This is clearly one of the best airport hotels in North America. The location is right in terminal three, and the renovation looks great. It's fresh and clean and fun. Cool standing and seated desk in the room. Abdul, the concierge, was so helpful with suggestions. We came to watch airplanes, and Faye and Hazel were so kind to let us check out 3 different rooms when our suite wasn't available early and we didn't choose to wait. The club was excellent. You can order food in and it's very personal, healthy, and delicious. Very good kids meals! Thanks for a great stay!

This is the friendliest hotel I’ve ever visited! From the moment we arrived, they took incredibly good care of me and my senior citizen mother and 10 year old son. They were friendly and sweet to my kid and took the time to make conversation with us. Our baggage arrived quickly at the room and with a smile, and he offered to arrange a morning pickup for our luggage to leave on time for our flight. The best part of all was the lovely gentleman that picked up our luggage, loaded it carefully onto a baggage cart, and walked us all the way into the airport to wait for the Terminal 1 train. He gave us great directions and a smile as he left. Stellar Service!!

The service at this hotel is simply not commensurate with the Sheraton brand. I have stayed multiple times and it is just consistently poor. Online check in process has never worked, chat function in the app was not able to resolve it. Today was a new low with my room service order only showing up with half of the item (meat / cheese board with no cheese whatsoever). For the price, I appreciate the convenient location but consistently leave here disappointed.

Had an 8hr layover and the nap and shower was worth every penny. Exquisitely designed and renovated suites. Silent and has 100% air quality rating. If you manage this hotel, I'm happy to provide the full report. I do indoor air quality work and always bring along my devices. PM2.5, VOCs, C02, humidity and temperature were all within ideal human conditions.

It's hard to beat this level of convenience. You pay for it, so brace yourself. For what it's worth they do a nice job offering an impressive lobby to make you feel like it's a luxury experience. But you don't wait for a hotel shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, you don't go outside, you just either take the monorail or walk right on up. The staff have always been incredible at this hotel. For routine stuff they are friendly and competent. For unusual situations, airport hotels have seen it all. Someone once dropped a package off for me, but I had already left for my flight. A manager at the hotel called my cell phone later that day, and agreed to hold the package on site until my next stay (which happened to be a week later). Truly above and beyond. The food is not amazing - the meatball is indeed one of the better items on the menu, but mostly the food is average quality at high-end prices. Chalk it up to part of the cost of staying this close to the terminal, or just eat somewhere else. I've stayed solo, I've stayed with family, I've stayed with only my spouse, and each time I've had no complaints.

Shocked by racist behavior of woman working at &More near the lobby. We were just quietly having drinks and waiting for our flight, when this woman suddenly passed by, nearly yelling at us if we wanted more drinks, we politely declined (we still had drinks), to which she replied ‘OK I’ll get you the bill’. When we got the bill (the one we didn’t ask for and our drinks weren’t finished yet) I asked if they needed the table (I couldn’t imagine, nearly all tables were empty), so we were permitted to stay. It felt awkward, but could have been a misunderstanding. After a while the same blond woman came to us and yelled at my father that he wasn’t allowed to sleep (really, he just closed his eyes, long day, our flight got delayed), at the same time, two tables away from us a white man was asleep for half an hour and he didn’t get any comment from her (he too wasn’t bothering anyone). I decided to pay for our drinks and leave after this second unfriendly encounter. I did mention it while paying for the drinks and I was assured that we could stay as long as we’d like, but we didn’t feel welcome anymore after that horrible behavior.

Perfect location for a night while waiting the next flight, the decoration and ambiance is pretty nice, modern, comfortable and cozy. The front desk guys are always willing to help and with great customer service. Rooms very clean and comfortable. A little expensive but it worth it to have a good rest.

You won't find a more convenient location when flying out of YYZ. If staying over supper and breakfast times, look into the upgrade that includes finger foods in the evening (dumplings, pizza, salads, etc) and then breakfast (fruit, Oatmeal, granola, eggs, bacon etc) in the private area. This was a HUGE savings for us as we were a group of 8 in 2 rooms. The pool area and hot tub were nice although the men's area has a sauna and steam bath and the women's does not. If you park on level 5, you enter into the hotel near the lobby. However, if you park on level 4, your car will be more protected from snow. Access to the hotel is still convenient. You can also use the restaurant of the hotel without being a guest. Parking on level 5 and walking through the lobby would also provide quick access to terminal 3.

