Visited with my daughter and they were so friendly! So happy this location has opened - we’ll be regulars. The boba was delish!

We just had a great experience at this Chatime location. The staff were so nice, the place was clean and the bubble tea delicious. The staff was happy to describe the teas to us as we decided what flavours to try. They have espresso/tea combinations. Hot or cold teas. Slushies and more. The only thing to watch for (and is a bonus once you know)... The front of the store is not on Lakeshore Rd it is in the covered parking behind the store. Perfect for bad weather, and more parking options than there are on the main street!

First ordered tiramisu, and was amazing but espresso signature milk with pearls is so good that I can drink everyday. Place is so nice and stuff is so friendly, it’s already my favorite.

Despite good tea and service, the solution offered at Chai Time was unsatisfactory. After receiving a large bubble tea with ice despite ordering without, staff took half of the grass jelly and pearls out before transferring it to another cup, leaving just 3/4 of a cup and returned to me. Edit: They did add tapioca as the owner mentioned, but simple solution for it was to make a new one and give it, rather than poking their fingers in the cup, to open it (no gloves) trying to get all the tea out in another cup, trying to get the grass jelly out, tapioca out, then using a spoon to fish out the ice in it. The tea is literally worth like around $1.5 in material. It just makes me think what other practices you do to cut costs.

Ordered our usual, with less ice, but both orders came with a lot of ice. There were 4 tables available with 2 seats each in a narrow hallway. Not great for big groups, but very clean and good service.

Was my first time there. The server was incredibly kind & allowed my kids a few tastes before ordering. She also gave them stickers. The drinks were amazing. The drinks are pricey but fill you up. Will definitely be back.

Was studying long at a nearby cafe and was picking up some bubble tea nearby. The person working the day, Cid, was extremely friendly, fast, and overall just fantastic to be served by and drink. I would suggest management give this man a raise as he is a valuable addition to your store! 10/10 I don’t know the guy but cause of him it’s my go to bubble tea spot now :)

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Drinks always taste good. I love that you always have a tea of the month.
