I’m pretty upset with my experience here. First of all the spinach does not look like it was washed. For a $20 salad I had little to no pico de gallo. But above all, this is a very poorly run business. I waited over 45 minutes for my salad. I waited half an hour in line, only to be asked to wait an additional 10 minutes for the salmon to warm up, but of course that took long too and I ended up waiting more than 10 minutes. It took so long the lady at the front forgot I was there earlier and asked me what I was waiting for… There were other folks there with mobile pick ups who went to the cashier and ask for their order but were told it was not ready yet. Mind you it was at least 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. This place is a disorganized mess. Sure some of the toppings (aside from the unwashed kale salad) tasted nice, but I can’t afford to spend almost an hour waiting for a salad. This was ridiculous.

Great lunch spot for a healthy, hearty and delicious salad, sandwich or wrap. The staff is friendly and efficient. Would recommend!

I’m so lucky to work next to this amazing place. I eat here multiple times a week. Fantastic healthy food and a warm and enthusiastic staff. A winning combination

I got the opportunity to try it catered at work and thought it was the most delicious fresh wrap I had ever eaten. The ingredients were the freshest ever for restaurant food…my Mom’s cooking isn’t as good and that says everything. If you want something that tastes as good as you have ever eaten…try Portia via…does not disappoint

I found a maggot in my salad bowl… when my friend and I went back for a refund, I told them I would tell them what I put in my bowl so they could check and prevent it from happening again. She said “all our ingredients are fresh, it must be the salad”. When my friend asked if it was washed, she said it was “prewashed” and they didn’t indicate any concern or intention to prevent that from happening again… Really really disgusting, I couldn’t recommend eating there

I ordered a veggie panini and tomato soup to take out. The taste was fine but was very very disappointed with the serving. I understand things are expensive and they have increased their pricing already, why cheap out then? The slice of goats cheese in the sandwich is a mockery on cheese, the portion is not even equivalent to a slice of cheese, maybe 2 dots total. If you have increased price then serve as you did before or you should have priced better. This has been my go to spot for a really long time even before the pandemic but am not happy with it anymore. It’s a good lunch option but veggies do not cost as much for them to cheap out in the cheese portion which is an integral part as far as the taste goes on the veggies sandwich. On a positive note, it has maintained hygiene and more or less the taste. The servers are very nice and one thing that has not changed.

Great food at a convenient location. Fast service and consistent good sandwiches. Each panini/wrap comes with a soup or salad option. Highly recommend the tomato basil soup. Kind of pricey but quality ingredients.

Cater some lunch today for the first time from Porta Via, it was it in the office, the sandwiches and salad was very fresh. Thanks to the team for making this an great experience, now know where we will be having our sandwich lunches from. Thanks Mike for taking my call and explaining your meal packages.

The Head chef Miken was very kind and welcoming, loves to work and talk! Delicious fresh food, definitely going back :)
