I have been visiting Palma Pasta for 15+ years if my memory serves me correct. I have been to their Erin Mills location which is next to the now defunct Michael Angelos( I miss their baked goods and bread !!!). And I have visited the location in Oakville at the mall on Prince Michael as well. I have enjoyed their ready made pastas and their frozen varieties as well. They have helped me through many a house party and family gatherings with their catering type party trays over the years. So thank you for saving me some headaches from cooking and cleaning. And the food gets rave reviews from friends and family alike. The prices are competitive and more than fair. The new location is really nice and bright with many options including a wide selection of ready to eat meals from their hot tables. It is their customer service that I find to be equally outstanding. The staff are always friendly, courteous and ready to assist. A+++ experience all the way here.

Food is great but the service not always. 9/10 times every thing is great but that one time they will straight up ignore you. They'll serve the people in front and behind you while leaving you standing there. They rather chit chat with each other or the regulars instead of seeing if you need anything. If your looking at your phone waiting? Forget about service. They won't even greet you. Yes this has happened, more then once. I've been burned a few times now, enough that I won't be coming back. I have a 30 min lunch and if I spend ten minutes being ignored, well, that's my lunch... Standing in line for no reason. Edit for the star reason: doesn't matter how good the food is if they won't serve it.

I needed a lasagna for a bachelorette party and I am so happy I came across this place. It was an instant hit, perfect size and packaging was great for the commute! I enjoyed this meat lasagna so much that I have every intention to return to try some other items I saw.

Beautiful, casual spot to get Italian food, coffee, and groceries. A great Italian table with a selection of pastas, proteins, and sandwiches for a great lunch. We loved the chicken Parmesan! Delicious frozen pastas (lasagnas, etc) also available for purchase for everyday family meals and big parties!

We’ve tried the chicken and turkey meatballs for the first time at Friday Harbour (bought it at marina store) My 11 year old who is a very picky eater who eats only homemade meatballs absolutely loved them, so did the rest of my family. Every time we went boating I always ‘cleared’ the shelves of the store of all chicken and turkey meatballs they had available and brought it home to freeze. Never thought I’d be looking for meatballs lol Today I’ve made a call to Palma customer service to see if there are any locations near me that carry their product. Clara was very kind to return my voice mail promptly and informed me where I can find my turkey meatballs. Thank you so much guys, your products are very delicious as it was made home by grandma. Keep on making delicious meals!

Love Palma but service not so good. They don't ever seem happy to serve you, customer service could greatly improve, it doesn't hurt to smile and greet customers. I've been going to Palma for years and the food is outstanding, very tasty and filling. Love to see that this place is expanding to a full dine restaurant plus they now have groceries and really good prices as well.

Having been a life long aficionado of Italian food, I am unwilling to rate fast food places with the canon. Ususally. However, Palma's kitchen has certainly in the last 6 months I've frequented it done much to entice and win an ardent loyalty among customers like me. I certainly appreciate the seasonal changes and items offered like pumpkin spice lattes. With its close proximity to my work place and charming and helpful staff I couldn't help but fall in love with the food and its culture of quality. I look forward to watching this business grow and enjoying all the authentic Italian cuisine on demand. Thank you.

The food is always good. We bought pizzas, and pasta. Everything was super delicious

Big portions, reasonable price, delicious taste and great service! Was craving lasagna so stopped by here. Got their special heart shaped ravioli and their meat lasagna. So fresh and yummy. Staff were so kind and friendly.

We order everything we needed for a dinner and it was outstanding. Just heated the dishes up and serve. Everyone enjoyed the food and I enjoyed the food and my guests.

Well I don't usually write reviews but this time I had to and I hope that the owners read it, I usually go to Palmas and grab a Coffee as it is convenient due to proximity to my work, well today was like non other I had ever in ordering Coffee, let me explain - I order my large coffee as I usually do, lady at the counter makes my coffee brings it to me it's piping hot 🔥 I politely ask for a sleeve as I see them stacked on the counter behind her her exact reply to me was "what! Too hot for you!?" I said "yes it's too hot" instead of proceeding to give me a damn sleeve she keep an argument how these cups are insulated, let me assure you they are NOT as a matter of fact they are like any other thin cup out there, anyway after that rude encounter she finally went and got me my sleeve, really ? Was that such a big deal to give to a customer that's asking for something legit? (Time and date Jan 11, 2024 12:30pm) management do something because that's unexeptable.

This place was amazing! Food was 100% high quality and great taste. If I lived closer I epilepsy be 1000lbs and there every day!

Busy place. It is a grocery store also. Variety of Italian products. Frozen pastas, sweets, produce,cheeses etc. The hot kitchen’s food is good. Pancetta’s sandwich is excellent.

Amazing food. Definitely great to stop by for a little sit-down or grab and go. The cheese filled pasta tasted heavenly 🤤🤤🤤🤤

I tried Palma's today at Taste Of Little Italy and wow! It was so delicious and so fairly priced, contrary to so many other vendors there. I am so glad I came across their stall. The service was fast and the food was amazing. The meatball sandwich was the highlight for me. These guys know exactly how to run a street festival food stall. 10/10, sorry no photos as the food was devoured too fast!

Got a combo: meat lasagna w cordon bleu. Had high expectations; was greatly disappointed. Lasagna didn't have flavor and noodles were mushy. Cordon bleu was bland and chicken was dry.

We went there for breakfast on Saturday morning. There are only a few choices. But the food was good and not crowded at all. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for authentic tasting pasta that will feed your family, this is the place to go. We usually pick up several trays to last a few days. The lasagne is excellent and our current favorite. Can't complain about any of the other sauces either, so you really can't go wrong. Sign up for their loyalty program too if you plan on frequenting the place so you can get discounts.

Palma pasta is my family’s go to for Italian catering. All their food is high quality, their tomato sauce is one of the best in the GTA, this of the utmost importance when feeding a large group of Italians. I also want to say that their Customer Service is excellent, they are customer focused and will go above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of. We will continue to use Palma Pasta for upcoming events and have recommended them to friends and family who have been nothing but impressed with their food and service.

Wonderful selection, they even have my wife's favorite Nutella cookies. My specialty is Brio by the glass rather than cans and they have that too. E Italiano!

This place is pretty good. I would definitely come back if I'm around. Got the roast beef sandwich...the bread ...the meat....the cheese...just wow