Nice modern hotel with nice rooms. Great Lounge that is open 24 hours. Great location as it sits at the train stop at Terminal 3. Easy to get between Terminal 1&3. I land at Terminal 1 and take the 30 second train ride over to the Hotel. Recommend if you have an early morning flight.

We met our son at Terminal 3. He was leaving after a short visit. We wanted to have dinner together before he went through security. There is zero amenity at Terminal 3 before you go through security but the Sheraton stands out like a beacon. It was quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The service was top notch and the food was delicious (try the braised short ribs). Pricey and well worth it for the calm, quiet atmosphere, the great service and a nice dinner.

Very comfortable hotel. Stayed in club suite with 2 adults 2 kids, spacious and comfortable. Food in club lounge was average in the evening but great for breakfast and brilliant service all around. Fitness and swimming facilities are good. Absolutely appallingly though the steam and sauna is only available for men and not for women - have literally never seen anything like this before. It’s completely false advertising on the website and I’m kind of stunned at this in this day and age. Wow.

I have stayed here 3 times. Always s clean well staffed hotel. I was able today to do a half day room as I had an 8 hour layover. It was very quiet in the middle of the day and there was no flight noise. It's very convenient to gates and security. Highly recommend.

I have to mention that for years I have not stayed at this hotel because of many problems I had had. However the hotel made sense this time because of my circumstances so with low expectations I booked. However I just want to say how much I enjoyed my stay it was incredible and the renovations are beautiful. From check in to check out it was amazing. I had an early flight and a young man from the hotel, Angus helped me with my bags to the airport. So if you stay please try to look up Angus and give him a shout out for me. I highly recommend this hotel all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again, Angela

I had a horrible experience with a male employee working at the hotel on the morning of Wednesday June 7th at around 8am. There was a small island style desk in the middle of the hotel hallway on level 1. I was looking to throw something away and was in a rush to get to my flight. I assumed there would probably be a little trash bin behind the desk I spotted. No one was standing there so I peaked and there it was a little trash bin. I threw my garbage in there and walked towards the escalator to get going to my flight. A male Caucasian employee abruptly appeared out of no where and told me I was extremely rude for using the garbage can without his permission. I was taken aback but apologized politely and continued to walk to the elevator to head to my flight. He followed me and rudely asked for my room number and mocked me. He started belittling me and saying that I am a grown women and that I should know better. All for throwing something in the trash bin? He wasn't even standing at the desk, of course if he was I would have asked before using it. But regardless, this behaviour was shocking from a hotel employee under any circumstance. I felt horrified and scared as this man followed me upstairs on the escalator, I tried to just not look back and continue walking. I paid $645 for a 1 night stay here, because my connecting flight was canceled and rescheduled to the morning so I thought I would conveniently stay at the hotel in the airport. I will never stay here again, especially at this price point and because of this scary experience.

I had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's & More restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner due to a flight rescheduling. Although my overall experience was bittersweet, I feel compelled to address a concerning issue regarding the quality of service provided by your staff. To begin with, I must express my gratitude towards the first waitress, Erika, who warmly greeted me with a genuine smile. Not only did she provide exceptional service, but she also went above and beyond by offering my 5yo crayons, paper, and even water to keep him entertained throughout our visit. Thank you Erika again - we enjoyed our food very much. Regrettably, the positive atmosphere took a drastic turn when Erika's shift ended, and a waitress named Luca took over. Luca lacked the same level of patience and professionalism we had previously encountered. One incident that particularly stood out was her hastiness in clearing our table, even though I explicitly informed her that I had not finished my drink. Surprisingly, she ignored my request and insisted that the teapot was empty. It was only after I show her the tea still remaining in the pot that she reluctantly acknowledged her mistake. This disregard for my satisfaction left a bitter taste in my mouth. Furthermore, Luca continuously interrupted our meal, attempting to remove our beverages & food, or pushing us to order additional food items. Despite my repeated assurances that I would place an order when ready, she persisted in her efforts to persuade me. Even after the dinner has arrived, she kept interrupting our meal by asking multiple times if I have finished my meal or not and had the “still not?!” face when I told her I’m not done yet. Her disregard for my stated preferences was disappointing, to say the least. This is not a fast food shop, I came here to enjoy my meals, not to rush it out for you. I believe it is crucial for your establishment to provide consistent and exceptional service to all patrons, regardless of staff shifts. Such discrepancies in customer treatment can significantly affect the overall impression of your restaurant. Therefore, I kindly request that you take this matter seriously to ensure a consistently positive dining experience for your guests.

