For my fiancé and I's first experience at Cagney's, the food was absolutely amazing. It was even made better by having Mark, the best server ever! Besides promptly checking on us and making sure we enjoyed our dish, my fiancé actually wanted a different drink than he originally ordered. And Mark made sure it was no problem switching it out! His positive attitude made the experience even better. Originally, a coworker recommended this dinner place for us to try and we'll be sure to come back again one day. Good food and even greater service. Loved it!

Overall not worth it. Food isn’t that great and neither is the customer service. Calamari tasted bad and looked like it was just thrown on the plate on some leaves. The mashed potatoes tasted so weird. Almost burnt??? 3 friends had it and they all agreed it did not taste good. One friend got a substitute of Caesar salad and somehow THAT was terrible too. It tasted like coleslaw with too much garlic. I don’t even know how that’s possible. And my chicken and sausage pasta was SO BLAND it was almost insulting. I MAKE BETTER PASTA AT HOME AND THIS WAS ALMOST $30. Smh. Closer to the end of dinner my friend was given the wrong order because the waitress messed up and she only offered her 20% off. THAT IS BASICALLY JUST TAX. Very insulting when it was HER mistake. I have had better food and customer service at Jack Astor’s. The quality of the food does not match the price point. Me and all of my friends said we wouldn’t return. (I added some pictures)

The lobster is so tender and juicy. The veggies were a bit raw and my loaded potato wasn't seasoned but overall the food was delectable. The restaurant is so clean and gives off a luxurious vibe. Excellent customer service, food doesn't take long to arrive. Must try the shrimp cocktail!

Celebrated my moms birthday there and the food was delicious. The food did take sometime to come out since we had a large party and that was understandable. But regardless the food was outstanding. I think we ordered everything from the menu. Sangria red was outstanding Cocktail shrimp 🍤, crab cakes and calamari was our starters and we were not disappointed 😋 The chef made a special beats salad for my mom because she had it there about 4 yrs ago and it was no longer on the menu, she was so happy that the chef went all out for her. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Great ambiance and decor. Steak was cooked perfectly. Seafood pasta was nothing special. Their butter (to die for!) and bread was delish. Decent wine list and great service. We celebrated our anniversary and the complimentary champagne was a nice surprise!

First time to dine in this restaurant. My besties been here several times and he said menu have changes since the last time he had been here but food taste thesame which is excellent. Just not satisfied with the grilled squid though because it is too saucy. Our server was friendly and attentive.

Loved this spot! A must try. From entering to exiting it was the best experience. Mario was such a delight and super pleasant. Aidan was great with the service and the lady bartender (can’t remember her name) she was super sweet. The food was exquisite and our steaks came to us exactly how we wanted them so thanks to the Chef’s at the back end. It’s an hour drive from us but will definitely make the drive for this gem. Thank you for making our visit memorable.

This place use to be much hype with five-star service, great cocktails and a great vibe all around. I came back to visit with from friends and from the get-go, the host wasn’t attentive. Our server Milan wasn’t very attentive and it just didn’t feel the same. We got a couple old fashioned and they were too sweet. I addressed it to our server and asked if he could make one less sweet for my next one…the next one was the same. One of my friends got a side of mashed potato with his meal and he got French fries instead. When asked our server, he mentioned they were out of mashed potatoes so French fries is what they offered instead. Would have been nice if they asked us whether we’d like fries or another side. Not the same Cagney’s it use to be. Sorry

I’ve heard good things about Cagney’s and they did not disappoint! They’re on the $$$ side but it was worth it considering that it’s an upscale restaurant serving a plethora of food and drinks. The interior is gorgeous which creates an enjoyable ambiance. The food was tasty! Tried the lamb chops and nearly cried. Definitely coming back.

Some friends and I went to Cagney’s for a celebration. The restaurant was a comfortable temperature, great ambiance and had lovely jazz music playing. It was very clean inside and the servers were professional and polite. My friends both had NY steak, one with the loaded potato and the other had the mushrooms. I ordered the Greek style chicken. The portions were very generous and the food was delicious. Thank you for a beautiful dining experience!

