Poor service they have made their own policies. GM of the hotel needs to read this review and take appropriate action. Your staff forgets to put bottles in the room and under no circumstances you're authorized to impose a rule where a customer will come downstairs to grab his own water bottles being a hilton silver member. Also, female staff is uneducated and unethical to behave rudely with a customer upon requesting a water bottle to the room. If you dont have money to have enough staff in the hotel then shut it down.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment I arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. What truly stood out, though, were the scrumptious mini pumpkin spice pancakes served at breakfast. I couldn't resist indulging in these delectable treats for multiple mornings during my stay. They were a delightful start to my day, and the staff's attentiveness in ensuring everything was just right made it an even more memorable experience.

The room was very clean, filled with all necessities, pots, paper towel, dish soap plus personal toiletries. The breakfast had many options, lots of food and beverages! Staff served the breakfast and had a great process. Location was great and next to a huge cinema park with a variety of estaurants etc. I would stay here again! Thanks for all your help Corina. The staff did very well keeping themselves and guests safe.

Let me start by saying that we are Hilton Honors members and have spent MANY nights with the Homewood chain. Upon checking in, we waited over 30min for the single front house staff to check in 2 other guests, (after we checked in through the app already to get our digital key). The front desk charged us a "deposit" this was the first time we have had a deposit charged by Hilton, After booking and paying for the "board room" where I had a business meeting scheduled, they prepared some sort of meeting room that would be used as a classroom, and then took 3 phone calls and 20 min to open the actual board room 5 min prior to my meeting starting. Promptly after my board meeting I was locked out of my room, both my physical card and digital key in my app were not working, so I called down to the front desk (as the suite was the farthest room away from the elevator and on the 5th floor) where I was immediately placed on hold for 5 min and then disconnected. After going back downstairs and leaving my wife sitting in the hallway, the front house staff replaced my key, I was however more concerned with the interaction I witnessed between the counter staff and the maintenance worker that was about to walk out the door when he was informed that there was an immediate repair that needed to be done as a guest was waiting to put thir kids to sleep, the maintenance staff simply refused to conduct the repair as he had "already checked out" and refused to clock in and go do the repair at the request pof front desk staff. The pool was shut down for emergency repairs, good luck getting breakfast unless ypu like standing in 40 min line ups. Overall highly disappointed to say the least. Would not stay at this location if it could be avoided.

I booked through my Hilton app as I’m a member and NEVER until Covid did I have to see the front desk staff. All I had to do what digitally check in and my room key was given and I could go straight to my room avoiding the lobby. The ‘guest service clerk’ argued with me saying that wasn’t true yet I’ve stayed here multiple times. When I used my app yesterday I checked off to chose my own room. When I got here today and checked in, our room number was different then what I chose. Everyone has a reason for choosing what they choose and if that room wasn’t available ? Why did the app allow me to choose it just so I’m assigned a completely different room? Definitely not a place I would want to stay again if you aren’t interested in making your guests happy!

The hotel's rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities, and maintained cleanliness throughout. Although the breakfast wasn't fantastic, there were still nice options available. Overall, a decent stay with comfortable rooms and satisfactory breakfast choices.

We went as a family vacation and rented a two bedroom suite. The rooms were a bit dated but overall it was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Great water pressure within the showers. A hot breakfast is provided each morning with decent variation with it. With the included kitchen in the suites we would often make our own breakfast. Very easy access to the highway to get to places and a lot of amenities in close range of the area. As a central location to visit other areas of the city it was ideal. The hotel was good, nothing exceptionally good or bad about the place.

The Room is a suite, a lot of space with a small kitchen but it's old style. Typical American hotel with the carpet that transmits a not good clean feeling, confirmed by having the rooms cleaned every two days and having found some hair on the sheets. Do not look at the vacuum cleaner. The bathroom with the tub and the curtain is not comfortable and easy ... the water comes out. Don't look Breakfast limited and not well disposed...a very small corner for all the people. Appreciated basketball's court outside while the swimming pool is very simple. The staff in the reception were very polite and incredibly helpful!. In general I would have imagined something more.

