Warm buns on a cool day so yummy. Just curious to why we couldn’t get 6 of warm buns for the price of the 6 in a box?? I didn’t know. I wonder why the price difference. Maybe the once that are pre pack are day or so old. We were told 6 of the warm buns will be around $32 or something like that but the ones in the box for 6 around $18. We didn’t even wanted them packed in individual boxes either. What a scam for the same item. Management pls explain.

Amazing n freindly staff. We told them we're tourists here. They welcomed us n they were super nice. As far as cinnebon was concerned as usual it was amazing

Cinnabon always has good baking and delicious treats. But what I would like to commend from this location was their staff, Mikolaj (I hope I got his name right). He was friendly and diligent. He’s the only one working at that time yet he managed to accommodate all customers. He appears to be happy assisting customers. This is the kind of staff that really defines customer service.

My most favorite place for dessert. This weekend went to their Dixie location. Little disappointed with the customer service. One of the stuff was not friendly and he was trying to implement a quite weird rules that they don’t sell more then two large Cinnabonto one customer during their closing time. But I noticed that 2/3 person after me taking more than two large cinnabon at a time. No idea why did he do that.

Visited on a Thursday early evening, place was in no way busy at all. I approached the cash register to place an order, there was a staff busy rolling dough who looked up, saw me but did not acknowledge. I work in food service as well so I understand everyone has their roles. This didn’t bother me as I figured the staff who is suppose to be on cash will emerge shortly. Would’ve been more appropriate for the staff who saw me to notify her coworker but whatever. Another customer approaches the counter, doesn’t even stand where the cash register is, I assume that’s the pick up area. Staff who is rolling dough looks up, sees him as well, still doesn’t say anything. Finally, the second staff emerges from the back, walks right up to the man by the pick up area and takes his order. The staff rolling dough doesn’t even bother notifying her coworker that I had been waiting first. I decide to leave as this place is a complete joke run by students who have zero sense of customer service. Also, during this whole interaction, the two staff we’re communicating to each other, one of them asked the other to clock them in so it wasn’t even like they couldn’t speak to each other. Seems like the rest of the reviews on here are a pretty clear reflection of the service, couldn’t agree more.

We have been buying from this store for the last so many years. When my family visited yesterday at 7:45pm (12th Oct 2023), the two ladies working there (Dixie Mall) gave highly unpleasant look to my family, my wife wears scarf. When they ordered the Cinnamon bun as they normally do, the ladies told them that our management has told us that we put Gelatin in the Cinnamon bun. My daughter asked in your recipe it does not mention any gelatin, which is not halal. If whatever they were saying was correct then i would request all those who only eats Halal to immediately stop buying from this store as the staff mentioned to my family that their management has told them to tell the customers that we use Gelatin in it. However if the management thinks that there is no gelatin in the recipe then please take immediate action against the biased staff working at that time. A highly disappointed customer