Before I get into the things this hotel can control, let's talk about the things they can't. This hotel is WILD and is often packed with people not staying at the hotel using it for their flight layover or other purposes without the hotels consent, and the staff get instantly overwhelmed by some of these enormous groups. Even under more understandable circumstances it can be tough. On one of the nights I was there a number of flights got cancelled and there were hundreds of people in line trying to get rooms. I suppose the hotel could have had more than 2 check-in staff but I can understand how difficult that volume would be. Now onto the stuff the hotel could control. When we checked in our room reeked of smoke, and amusingly they had actually left fumigation equipment in the hall outside the room. It's hard to argue they didn't know about the smoke but they gave us a different room which was fine. The other reason I would knock off a star here is the hotel was one of the dirtier one's I've stayed at, particularly the guestroom floor and the general swimming pool area. Finally if you are parking a car definitely familiarize yourself with the system and cost, we ended up spending much more than we expected here. Other than that, no complaints, you're obviously paying for the location and the location is great!

I stayed here during a 15 hour layover. I came in exhausted, stressed, and just about ready to cry after dealing with airline drama. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and accommodating! My room was clean, beautiful, and so comfortable. I LOVED the shower design and the comfort of my king bed. The room came with full size toiletries, coffee, water, a courtesy phone, cable tv, streaming services, free wifi, and even more! I was a little disappointed to learn that breakfast wasn't included, but now I realize it wasn't that big of a deal at all. My trip (and my mood) was significantly better after visiting the Sheraton. Thank you so much!

We stayed here twice in about a week. Based on the first room we received I would say that this is an aging hotel that is past its prime. There was virtually no counter space in the bathroom and what was there was old and worn and should have been replaced 10 years ago. The second time we stayed was the total opposite. very nicely appointed with reasonable counter space and new. The first night was payed with points and the second with cash. Was that it? Given the first night, we could have stayed at a Super8 for a quarter of the price and received the same quality.

Hotel interior is beautiful and immaculately clean. Rooms are large, and very comfortable. They are properly updated with streaming TV's, extra charging ports, and even tables that convert to stand up desks if you want. Also a large, clean, and well-maintained gym. The club lounge is second to none for Sheraton hotels. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they always have a nice spread. They had a great guest appreciation night with live music, complimentary wine and prosecco, and tons of staff floating around making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The hotel restaurant is also great - mix of casual, comfortable atmosphere with great food and service, and also suitable for all little romantic dinner before departure, or if you're here on business, for a casual business meeting. They also have quiet work rooms and a private dining area if needed. We actually prefer driving from out of town to stay at the Gateway the night before international flights instead of connecting in because it's so much more relaxing and enjoyable then dealing with connecting flights.

It’s great location inside terminal 3 which you do not need to go out after arrival. If use Uber eat, make sure put correct hotel name. The front desk is nice and friendly. The indoor pool is nice. The executive lounge open 24 hrs includes breakfast buffet . Only bad side is the sound proofing between rooms can be enhanced. The room is brand new renovated.

I stayed here due to a last-minute cancellation at the previous hotel I'd booked at. The rooms here are amazing - TONS of space, very clean, nicely done and have everything you need. The bathroom is also very spacious with lots of counter space which is a plus. The 24 hour pool is AMAZING. Other hotels I've stayed at have the pools close earlier than I'm back in my room - my friends and I went for a swim at 2am and it was very nice! Downside - the men's changeroom has a steam room, but I don't think the women's does? Was kind of strange! But other than that, no issues. The workout room looked fantastic, also. Location is fantastic - I stayed here for a convention at the TCC, and while it's not within walking distance, the buses are so frequent that it doesn't matter. We took many trips to and from and within 15 minutes we were there, stress free. The fact that it's in an aiport is very convenient for food - 24h Tim's, Wendy's and Subway were very welcome when we got back to our room at 1am! The view of all the planes in the airport was also really neat! The best part was the staff. I've stayed at many hotels over the years and the staff here is so friendly, helpful, welcoming and seem like they genuinely enjoy talking to you and want you to have a good stay. We talked to all sorts of staff while there - front desk, customer service, housekeeping, maintenance - all of them were fantastic. The battery for our door died and therefore we couldn't get access - maintenance came within 10 minutes and had it replaced in 5. Checkout was easy and they have free luggage storage if you check out and still have things to do. It was very handy, easy, and everyone who helped us store/retrieve our luggage were amazing. Everything about this stay was absolutely perfect, and we will make this our return hotel from now on. Thank you so much for such a wonderful, positive experience during my stay! :)