My husband and myself have the opportunity to stay 3 nights for our son's soccer tournament. It's clean environment and service was good. The room was spacious and very impressive with the amenities provided. However, the most disappointing part was that shower cubicle was very small . Being suite, doesn't even have jacuzzi or bathtub. Breakfast wasn't bad. Hotel in a good location 👌Its gave us easy access to restaurants and highway.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a minor hockey tournament and they rolled out the red carpet for us! A welcome banner and welcome gifts were an unexpected and delightful surprise! Marie and Leo and the rest of the crew at the front desk proved exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond all weekend long. The rooms are well designed for this type of travel. Could they use an update? Sure. But they were fitted with small kitchens, including a double burner and fridge. I would highly recommend the hotel to other sports teams looking for accommodation in the GTA. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Home away from home. I was misinformed by another travel app about a different hotel, which ended up not having parking for a full-size company van. Called these guys at 11:00 pm and had a room booked within minutes, for my stay. The evening staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I've always had good experiences with Hilton.

Excellent and helpful service from the staff. The rooms are nice, clean and well laid out. Decor and furniture could do with some updating.

Trying to adjust thermostat for heat causes an offensive stench of burnt, mold. Shower door needs cleaning. Room cleanliness is subpar. Location is commercial with lots of transport trucks moving at all times throughout the weekend. Front desk staff (both morning and night) have been kind and very welcoming. Bed was comfortable.

Clean, upscale, convenient and a great value. Jeremy was a hoot when checking in both professional and fun. Peter and his team give nothing but top notch service. I would highly recommend staying at Homewood suites, for a short delay or long term exploration. Wednesday night socials are just an added bonus to a fantastic stay.

visited this hotel during the summer. they have an indoor pool and breakfast. However, the amenities did not include netflix or youtube, exhausts in both kitchen and washroom were both not working and there was no dish soap. other than that everything was okay. definitely wouldn’t be my first option but it’s not the last on the list:)

Room was not ready for 3pm check in and front desk didn't communicate well. She said they are finishing up on room and then they will be doing mine and sorry was her last word. So we just looked at each other and I said I guess I'll just wait in my car. Room was done almost 5pm and waited in my car with 3 kids. Breakfast was not pleasant. Cubes of boiled potatoes with no flavour, couldn't even make it taste decent with ketchup. Chicken sausage is not the best and the French toast was hard and crunchy one side. The rooms were great. I usually enjoy staying at homewood suites. I have stayed in one in vaughan and it was great. The one in Oakville is my favourite and is always great.

The heating and air conditioner system did not work from the beginning of my stay, and when I reported the problem, a housekeeping employee was sent to investigate, but he was not able to resolve it. It has been confirmed to me that he is a housekeeping employee and that the technical support person is on leave, so I will have to wait for two more days for the issue to be resolved. I find this to be unprofessional and pathetic. The cold temperature inside the room caused my son to become ill and he was struggling as a result of it. Due to the temperature issue and my son's sickness, our holiday turned out to be a nightmare. This was not what we expected from a good brand such as Hilton. It is very upsetting and I would think twice before booking again with Hilton. This is the second time I have used Hilton and everything went wrong this time.

Satisfied with the service provided. Front desk manager Leo went over and above to make sure we had a comfortable stay. I did however gave a feedback to replace the EV Charging Station company as they are charging over 3$ + 13% tax an hr which is way above industry standard. The hotel will soon be blamed for such an EV charging experience. If I am wrong with my price estimates I apologies upfront (but I am sure am not wrong)

Very close to the airport, but I don’t think I will stay at this hotel again. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and clean enough, but the hotel breakfast was cold. The fruit served was rotten.

Staffs are very good. Management should change breakfast menu & try different, all the day same menu is boring. Must have indoor play area for kids. They should think to upgrade existing TV to smart.

Homewood Suites Mississauga is like a second home to my family. Marie in Front Office is amazing. I prefer checking in at the counter than the digital check in, it is the best opportunity to interact with the staff. Room cleanliness is okay. Location is good. Over all stay experience is great.

