There's a service fee for trying on wigs. Do clothing stores charge a service fee for trying on clothes? You get paid to do the job of helping people with their hair. If you want more cash, put out a tip jar. If you do a good job and are nice to your customers, you might make more. Charging a service fee turns away customers, especially those who might just be browsing and realize a wig really looks good on them. Either way, its the principal of the matter, it's just wrong.

Good selection and they carry the full line of popular brands. It's been difficult to find a place that had what my wife needed. We'll definitely be back.

Synthetic hair made in china that does this after two weeks of wear. Second time this has happened after buying hair from here. The second time I asked for their best quality hair and spent $200 only to get the same result, do not go here. Would not give a refund or even a discount for a better set.

Save your time, money and dignity. Rude, unhelpful, and condescending women in that store. There's a middle age woman was right at my shoulder, everywhere, abd I was standing few steps away from the front counter, where, another rude woman was watching me. I almost felt violated, or at least harassed. Absolutely, terrible experience.

LOL those women are SNEAKY!!!!!! I’m crying, I just bought extensions and it said $13.95 on the pack so I had her hold it at the cash and I walked around and that was honestly the biggest mistake cuz she quickly ripped off the sticker and added a new one twice the price?? LMAO ? You can see that a sticker was ripped off. I wasn’t in the mood to fight so I just left but be careful if you’re a coloured person going here, I don’t think it’s meant for you tbh. we’ll always be targets.

I don’t even want to give this place a star. Terrible customer service, no variety of hair products, employees are useless and don’t know anything about textured hair. Better off going to bsw or clores. Don’t know how they are even still in business.