This is a really nice hotel. Great view of the airport if you are into watching planes. Sheraton Club lounge was beautiful. Hot food from 1730-1930 were very good with a decent selection. Drinks were expensive but you are at the airport so it's expected. Breakfast in the lounge was also good with a wide selection. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the lobby and room were after the renovations. The room in particular for a chain hotel has to be one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Quality of the materials and the thoughtfulness of the design is clear. Loved the lighting, the bathroom design, and also the working desk with the plugs in the centre and the ability to adjust it up and down. Will definitely be back.

Overnight stays on both legs of our Caribbean vacation. Even with us using Terminal for flying via Air Canada, it was a easy jaunt to the hotel in Terminal 3. Found the staff extremely friendly, the renovations well done and the Club Lounge well worth the extra costs. The room is spacious, well appointed, great bed, linens and loved the shower. The toiletries are a good brand (Gilchrist & Soames) however masculine in Warm Oak scent which is nice for hubby but not so much for myself. Highly recommend and will be back next trip.

After driving by this hotel for more than half my life, I finally stayed there! The hotel and rooms are newly renovated and I was very impressed with the amenities. The Club Lounge was one of the best I have ever been in and the room was equally impressive with very functional layout and beautiful furniture. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our stay at the Sheraton was definitely a beautiful experience. We normally do Airbnbs but we just needed one night before flying home and the room was spacious and clean and elegant. The bed was perfect, but need to have better pillows..they were much too soft. Bathroom was immaculate and had bath soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower! And even hand cream in the bathroom which I really liked having after washing my hands. The breakfast at the hotel was suppar and super expensive. The service was amazing by our waiter. The food nothing special to write about...both my husband and I had the eggs Benny. We could've had a much tastier breakfast in the actual airport and so much cheaper. But this hotel was a beautiful stay indeed.

Our connecting flight from Ottawa was delayed, and we missed the Toronto connection by a matter of minutes. The next available flight was the following morning so we stayed at the Sheraton which is conveniently connected to the Pearson airport. It was a fantastic experience. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is an indoor pool. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very comfortable. The lobby has a fabulous vibe and we met some lovely people while trying to get a room. The restaurant was closed after dinner hours and we were able to order appetizers from the bar. Despite missing our flight, staying at the Sheraton Gateway at the Pearson Airport was a great experience! It is a bit pricier than other surrounding alternatives, but well worth it in my opinion

Great hotel conveniently located right across from Pearson Airport. Preferred Parking made it easy to find a parking spot. Warm, friendly welcome from front desk staff with a quick check in process. Room was very clean, comfortable and very spacious. Short walk via the indoor walkway connects the hotel right to Terminal 3, very convienient. Would stay here again.

Located at the airport, the Sheraton Gateway Hotel was a nice place to spend the night after our flight was cancelled due to weather. The room is nicely designed and appeared recently renovated. I was really impressed! The one downside was being able to very easily hear everyone in the hallway... If you're a light sleeper, this may not be the hotel for you. As we were there for just the night, I didn't check out the pool or gym, but having both available are great perks for travelers looking to stay at the airport.

The room was amazing. Everything was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Went down to the lounge for a steak, the service was fantastic as well as the steak. Great location in the airport. Took 10 minutes to get to terminal 1 from front desk via the train.

I only stayed here for two nights for work I didn’t get a chance to check out the hotel amenities but over all I had good stay. The rooms are nicely renovated, only steps to the airport, depending on what side of the hotel your room is you can see the planes come and go. Front desk was friendly and engaging. The room was extremely quiet. Tip: (to get to the hotel and parking) When arriving follow the departure lane (not what the GPS tells you lol) you will see hotel on your left (check in) parking is $38 daily it’s P5 on the LEFT past the hotel you will see the Sheraton sign. Most pick up trucks just fit. Drive all the way up to the Sheraton deck and park up there. Try not to park in the actual underground garage part depending on where you are it’s a long walk.

