Here for weekend and am very pleased with the size of my suite, basically the same as the one bedroom suite but the bedroom is open concept and the space maybe a few feet smaller. But very clean and comfortable… staff are very 😊 friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.. good job Marriott πŸ‘πŸ½

This is an out dated hotel with run down rooms and furniture. The carpet in our room was ripped. The bathroom tub had some strange stains on it. I was told by front desk that they will service the room every other day but on the third day they refused to service so I complained to front desk and asked to see a manager and at that time the front desk person agreed to send someone. This hotel doesnt represent Marriott quality standards. Avoid giving them your business.

Pretty good hotel with courteous staff. The studio room was apt for my 2 weeks stay, with the option to cook. Complimentary breakfast did help. Maintenance team's unavailability during one of the weekends was very inconvenient, since the room temperature could not be adjusted as the thermostat was not working properly. Good place to stay for a couple of weeks. Bus stop is just next to the hotel, and that's convenient. Plenty of restaurants, convenience store and gas stations (Dixie road) are just a couple minutes walk away. My office was 5 minutes from this place, so it was very easily accessible during core winter. Overall good and convenient hotel.

I stayed here for one night with my daughter. Very embarrassing and disappointing experience. The lobby had hookers in various state of undress walking around. When I complained to the front desk they said all guests have a right to their own interests! Not a family hotel. Not worthy of Marriott name. Stay away.

Pros: clean, specious and safe. Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Rosalina at the breakfast venue. Cons: no kettle or boiler in the room. Shower curtain is complete garbage, no way to take shower without flooding the floor. Overall good value for your money close to airport and half way between Niagara and Toronto.

I don't wanted to post this review. But couldn't resist. The worst experience ever on the service front. Mainly two reasons. 1. There was water clogged in kitchen sink. This was reported at 10pm.The maintenance guy came next day (after couple of follow-up calls) around 11am and couldn't fix the issue. It took 18 hours to get the new room. Thank fully the guy Shivam at front desk was responsive and helpful to get into the new room. 2. Unfortunately, I forgot my medical pillow at the time of checkout. It took almost 36 hours for house keeping manager to find it and log in lost and found register. This involved more than 15 calls (waiting/on hold time 15 minutes on an average) to follow up and get in touch with house keeping manager. I think housekeeping manager really needs some help/ additional staff to delegate some work. Seems like he is the only one working there and has no time to respond. The call always hits voicemail. The front desk and morning staff (breakfast) is good and friendly.

I just arrived at my room after a long day of work and the room was 58 degrees. I did not turn it off before I left this morning. Then I took my shoes off to get a shower and stepped on a loose nail just sitting in the carpet! When I arrived last night it appeared relatively clean and I was satisfied. Now I'm straight up annoyed. Went to dinner and came back. Room is 60 degrees. I asked the front desk about it and I was told to use some extra blankets! How about move me to a room where the heater is working, or highly discount my stay. I never expected such a non-hospitable answer from a hotel πŸ˜‚. I'm in GTA almost monthly for business and will never return to this place if this is what is considered acceptable.

We Booked very late 2 am.. and checked even later-- super early in am... Sanyam was obviously not prepared for The arrival until the normal check in time ..However, Saynam -front Desk agent as well as Anthony (the owner of Both Residence Inn as well as Fairview on the block) Was Extremely helpful, kind, And worked so quickly and efficiently to find accommodations for my Mother and I. I will ensure every Future stay in Mississauga or Toronto area is always a Residence Inn! It's very late and i'm finally tucking into bed in the super comfortable bed coupled With luxury pillows I cannot wait to open my eyes to this beautiful Spacious wide open space. I don't usually stay in the room much When I travel, But I am looking forward to the morning Premium coffee and they've upgraded keurig pot. I must also mention how nice it was to walk in to a perfectly furnished Superior room that was clean tidy and designed with a superior touch. The Sofa And lounge chair made a cozy nice touch. P.S. I have heard the upgraded coffee pot they have IS standard for their rooms of this type AND will surely be enjoyed! I highly recommend you come and visit Anthony and his Staff!! They are sure to please. PICS SOON!!!

I had a terrible experience. There were testings of fire alarms that was not told to me in advance. If I had known, I would never have stayed. The toilet was leaking and had to switch rooms. I would never recommend this hotel. The customer service was not on point. We had asked for a reduction and was lowballed. I would never recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a month after we landed in Mississauga Ontario. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. TV was installed in all the rooms. The kitchenette was small but functional. It was stocked up with essential items for cooking and dinnerware. A special note of thanks to all the front desk team and the housekeeping staff. They were extremely helpful and efficient. They kept a close watch on our needs. The hotel has a small gym and an indoor swimming pool. A basketball court is also tucked in between the buildings. Enough parking spaces were available. A small market place sold nuts, ready to eat foods basic medicines, water, soft drinks and laundry supplies. A paid laundromat was available too. Complementary breakfast was available even though the menu became repetitive after a point. The same is available between 7:30am to 10am. Very well connected location and Toronto Pearson Airport was only 18kms away.

Clean room with kitchenette. Because of the lock down, breakfast was take away to the room, cold eggs and muffin was not a muffin but another bread serving. Pancake was small, dry, cold and hard. Considering the cirumstances, the effort at providing a safe breakfast was appreciated.

Such a friendly and accommodating staff, Minette was so nice to deal with and professional. I had a group attend the hotel and they all had a very easy time checking in and enjoying the hotel. My room was clean, spacious and really enjoyed my stay. Jake

Friendly service. Going through renovation but not much noise. The rooms need refresh and they also need to open the windows and let fresh air come in.