I had booked a room with a fire place because I wanted to enjoy the fire place but it did not work I found crumbs in my room The hallways had garbage sitting there all night wich made it stink I went searching for an ice machine on 3 floors and when I did find them they weren't working The parking lot was not shoveled or salted The pool closed at 7 wich gives you not time because check in is at 3 They took a 250 dollar deposit on a room that was 250 dollars Usually I find the homewood suits to be very clean and accommodating but this one was horrible especially for the price I paid

Nice decent suites near Toronto airport. Big rooms, loads of parking and good breakfast in morning. Covid-19 restrictions have made few things restricted but overall good experience.

The hotel is welcoming, peaceful and of course great for an extended stay. They have ample parking space. The hotel rooms are old but still ok and clean. The breakfast spread was amazing- all freshly baked and everyday breakfast was different. They served breakfast with great care and hospitality, they served it hot and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The room we stayed had a pantry with 2 burner, a TV in the living room and 1 in the bed room. The bathroom was really big but the shower space was old and small. Overall we had a great experience.

Took advantage of Memorial Day for short family vacation in Toronto. Chose this hotel since it has a suite with two rooms and bathroom. In addition, it had a kitchen. It was a perfect setup for us. I have seen complaints of this being older dated hotel. It isn't a new hotel but rooms and hotel overall is well maintained and I had no problems with decor and furnishings. Beds and couch were comfortable. There is a breakfast available and it's solid if not spectacular. Pancakes, eggs, meat and potatoes plus cereal and breads There is an indoor pool, fitness room and washer dryer Location was good for us. Hour and half from Niagra falls border, near Pearson airport and food options less than a minute away in front of the hotel. Also 8 minutes away is a shopping strip with stores and more food options. Downtown Toronto is maybe 30 minutes away but we did go on this trip. All travel is by car. I have to acknowledge front staff member Leo who was very friendly especially to my kids and took care of some minor issues for us. He hustles and is pleasant I would go to this hotel again if visiting Toronto

My family and I have recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Mississauga. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is quiet, clean and has all necessary amenities. The suites are spacious and comfortable. All staff are extremely hospitable, polite, accommodating and helpful. We would like to extend special thanks to Peter, Elizabeth, Leo, Marie who ensured that we had an excellent stay. And yes, we did! They all made us feel at home. Elizabeth, thank you so much for making extra efforts to accommodate us when we booked our suite. Thanks to the cleaning ladies, we had a great room service. At the breakfast area, we cannot thank Alma and Roger enough. They were amazing, always walking an extra mile and beyond their normal responsibilities. They always greeted us with a smile and we immediately became friends. The food they prepared for everyone was very good and they made sure that guests were happy and well taken care of. Alma and Roger ensured that there was tasty and fresh food “on the table” for all guests during the entire breakfast time. The pastries they served us were absolutely delicious!!! The Wednesday parfait that Roger made for guests, so yummy! What we also appreciated was the fact that the food hygiene and safety was ensured. Alma and Roger were very courteous, polite and mannered. They patiently answered guests’ questions and were considerate. Exceptional hostesses, they succeeded in making our stay an enjoyable experience!

Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully ready for my family of 4 and we had more than enough room. The pool is the perfect size and never too busy. Great area and easy access to the highway.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We expected a standard continental breakfast in the morning. The hotel exceeded expectations serving a wide range of food and frequently replenishing items during the busy weekend. Check in and check out was easy. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Got put up for the night here thanks to Pearson Airports total incompetence. After a long day of travel, this place was perfect. The lady at the front desk was wonderful, the room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. Just looked at the breakfast and there's lots of good options. Definitely a great stay!

Nice hotel with a very classic style. It has a gym and an indoor heated pool. The suite has everything you may need including a desk, a small kitchen and even a jacuzzi. All the staff is extremely nice. Some parts need to be renovated like the closets or the shower.

Just a great hotel to stay to book. The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location in great with several restaurants within minimal walking distance.

It was an average experience. The front desk and service are wonderful but room size for two is not sufficient. There is no Smart TV so there are no options to view your content as the Canadian cable channels are not worthy for watching especially for Asians. The location is amazing and is well connected with miway, Zum bus routes. Uber, cabs are easily available within a min. The courtney park area has all major stores and cinema in 100 m.

We love to stay at Homewood Suites specially at Corporate Road. Not until last Dec. 5, 2022, We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights at a different location and in our last day,we asked for late check out so we can sleep-in a little bit but instead they kept knocking and ringing the phone to leave the room. With 2 small kids 2 & , 15 mins wasn't enough. We checked out , like birds without a nest.

