fresh, clean, and delicious too. If you can't decide between Japanese or Thai food, they have a great selection...and also some Mexican and Italian dishes. I can't speak to the latter though. Interesting to see the variety on this menu.

The all you can eat sushi experince is really good. They have many different items to choose from and the service is fairly fast. Although it is pricey, if you and your friends love sushi this place is absolutely worth a try. However ever since the store had major changes to it's resturant design I've started coming a lot less. I used to love ordering the "mum bowls" or coming in for breakfast before those options were removed. The restaurant seems to have decided to make itself more like the traditional "Spoon and Fork" restaurant, which is quite a disappointing transition in my opinion. Despite this, the experience and food offered is not bad overall, I'd still recommend trying it out.

We get there after a long distance hike and go for a la carte as I usually can’t eat too much on buffet. Beef taco and salmon rolls are good and I like most is its House Gekkeikan Sake.

I usually order takeout from this location and finally had a chance to dine in. The few times I ordered takeout were fantastic. My dine in experience was good. The food was delicious and fresh, the service was a little slower than I expected but I’m still going to give 5 stars. I’m happy this restaurant hasn’t fell for those gimmick robots that deliver your food. Please don’t. All and all, great food for sure. I will come back.

Excellent service from Tony! I didn't have to ask for extra water or nappkins or anything. Tony would bring everything before I had to ask as if he read my mind :) . I was so impressed. No wait times for food either. Everything was coming out so fast and was so yummy. Will def be back :) Thank you for great service!

Comfortable atmosphere, food was delicious. It is a fusion of Asian food with everything from Sushi to Pad Thai to General Tao chicken. You can order individual meals or go with all-you-can-eat option and try lots of dishes! I will be back.

Quality food items and amazing service! The restaurant had a lovely esthetic. The waiter was so kind and friendly, constantly checking in to ensure our experience was spectacular. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for an all-you-can-eat option!

I had a nice time here with my friends; it may have been because of the vibe! The drinks are super affordable and tasty. The food is yummy! If your one of those ppl who like to eat the appetizers as your meal then your bill can be pricey (that’s what happened to me)! I would recommend the black dragon roll and the spicy crab roll they were super good! The service was alright, one of the tiramisu glass fell apart and my friend was given an ice cream to make up for it.

All-you-can-eat style with sushi and various dishes to order with a bit fancy atmosphere. The food tastes good, but during busy hours, it takes time to get your order. I recommend order the easy appetizers as soon as you sit your seat. And then order other items so you don't have to wait too long. I recommend vanilla ice cream over the green tea and mango ice cream.

I assume this is a branch of the Japanese cuisine restaurant " Spoon & Fork " which we have visited on Queensway / Kipling a while back and the Japanese cuisine and sushi were delicious. So when we saw this on Dundas we wanted to give it a shot. We tried salmon pizza chicken dumplings and Thai rolls.. the main course and star of the dinner was the salmon pizza. It was made with fresh salmon some cream cheese in place of pasta sauce on a pizza and the dough was fried rice which tasted quite good. The chicken dumplings with peanut butter sauce or delicious and fresh and the titles were a great side. This place holds up to its name and would definitely suggest this place if you like Japanese cuisine and sushi. Prices were great and you can pick from small amounts of different things to accompany a huge pallet of flavors you might like.

Food was delicious and a good value for the price. I ordered the satay chicken combo, which was a good sized portion. We had to wait almost half an hour to be seated after our reservation time, but the food came out quickly once we ordered.
