I’m not sure if it’s a problem with communication or the receptionists ability to schedule. But asking for an appointment just to fill out a farm with a doctor was rejected as they said I would get see the doctor when I get there. I’ve waited an hour just to get placed in a room to wait more. For a form.

The staff here are very friendly, I recently came here because I wanted a new family doctor. Dr. Wijekoon is amazing the best family doctor I've ever had. The receptionist staff is great. Highly Recommended. The environment is very clean and welcoming.

The receptionist that I usually communicate with on the phone is pretty unprofessional and incompetent. She’s the younger of the 2 ladies that are usually there. She continuously mixes up my information and takes on an impatient/agitated tone when I’m speaking to her, even when the mistakes are on her behalf. One time, she confirmed an appointment with me over the phone and when I arrived at the clinic, they said there was no appointment. Another time I had submitted confidential information to the clinic and she said they don’t have it on file. My field is also in medicine and this receptionist is definitely not one I’d hire for my practice. She’s a walking HIPAA violation waiting to happen. Her customer service skills leave much to be desired as well. Time to peruse CPSO again because I don’t think coming to this clinic is worth your personal health information being misplaced and being treated condescendingly.

Dr. Salah and Dina (front desk) both are very professional and helpful. Dr. Salah takes his time to listen to patient and he doesn’t rush while he is attending the patient (which is rare in Canada with family doctors).

Unproffesional receptionist, attitude to the finest. After my appointment today, I had to reschedule follow-up, I was on the line then there's family with the same race of the receptionist came on the line after me, even I was standing there in front of them already but still they entertained them first before me. I ask the receptionist who's not wearing hijab with a thick make up to write on my appointment in a piece of paper , she pointed me the calling card and ask me to do it myself. They should hire people with emphaty and professional. My family doctor is the best that's why I came here, but the reeptionist should change. Very poor customer service.

Dr. Eman is an amazing doctor, after 20+ years with a family doctor that never spent more than 5 min on me, it is SO refreshing to find a doctor that actually listens and cares and isn’t just trying to rush you out. She addressed all my concerns in the same visit (not like other doctors who would tell me I only get one complaint per visit…) and was very patient with me. Also loved how fast the pharmacy got my meds ready, the pharmacist was super friendly and gave me a bunch of tips on how to avoid side effects. Thank you all for your hard work!!

I've been to the clinic three times in the past week, and each time I did, the doctors treated me in an unprofessional, disgusting, and disrespectful manner. Since every time I left the facility without consulting any physicians after waiting for approximately an hour. It appears that the healthcare professionals are purposefully avoiding me . Racism might have a role in this. For people who value their time and their own dignity, I would never advise spending time at this facility.

I had an excellent experience at the clinic. From the Doctor's consult to the seamless pickup at the pharmacy. Will be my go-to clinic in the future.

If i could give them a zero star i could. My appointment was at 10:45 after I checked in by 5 minutes the doctor called another patient in 20 minutes later she called another patient in i told the secretary i had an appointment at 10:45 and now its almost 11:30 and u havent called me she rudely told me “ it’s not my fault” very rude.very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Rude.

Very clean and nice facility. Glad to have met Dr. Wijekoon, he was very helpful. Thank you doctor for taking good care of me and my family.

Worst receptionist.worst service. They don’t even inform patients that they have rescheduled the appointment. Without fail for all the appointments we have to wait atleast an hr. The attitude of receptionist is really really bad. They need new people or train the existing one . Doctor experience is good expect time management.

Amazing clinic with knowledgeable physicians and great support staff. Glad to visit and will definitely be coming back for all my medical needs!

Dr. Nikki is one of a kind, best doctor anyone could ask for. She’s paying attention towards the patient and very polite and kind. Glad to be her patient and the facility is so clean and pleasent.