We stayed at this location in August. They requested a 200$ deposit when we registered, and said they would refund us at most a week after checking out. We still haven't received the money after so many months. When we called, they said they already sent the payment, although that was clearly not the case after calling the bank. They also failed to provide a receipt for the deposit, and charged it separately to the other fees.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great staff specially Mariel and Jeremy from the front desk that made me forget my cancel flight and all stress I got in the airport and feel welcome, fantastic hospitality!!!!

My experience was good but would have been better if the kitchen has got an oven. The restaurant area need to be monitored as some guests use their bare hands to pick food instead of using the pickers provided. Guests are supposed to be wearing masks within the food area

Stayed many times at this hotel since discovering is not on the flight path from the nearby airport, giving it always 5 stars despite being charged 3 times for one stay (which took a long time to be refunded when returning to the UK for example - as I read once again my reviews here, besides other problems created by the receptionists and their lack of efficiency). We came here to visit the nearby family in poor health, staying one week and used the Hilton app to book the room one day in advance (which functions perfectly with other Hilton hotels) always a suite at the end of the hallway on the upper floor to avoid noisy people etc however: 1. Upon arrival the receptionist said the room we booked was not available - why allow us to book that room via the app then? She gave us suite 620 facing the nearby restaurants and the LA gym where I went several times as the hotel gym is just basic 2. The room had, just like in the past, just about everything except oven and sponge/washing liquid - also noticed the breakfast as poorer than pre-covid, with the almost same varieties every day. Also the evening options were gone completely due to covid (as if this new 'flu strain' is not here to stay just like the Spanish flu that modified our ancestors' resilience to all kind of cold/flu/lung problems). I believe that high levels of cleanliness should be on everyone's agenda - covid or no covid. However what upset us the most, and had numerous (now simply useless conversations, I conclude - and a waste of our time) with almost every single receptionist/office staff/manager detailing the cigarette smell starting every night around 8pm and running until the morning for the whole week we stayed there. They could smell it themselves, some being more honest to how bad it was than others and not only replaced the towels we have not even used but even the shower curtain a few days later due to smelling so strong of cigarette. The room spray they gave to us could not cover the smell of cigarette and we had to purchase our own room spray for this. In the end we asked them to simply cover the air vent in the bathroom with duct tape, where NO smoke detectors were or water sprinkler, present in the other rooms though and apparently much stronger in the common hallways - smokers around the world, aren't you happy with this? Since many hotels always write polite reminders to their guests about different policies, as we encountered around the world (smoking is banned in Ontario hotels and charged 250 Canadian dollars which should be 10 times higher, if you ask me) we thought this might be a good incentive however none of the above mentioned people we spoke with actually did anything about this. We received mixed information about the hotel's air con vents (somebody saying they come from the suite underneath, others saying they go all directions, others saying there are separate on both side of the hotel) proof the hotel staff were not ready to help us instead asking us to move (my computer tower and kitchen devices we brought with us all the way from the USA to make our 1 week stay easier) to suite 621 (which smelled strongly of ethnic cooking even my air freshner could NOT mask) or suite 615, 617 opposite some VERY rude and very loud group of men making lots of noises in the evening as no one dared to approach them - one of the reasons we always asked for a corner suite and not a jacuzzi room which is not a suite with 2 rooms as we like. How many times were we to move if the cigarette smoke reached us in another suite? Wouldn't have been much better if the hotel staff was to put methods in place to identify the smoker instead of protecting this person and upsetting my lungs: my nose started bleeding some 24 hours later and coughing 'funny' proof that my immune system is not as strong as a smoker. Towards the end of our stay room 621 (with the ethnic cooking smell) was occupied and I am sure the same will happen to 620 for the smoker to affect a new family. This is proof the hotel management simply does not care about return Hilton members

Alma and Head Chef are the best they deserve to be promoted and or given more pay their hospitality is unmatched compared to any other hotel. Without them this hotel would not be what it is today. They are warm welcoming and friendly along with the other hotel staff. I really enjoyed the food such exquisite fine dining breakfast I have ever tasted.
