Thursday
early
evening,
place
was
in
no
way
busy
at
all.
I
approached
the
cash
register
to
place
an
order,
there
was
a
staff
busy
rolling
dough
who
looked
up,
saw
me
but
did
not
acknowledge.
I
work
in
food
service
as
well
so
I
understand
everyone
has
their
roles.
This
didn’t
bother
me
as
I
figured
the
staff
who
is
suppose
to
be
on
cash
will
emerge
shortly.
Would’ve
been
more
appropriate
for
the
staff
who
saw
me
to
notify
her
coworker
but
whatever.
Another
customer
approaches
the
counter,
doesn’t
even
stand
where
the
cash
register
is,
I
assume
that’s
the
pick
up
area.
Staff
who
is
rolling
dough
looks
up,
sees
him
as
well,
still
doesn’t
say
anything.
Finally,
the
second
staff
emerges
from
the
back,
walks
right
up
to
the
man
by
the
pick
up
area
and
takes
his
order.
The
staff
rolling
dough
doesn’t
even
bother
notifying
her
coworker
that
I
had
been
waiting
first.
I
decide
to
leave
as
this
place
is
a
complete
joke
run
by
students
who
have
zero
sense
of
customer
service.
Also,
during
this
whole
interaction,
the
two
staff
we’re
communicating
to
each
other,
one
of
them
asked
the
other
to
clock
them
in
so
it
wasn’t
even
like
they
couldn’t
speak
to
each
other.
Seems
like
the
rest
of
the
reviews
on
here
are
a
pretty
clear
reflection
of
the
service,
couldn’t
agree
more.