Room was perfect and clean. Not very quiet die to noise from the corridor. Long waiting time at the front desk: just one lady managing clients. Access to the hotel is at the terminal 3: if you arrive at the terminal 1 then you have to take the connection train.

Nice comfy room for a layover flight. Nice little laid back restaurant in the lobby area, food was good. My server/bartender was awesome, yes I sat at the bar. Place was nice, I just think that my room price was a bit high, then again I'm staying literally at the airport. My room on the 8th floor overlook the Toronto Airport so maybe it might not be too pricey. At the end of the day I had a great stay and that's what's important.

Very clean room, friendly staffs, and it is quiet. If you landed in Terminal 1 tgen take a sky train to Terminal 3 and once you get off the train the hotel entrance is there. AC worked very well! Lounge is very nice as well. Foods and drinks.

We missed our 7pm AC flight due to a missing document and needed to stay overnight so checked into the Sheraton. Our luggage etc was already at the airport for our flight the next morning and we requested toothbrushes and paste. Rosario on the reservation desk upgraded our room, found us essential toiletries and made sure we had everything we needed overnight. Her caring and thoughtfulness made for a peaceful night after an overwhelming experience. Thank you Rosario.

Was there for a night get away with wife. Overall good experience love the comfort and style and different seating areas of the lobby. Wife used the pool and hot tub.... only downside I found the bar rather expensive. Glass of wine for wife was 26 and a mixed drink for me cost me 18 seemed a little steep...but over all very present stay room was clean and bed was puuuuuur fect

It was very clean, modern place to stay right next to the airport. I enjoyed using the nice shower and room to relax for a few hours before my early morning flight home in the morning. Reception on the second floor informed me what I can collect points on and I saw a delicious looking bakery section that I didn't have time to try out. Hotel has a convenient large stand telling you where to catch the train or how to get to terminal 1 without having to ask the reception desk. There was also an alarm clock with outlets to charge your electronics and set up an alarm to wake you up. It has good lighting. It’s a very nice and clean place to stay and I wished I got the chance to stay longer!

I had a great experience at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto, earning it a well-deserved five stars. The direct connection to the airport is convenient. The staff exhibited professionalism, ensuring a quick check-in process. The rooms were clean, and overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very convenient location beside the airport. We arrived in mid December and they had hot chocolate, cookies, and a letter to Santa station. Our 5 year old daughter loved it. The staff at the Sheraton were excellent with her. They helped her write the letter and gave ger a free gift. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a very appreciated hotel for my wife and I. We were travelling with a dog and were delayed getting into the airport from Washington DC. It was late at night and we were exhausted and hungry. We also had to catch a flight at 6am to complete our journey home. The hotel at the airport meant no taxis needed and we could sleep as long as possible. The hotel staff were great and the room was very quiet and comfortable. The shower in the room was very appreciated as the showerhead is high enough for a tall person to fit under it. Their restaurant was open until 1am which meant we could eat something even though it was after 11pm when we finally could get to the hotel. The hotel is not cheap... It is fairly pricey but worth it.

This review is for the restaurant. Excellent food, superb service. Atmosphere? NONE. Why did it feel like I was having dinner in a cafeteria? It was so bright I couldn't relax after a very long day of travel. It's an airport hotel, we don't want more airport lighting when we are finally settled and trying to wind down. Im mind blown the managers/ GMs don't do anything to dim the lights. Every light plug has a dimmer nowadays. But the food was great though!

Perfect location even for a long layover - we spend 3 days in the Sheraton Gateway Hotel as a family having some time available to explore Toronto Downtown (perfect connected with the UP Express Train / just 25 minutes) as well as the Ontario Lake and Niagra Falls area (rental car recommended - available within minutes at Terminal 1). Thanks to the Hotel Team - it was a fantastic stay! PS: Floor Level 8 with the direct view on the Toronto Pearson Airport is highly recommended.

Would I recommend this hotel to a friend? Yes. Would I stay here again knowing what I know? Yes. Be careful when booking a club floor room. When we checked it , Reception told us that between 5:30 and 7:30 there would be free drinks and food in the club floor lounge. We went and ordered 2 double gin and tonics. We soon discovered that alcohol was not free in the lounge. I have stayed a hotels with club floors all over the world and this is the first hotel that booze was not free in the club floor lounge. Isn’t that why you book a club floor room?

