This location is wonderful, and I recommend this store to any coffee/tea lover! I was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff (Mercedes & Marisa), who were eager to help me and provided me with a lot of information so I could make the best buy, yet I felt no pressure at all to purchase anything - they genuinely just wanted to give me the best shopping experience. They were very knowledgeable about all of their products. They also very kindly prepared a sample latte for me today so that I could try the new Monin Strawberry Rose syrup, and the care and attentiveness they paid to this drink was stellar. The store itself is spacious, clean, and has a multitude of options (machines, syrups, pods, etc.). I can't wait to come back again!

I call this the coffee makers Paradise as they have many different types of syrups to enhance your iced coffees at home or your lattes big selection they also have a sampling station once you enter. Sugar free birthday cake sugar free cookie but I stuck to my sugar-free hazelnut. The staff was very helpful and friendly prices are reasonable

Recently visited your store & purchased several coffee pod boxes & sweetener bottles.AWFUL customer service, NOT customer friendly, my family member who is disabled was told she cannot use a chair because it’s not for customer use 😳. Requested if the glass bottles can be wrapped in paper since I have to travel hundreds of miles with it - too AWFUL of a response to quote here. The biggest asset of a store is not just their products but their customer service as well. I hope this will be a learning experience- I know I did ; Will think 5x to return to this store.

I came in to buy a Christmas gift for a family member. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of coffee beans, tea, and the machines to make it. There is a coffee grind service included. Will come back.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Walked in, 3 employees behind the counter talking, took a few seconds to barley say hi . Then ignored us the entire time . I have worked in customer service/retail for 20+ years and this is unacceptable. Not offering help? Not coming onto the sales floor? Just getting paid to stand and talk to each other. This was my very first time there, I will not be coming back. The experience was not good at all. I wish I had gotten a photo of the employees behind the counter. There was one girl (pink/black hair) and two guys . Do better!

Have come here many times for their coffee/beverage syrup collection. There are so many to choose from! The employees have always been so helpful and know the answers to any question I have. They also have good reccomendations that I actually end up really enjoying and have found new favourites thanks to them. I really appreciate the service and selection. I drive kinda far to get here and willingly so! It's worth it because of all the things I mentioned above.

Beanwise is a great place to buy coffee! They carry a very large selection of coffees from around the world. There are always new ones to try and they offer small quantity bags which allows you to try these out. There is also a good selection of teas as well as any coffee/tea making supplies you need. The staff at the store are always friendly and eager to be of help. I would highly recommend this store.

Plenty of roasted coffee beans and get grounded as per your need but not much freshly roasted. For immediate need it is good to get. It is best venue for coffee lovers and good source. Coffee machine accessories or machine it is best location.

My first time visiting BEANWISE and I was very happy with my visit. They have wide collection of tea and coffee. I bought Egyptian Chamomile tea and it has dry chamomile blossoms. I also purchased Cappuccino Caramel coffee. Staff was friendly and was able to answer my questions and help me find the products that I wanted to purchase. The store was organized and well maintained. I will definitely visit again to explore their other teas.

First time there, had several questions which were answered promptly, friendly and knowledgeable. I expected prices to be higher on brands that you can buy in grocery stores but they were nearly $2.00 less. Love that you can buy individual pods/cups, gives you the chance to try them or have a greater variety of flavors on hand at home. They have a huge selection on syrups too, both for coffee or fruit flavors for slushies etc. Also available are different brands of coffe/espresso machines, accessories for them plus a huge selection on speciality mugs, cups and bottles for on the go. I definitely will be back!

Great customer service and quick delivery. One of the items I ordered wasn’t due to be in stock for a couple weeks, so they upgraded it to a larger size (for FREE) so I didn’t have to wait for the next shipment, and even called me to make sure that was ok! It was a nice personal touch and very unexpected. Thanks Beanwise!

Great shop with loads of K-cup coffee pods, coffee beans, coffee equipment, teas, etc. The staff are helpful and friendly, you are able to sample some varieties of coffee and, if you wish, they will grind any beans that you buy. As another reviewer stated, this is a wonderful place for any coffee lover.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the place has an incredible wide variety of coffee and teas and equipment. I docked one star because I noticed all their coffees and teas (purposefully?) don't have dates on them. How are we supposed to know if it's expired or not, or how long it'll keep for at home?

So glad I found this place. Getting coffee syrups, like Torani and Monin, is sooo difficult in Canada. On top of that, you are often blind ordering online without tasting. This place allows you to taste the syrup first and then purchase at a price that is still lower than online places, such as Amazon. The lady working was also very kind, she greeted us and offered her help. Then let us explore, rather than hovering above us the whole time. Will definitely be returning.

Great variety of coffee and tea products, that are sold at very reasonable prices. Docked a star as some of their powdered drinks are always expired. All their normal coffee and tea though, are great quality for the price, and, while not as fresh as some roasters, is a good middleman, compared to a standard grocery.

Always friendly service at Beanwise, and a knowledgeable staff. They have a huge selection of beans, coffee pods, syrups and so much more! I come here if I’m in the area and I’m looking for very specific syrups, and they always have them or something similar! They offer large bags of beans if you know what you like, and smaller bags of beans, which is great if you’re wanting to try something out. Definitely a great place to go if you like coffee (and tea). Whether you brew with coffee pods, espresso machines, or anything in between, you’ll probably find what you need here!

Visited for the first time this past weekend after finding them online. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and available to help. One was roasting beans in house and answered all my questions about the process. Another helped by giving us great information on the different beans, roasters, and flavours. After telling her what we typically enjoy, she offered several suggestions. We selected a few small batches of beans and have loved the first suggestion. We will definitely be back to purchase more! Highly recommend if you love coffee!

Awesome place to be in! They do demos on machines if your wondering how certain machines operate ie; Manual espresso machines, automated, drip machines, capsuled machines etc.. Instead of buying a whole bag of coffee or Tea & you get home disappointed, they will sample it for you! Their Tea's are amazing! they have a big variety, no artificial flavor's in their tea's and it's a Canadian company (Tea Squared) They have it all, organic coffee's, they roast their own as well on spot, they have an enormous variety of K-Cups, Soft pods, machines, & oh my goodness the variety of syrups!!! both Torani & Monin. Bonus: Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I bought cafe italiano 8-9 times from here, it was my favorite coffee. However the last time i have bought it, it was smelling and tasting terrible. Something is definitely wrong with it. Yet they refuse to both refund me or replace it with another one, their attitude was rude and i am disappointed. “We can’t take it back because the package is opened”, sorry i can’t smell and taste it with my eyes. They didn’t rven say sorry. I cannot take anything from that location anymore because i know i will be behaved so rude then i don’t like something. Edit: i am called by owner of beanwise, he was polite, explained lots of things and apologized.

I’ve been placing online orders with Beanwise for over a year, and their service has been exceptional. On the one occasion there was an error, a quick phone call to the store made it right. With free shipping on orders over $69, it’s a great way to get excellent coffee, even though we don’t live in the GTA. They are one of the very few places to reliably get a good variety of Senseo compatible coffee pods - which is an environmentally friendly single serve coffee option.

I'm a huge fan of their flavoured whole bean coffee. I live in the Kitchener area and order from their website and have it delivered. They have a great variety of flavours and the beans feel high quality. (Blueberry cream was a pleasant surprise and has become one of my favourite). Customer support is amazing as well. My most recent order was delayed and Stuart kept in touch letting me know the issue and we got it sorted out. You're great at your job Stuart keep it up!
