Perfect high rise condo in front of Erin mills town center. Amazing view from the room and balcony. Very good service, supportive management team. Secure locker for parcels, paid underground car parking, garden, play area, gym, BBQ, lounge room, conference room, mini theater, party room. All the facilities are well maintained. Rent is high but worth paying it! I have been living in this condo for the last 7 months and am highly satisfied with the services. Down point: Paid visitor parking!

I had been here for a year, perfect location with mall just in front of the apartment. The condo has amazing views and all facility, gym, theater, bbq, meeting room. The management had been great, especially Ms. Carmen in front office was really very helpful and prompt to resolve any query or issues and very helpful. She made the experience very pleasant.

Having wonderful experience with skyrise. Management Team is good. Specially Carmen is really good and treats you as your family. Don't feel like we're away from the family and friends because of her. Shops, mall, garden everything nearby. Awesome location Awesome people. Would have recommended this place now as well, if Carmen was still there. But, now with Carmen resigned from here.. I can't vouch for it.

From the moment my partner and I were looking for apartments, skyrise has been our number one choice. I have had a great experience at Skyrise. Management has been excellent and has always responded quickly any time I’ve reached out. All the staff I have interacted with have been very kind, and the building is well kept and clean. Our leasing agent Jazzlyne did an amazing job helping us find our place and was extremely helpful every step of the way. From our first contact all the way through to our move in day she was kind and helpful, her communication was excellent and the entire experience was nothing but positive.

Can't complain about the service, staff and all the amenities — have always been lovely. What I can complain about are the unattended children who roam around the halls screaming and playing. The lounge area has now become a playpen where these kids play until nighttime where they bring their soccer balls and tricycles. They also love to pull the fire alarm between 10pm - 12 am frequently, continuously provoking pet owners and their dogs, and are disrespectful to the space and some tenants in general. The staff at Skyrise has repeatedly emailed voicing tenant concerns but it is clear that the ones causing the issues do not care and don't plan on changing.

Decent looking place, enjoying the unit so itself but the stairwells smell heavily of weed and the fire alarm goes off a lot from people smoking in the stairwell. Lots of noise and false alarms