I was at the Sheraton Gateway for a weekend of meetings. I had no real choice in the hotel, so I haven't rated "Location". Both the bedrooms and meeting rooms were excellent - clean and well maintained. Service was equally good. Food was fine - certainly it was plentiful. Portion sizes were a little bigger than I would have chosen, but most of my attendees cleaned their plates at all meals, so I don't think there were any complaints. Aside from food, prices were a good tradeoff - most of my attendees flew in so between the slightly higher bedroom cost and what we saved on taxis, we probably broke even. For flyers, though, the location was great.

I'm deducting a star for the parking, which in the winter months is not ideal. After driving up to 5 level check-in lobby you'll notice you left the covered parking area a floor below you. Who on earth wants to risk returning to a snow covered car after a week or so away? So we drove back down a level and dragged our things up again, walking outside for a good chunk of it. Check-in was pretty good. Great huge room. Bar / restaurant very pricey of course but good quality and great service. Next morning I went to drop our "overnight" bag in car before flight. Was surprised to learn we didn't miss an easy entrance the night before and was advised I'd have to go outside again to go down a level which the staff member actually suggested "wasn't very convenient". Oh there is surely a (cough) reasonably priced valet option but this is just another charge at this not inexpensive hotel. Amazingly quick return trip through airport back to car. Oh wait, our prepaid parking pass would not be accepted at garage exit. Spent 20-30 minutes calling and waiting on hold with various Sheraton numbers then even started trying to drive back up to (did I mention 5th floor?) lobby entrance before being told to go back to exit where somebody at the end of the phone pressed a button somewhere and the gate magically went up. Will be watching credit card statement closely.

Comfortable rooms, but very bare ie. No mini fridges and tight bathrooms. Staff was super friendly and nice, they brought up a bassinet for us very quickly. Location is great, being so close to both terminals is super convenient. The only issue is the price. I get it, location and convenience costs money. But these prices were outrageous considering so many people missed connections because of weather (December 2022, winter storms), the last thing we need is to pay 400$ for a room for one night that isn't reimbursable from the airlines because it was "weather related". You may all be wondering why we stayed at the most expensive hotel in the area, well when you're travelling with 2 kids under 2.5 with no car seats and it's 10pm, all you're wanting is to get the kids down and go to bed.

I’m so pleased with my stay. The hotel room was nice, modern and newly renovated. The staff was really friendly. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and fast service. My connection flight was delayed, and we had to spend a night near the airport. At least Sheraton hotel made my delay more comfortable.

Asked for a king suite with separate bedroom from front room because I caught Covid while in Canada and wanted to sleep separate from my wife and daughter. They gave me a king bed in one large room and said that’s all they had. Paid about $1000/night. Second I left my suit bag in the closet and called back as soon as I got home. Instead of going up and getting my suit bag, they referred me to a website called ilostmystuff.com and to file a claim. Filed the claim and never heard back, called the hotel a week later and they did not have my suit bag. Terrible lost and found for $1000/night. Lost my Hermes suit and sports coat, very expensive one night stay…

We had the best sleep ever after a layover in Toronto. We went as far as buying some of the bedding from the hotel’s website because the pillows, comforter and everything was so amazingly comfortable. The staff at the restaurant downstairs was also superb. All three staff members that helped us, I don’t have all their names, but included Theo/Tao and Dhruv were so helpful especially given my Gluten allergy. The breakfast food was incredibly tasty and served on hot plates so the eggs bacon and all the other food was served super hot and the coffee also was a wonderful brew All around one of the best experiences at the Sheraton gateway/Marriott if I ever have a layover in Toronto I will most certainly stay over here. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This hotel could not be more convenient for flying in or out of YYZ, especially Terminal 1. The hotel itself is recently renovated, and looks wonderful! The service was good, and the Sheraton Club here is one of the bigger concierge lounges I've experienced. I will definitely return in the future.

A little loud if you want quiet sleep. The walls are thin too. You could hear into the rooms just walking in the hallway. Hotel was nice and clean though. And the room was spacious. Good for a one night convenient stay.

Had some appetizers and a couple beers at the lobby bar while waiting for a friend to arrive on a flight. It's a very convenient, comfortable lounge and the food was really very good! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. You can park on the rooftop of the Terminal 3 parking building, and walk right in! You can walk through the hotel lobby and right across to the departure level, via an elevated, enclosed walkway.

