Horrible experience. We checked in last night after returning to canada from a 10 day vacation and stayed the night. There was no advertisement that the hotel was under renovation until we checked in. The dust had my asthma flaring up all night I woke up very congested. The man at night told us check out was 12. The maid was knocking on the door at 9am, the front desk lady called us at 11 and the maid was knocking again at 11:55. How inconsiderate can these people be? The water in the shower wasnt going down so I was showering in ankle high water. Terrible hotel, staff and experience. Do not stay here. You have been warned. (Management if you are looking for my booking it wasnt in my name just ask the horrible customer service desk employee from the morning of jan 20th, she will know who I am)

They cancelled our booking!!!!! We were left stranded in the suburbs of Toronto at 10pm with 2 kids. We had called to confirm the booking at 530 that day. All was good and the assured me that a later check was fine, up until 2am the man said to be exact. I arrive and head in to get my keys and am told they cancelled our booking at 6pm and did not have any other rooms!!!! I was shocked and WAS NOT happy with the half hearted I'm sorry the attendant gave me. Not even an offer to help find any other accommodation. I asked why this happened and no call was given to inform us. He said there was no contact number connected to the booking which was also a lie. The paper he gave me showing our cancelled room had my phone number clearly right on it!!! And no real reason for canceling the reservation that made any sense seeing as I called in to confirm earlier that day. I would not waste your time booking here. Go elswehwere. Very disappointed and upset at what happened and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay safe, don't get stranded!!!!

The folks at the frontdesk could and should be more forthcoming. The internet does not work, at least not in my room. They couldn't really care less. From the looks of amenities, those that still function, this might once have been a good hotel, and the higher then deserved ratings are legacy based. The cleaning staff lady was the only person who felt genuine Canadian, we were polite to each other, she wished me well for my job interviews during this trip, I recommended job portals for her son that she asked for, she gave me a couple of extra pieces of toiletries by way of gratitide. This cleaning lady should be at the front desk, she would be a credit to the place. I felt this hotel to be poor value for money and my decision to stay here false economy.

Honestly, I had a pretty good experience staying here for 4 nights. I enjoyed the large room and the thoughtful toiletries (they even give you a toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash). I also liked having breakfast included every morning. The only reasons I took off a star were because the website doesn't list that the hotel is undergoing renovations currently and the breakfast could include more than the absolute basics.

I wish I could give 0 star. First time I am writing review if anyone reading reviews , I don’t recommend this hotel . Housekeeping staff I saw them using dirty used clothes to clean bathroom and not only that wiping cups with that dirty used towels

I am presently staying at this location and have been quite upset with the fact that there is no regard for privacy, the rooms are great but based on my experience I had reason to believe there was hidden cameras in my room as well as I noticed my phone kept getting accessed illegally. Other than tha, everything else is great. Seems to be a common problem with the Radisson chain of hotels as I have noticed, my personal experience however

Great hotel. Very clean. Everything I needed. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Evening front desk receptionist staff member very welcoming. The morning one, not so much. Needed some people skills.

Room was dirty upon entering head housekeeper take care of it no towels only hand towels in the bathroom had to go downstairs to get towels air conditioner was subpar did not work properly there was no to go coffee cups available add breakfast we're paying over $550 for two nights I would expect better

Comfy beds and pillows. Small but efficient and fairly new. The bathroom and shower had not been cleaned well but after traveling all day, we dealt with it and otherwise were satisfied with our stay.

A year ago, my partner and I booked the hotel, primarily because it listed an indoor pool on hotels.com and were informed upon check in that the pool was outdoor but we were permitted to use the pool across the street. Given the fact that we checked in the night of a winter storm, the idea of crossing the street to go swimming and return wet in subzero temperatures was laughable at least and offensive at worst. It was definitely false advertising. Upon proceeding to our King deluxe room, it reeked of spoiled food and at 11 pm we were made to traverse back and forth between reception and the room we were reassigned to. The new room had a hot tub upgrade, which we appreciated until we realized the tub was leaking and though we called in the night clerk to check the mechanism, he did not know how to operate the tub, called his manager on his cell phone for direction but ultimately no solution was provided. The bathroom had significant mildew on the ceiling and I am an allergy sufferer. The breakfast selection was mainly starch (bread, waffles, pastry). No fruit or meat was offered or warm options such as eggs, bacon or sausage.

I don't recommend this place. They don't seem to have proper management/administration. I booked rooms on booking.com and when I showed up on the date of stay, they said the hotel is not operational. They did not have any responsible person to guide the customers or listen to their grievance. Pathetic place.

Hi I washed my truck today When they washed my car they lost the button and I can't find my hat.

My credit card was overcharged and after many calls and even more emails I am still waiting for them to return it. The manager is conveniently never there when I call and they just claim to have processed the refund without provided any receipt and the money is still not in the account. I have been waiting 4 months to get this sorted! Worst hotel experience I have had :(