Stayed here July 2nd - July 7th, family of four. As much as I'd like to give more stars, I can't. Had to change rooms 3 times. First room, A/C was broken right before kids had to go to bed. We slept in the weltering heat for a night. Next room we moved in to, someone had soiled the bed mattress with urine. Forgot what the last change of room was for, lost count. Eventually we got a room that suited us. Although front desk was very accommodating, my family and I just happened to run into a series of unfortunate events. I was also a platinum member.

Best bang for your buck! Great location, easily accessible to major hwys. Clean, comfortable and well maintained rooms! The kitchen is well equipped, enough for a family of 5 to cook and eat family-size meals! Amazing staff, courteous and they really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Can't wait to be back when in the city!

Few room service staffs are very rude...they treat you like they are your owners and it's your privilege that you are in this hotel.. Reception staff is friendly and decent. The hotel provides good breakfast everyday..

Spacious and clean room, staffs are friendly. I didn’t had any issues in my entire stay. Breakfast timing is very short from 7:30 to 9:30 am and food is okay.

Was a great location right near the airport but not so close that all you hear is airplanes. Breakfast is included and it looks fantastic

Great extended stay hotel, albeit the kitchens are not well designed for those who do enjoy cooking in the room. Always bring your own kitchen knives and cutting board.

The highlight of our stay was Rosalina at breakfast. She was so cheerful and helpful and took the time to get to know our family. Such a joy to wake up to a hot breakfast and a friendly face! The rooms were a little dated but comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were taken care of quickly. Our family found it to be an affordable and comfortable place to call home for a few weeks.

I stayed at the Residence in from Feb 13-17, 2023. The front desk staff were not helpful or friendly. The room felt dirty. The carpet and sofa were not clean and I did not even sit on the sofa. The room had a kitchenette which I only used to wash my water cup. The room had a roach infestation. As soon I turned off the kitchenette lights, the roaches came crawling out onto the counters. During my 4 night stay I killed at least 3-4 roaches (the ones I could catch). One night when getting out of bed to use the washroom, a roach crawled under my foot! absolutely disgusting!! The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. They also do not clean the rooms unless you request it! I learned this the hard way. After my request to have my room cleaned, they only cleaned once throughout my entire stay. I would not stay at another Residence Inn after this experience.

I was expecting a bit more for the price. The room smelled like sweat and in dire need of repairs and a good cleaning. The furniture is falling apart as well as the cupboards. Dirty microwave, cutlery & stove. The soap dishes had hair from shaving & soap in them from previous occupant. The elevator was next to the room and extremely noisy. The front staff were nice.

Overall is good hotel comparing with price for 2 bedroom with kitchen. Front staff specially Sr lady must be further improve customers handling in some cases by updating more specially payment is USD cash. Conversion is worst around 18 cents lower than good price available in market. They offer 1.1 CAD against USD. Some rooms near to elevator has worst experience due to lift system noise. My second stay was noisy in room 208, its one room was adjacent to lift mechanical handling room. High noisy when lifts operator

They upgraded us to a suite even though we were already getting a reduced rate, based on a location we were visiting that is affiliated with the hotel. Suite was excellent! Everything, spotlessly, clean, up-to-date, and stylish. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Check in was quick.

Liked the hotel very much. The studio room serves the purpose for any new comers to Canada as it has mini kitchen and required utensils and stove. It has fridge to store the food items. The breakfast menu is also decent enough.

There is no facilities present. The worst breakfast menu everyday guests are served with same Bread and toast. no fruits (only bananas) and in the juice section only orange juice. repetitive menu. I strongly recommend to opt another accommodation.

The worst night staff ever, they are very unresponsive and unapologetic . I was stuck outside without my key in the winters and the staff did not let me in even after calling multiple times and letting them know i was a resident in their hotel. The funny this is the same guy checked us in!! I am disappointed with the service and would recommend anyone reading this review to not go with this hotel.

Excellent service! Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the staff Rosalinda was the friendliest I’ve met for these hotel breakfasts. Everyone says hi in the elevators. Place was already pretty clean. Will come again.

Front desk staff was not the greatest. Was not aware shuttles run 7AM to 11PM until check in. Was not impressed with that. Airport transfer was great. Breakfast staff wonderful!

Stayed here day by day for a business trip that was prolonged and the staff and service were very accommodating and professional. They allowed me to extend day by day and were more than polite in helping me when my schedule was inverted or working long hours. Awesome

Room suites were ok. Free breakfast was better than average. Stayed there for 5 days with no room cleaning. Found out later you had to ask for it.

The staff and management at this hotel is extremely unprofessional and has very negligent behavior. I would like to warn anyone reading this to please be careful if you are parking at the disabled parking spots in front of the hotel as it has very bad potholes. Unfortunately due to the potholes in our parking spot my husband fell and sprained his foot. He is now walking on crutches and will not be able to return to work until he is able to weight bear on his foot. Upon addressing this situation to the staff, they showed zero acknowledgment towards us. Forget any compensation, they did not even offer an apology or any help considering the amount of pain my husband was in that night due to the fall. They also have not responded to any emails I have sent addressing my concerns. My family and I are also business owners and if someone hurt themselves on OUR property, I would show a lot more concern and empathy. What also scares me about this situation is that my parents were with me as well, and if they had taken the fall or any other elderly or disabled person, this could have ended alot worse. My husband could also have broken his foot in this situation but regardless, there has been complete disregard on behalf of the team at this hotel. Very very disappointed.

Disposable plates and plastic ware for cutlery can perhaps be understood, and so can be the frayed and past use-by dates furniture pieces, or the absence of body lotion in the bathroom, or outlets that don't work in the kitchenette for the morning brew, or housekeeping absent by design, or an elevator that was AWOL a few days of the week, or the limited choice of buffet breakfast, or the lack of coffee being available beyond the morning breakfast hours .. pandemic has made us all human beings who understand that there are things that are more important than such minor inconveniences.