Wonderful accommodations, friendly staff, and great service. The rooms are well appointed and very quiet. If you’re arriving/departing from Terminal 3, this is the place to stay — it’s but a short walk across a covered walkway. Likewise, the tram station connecting to Terminal 1 is immediately before the entry, so almost as convenient. The restaurant and bar are convenient for a quick meal, though at “airport prices”. Well worth an overnight if connecting in Toronto!

Great location - the hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3, and one airport train stop away from Terminal 1. The rooms and amenities are very basic - more what you would expect from Four Points by Sheraton. For over CAD 400/per night this is definitely not a good value for money. There was a very long queue at the check-in when I arrived in the evening.

For an airport hotel, this is very well managed and maintained. The staff have to deal with probably the grumpiest clients you're likely to find anywhere, and they were calm and gracious under a pretty busy check in line at 2am. Room was clean spacious and very welcome break between 2 fairly long connecting flights.

Great modern interior, plenty of space and convenience of being next to the airport. Very clean, decent sized room with comfy beds. you get what you paid for however, around $300-400 per night for a single room with two queen beds. However, no fridge or any real drink option in the room. My real gripe is that the restaurant menu is very limited, and there is only one official restaurant for the hotel, their food is mediocre and even though it’s not busy at the time of my stay (3:30pm Sunday), service seems understaffed. However there are plenty of usual airport restaurants if you choose to go elsewhere, which I recommend. Would recommend for the hotel, not for food.

We always plan to start our vacation here. As soon as you enter, check into your room and drop off luggage, it’s time to head to dinner. We have never had a bad meal. Last night it was a harvest salad to start with a perfectly prepared ribeye. The beds are comfy and we have always had a quiet room. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Start your vacation at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel.

Large and clean rooms, extremely convenient location. Ideal for overnight stays during flight cancellations. The hotel is located directly on the airport transit system and roughly 10 minutes to the security line up. Although it is expensive compared to other hotels I believe it is worth it while traveling.

We have stayed in several airport hotels and this is one of our favorites. Great service, staff, especially Rosario, went out of their way to help. The room was perfect for a family of four with a view on the runways. Restaurant on site with a great selection for meals and breakfast. Perfect food and service. The pool is amazing!

By far the nicest airport hotel I've ever stayed at. Unexpected one-night stay when my flight was canceled. It's connected to the airport terminal-- maybe 20 steps away from the check in counters. Smooth check-in, beautifully renovated room and lobby, super clean. A great night's sleep!

My second time staying at this hotel. Very conveniently location to get to/from the airport with a 24/7 shuttle. Hotel has a good restaurant on site and one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. It is huge with new and great equipment. Looks like that area was recently renovated. Front desk staff were absolutely friendly helpful. I had some special request during my second visit, and they gladly helped Compliment to them: Even though they had lots on their hand, they still had a smile for us (Hint: if you come early, you might be able to grab a fresh made cookie). Both rooms I had were quiet (especially considering the closeness to the airport) and clean. Rooms also looked like recently upgraded. The office ‘desk’ was even height adjustable. Bed and bedding were very comfortable, and I had one of the best sleeps during my travel run. The restaurant is a bit prizey, but has a nice view into a ‘garden’. They have some interesting culinary dishes on the menu. The food was very tasty, presented well and portion sizes as expected. I had dinner and two breakfast there. All to my satisfaction. Bonus point: They even have Nutella! My Rating: '4 Stars' = Very Good, '5 Stars' = Way Above Expectations

Rooms were exceptional, cleaning staff does an amazing job. I was able to work remotely all day from the lobby in one of the private rooms, and food is amazing. But I really came here for Rosita from the front desk. She treated me with such kindness and compassion, it left me in awe. She’s not only excellent at what she does, but she also went above and beyond in customer service helping me resolve an issue. Rosita, I appreciate what you did for me today, and I hope you’re valued for the amazing professional that you are. Thank you Sheraton for the short but perfect stay, I hope to be back!

I absolutely fell in love with this Sheraton property. I reserved the King Runway view with Club Access. Lobby glamorous and modern - a theme that runs throughout the hotel. The room's views were remarkable, and furnishings were comfortable and functional. Staff were very friendly and were able to get me checked-in early (9am). The food selection at the Club was quite nice, the quality equally impressive.

After a recent flight cancellation, me and three friends booked a room at the Sheraton. Despite being upset about the changes to our travel, our experience and evening was amazing! Bradley and the team at the hotel did an amazing job ensuring that we had a good time.