Came upon this place randomly so we decided to try it . Very nice steak house! The food was great and the steaks were perfect ! Our server was awesome and very friendly. I will definitely be back here for another meal . i would recommend this place for sure! Definitely stop in for a bite!

Came here in a Friday night with my girlfriend, had a reservation and was promptly seated in a nice booth, great vibe on lounge side and also on dining side. Our waiter Brandon (along with his trainee) was incredible, kind, knowledgeable, and simply an expert. Drinks were made to perfection, kudos to the bartender. Food was delicious and top quality. We were also checked in on by the manager Greg after dinner while we were enjoying a couple drinks, wonderful gentleman, service you expect at a steakhouse. Last time I had been here was over 10+ years ago under old management and prior to the renovation. Happy to see it is still around and the new look is just stellar. We will return very soon and recommend anyone “hesitating” to go try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Went to Cagney's to celebrate my wife birthday. We had a reservation on Thursday night and didn't have to wait to get our table. The place was almost empty. The food was very good. No complaints about it. The service was average. There are good opportunities of improvement in this area.

Enjoyed a spectacular meal here the other day. Had the boneless ribeye, French onion soup and fried calamari. Finished off with the lava cake and a coffee. The food was delicious and the service was great! Will definitely be back and would recommend!

Cagney’s Steakhouse is a must-visit for steak lovers and those looking for a top-notch dining experience.

Came here with my partner to celebrate a birthday. We had steak and mashed potatoes as our main and calamari as the appetizer. The grilled calamari was really good ! Would highly recommend. The mashed potatoes were not creamy enough, it felt dry. The steak wasn’t as good as other restaurants. It wasn’t well seasoned. The ambience left a lot to be desired, but overall it was a decent experience. Food - 6/10 Ambience - 6/10 Service - 7/10. Overall - 6.5/10.

We had a real good experience at cagneys . Met a friend after 11 years and he took me to this place . We sat outside as the weather was good at that time . Server was polite and since it wasn’t busy she gave us plenty of time and attention . We ordered plenty of food and drinks and they all were up to the mark . Greek cheese , steaks and few old fashioned. There was a loud group next to us which was killing the vibe a bit but restaurant couldn’t do much about it . Overall a neat place for nice dinner and good drinks. They got complimentary sparkling too since they knew we were kind of celebrating which was a nice touch .

We had a wonderful time tonight at Cagneys! We loved our server Lauren who was so lovely, knowledgeable and caring. She really made our experience tonight. She was so attentive and absolutely amazing (make sure you ask for her). Food was awesome and well cooked. My steak was perfectly medium rare and the lamb was also cooked to perfection. We were hesitant based on other reviews- but we are SO happy we came! Thank you so much Lauren for taking care of us. We will be back!

Service was wonderful. Server came by often to ensure we were well taken care of. She was personable and friendly. Oysters were fresh and the rest of our meal was on point.

If you’re genuinely looking for quality food & service, you must dine here! We had the most amazing night at Cagney’s & ordered a lot of different food & drinks. We ate the Cagney’s flatbread, Greek saganaki (our absolute favourite & amazing views of the fire!), mashed potatoes (garlic heaven), pescatore pasta (our second favourite & so delicious), filet mignon bacon wrapped 8oz & original cheesecake & lava cake for dessert! You can truly taste the freshness in their ingredients and the sweetness in the service. 11/10 HIGHLY recommend for a fun night out, the restaurant itself is absolutely stunning & we’re going back once we’re allowed to dine in! In the mean time they offer takeout so take advantage!

First time at this fine dining restaurant and it was impressive! The 4.1 rating does not do it justice. It should be much higher! The decor, service, and quality of food is top notch. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. The peppercorn chicken was delicious, the chicken souvlaki was moist and the rice and salad that accompanied it were perfect. The dessert was great! The manager even came by our table to make sure everything was to our liking. Would not hesitate to go again and to recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely hidden gem. Food is always amazing here. Interior design and ambience is perfect, and would probably win some awards. Just a tad on the pricier end but completely worth it for the quality, and even quantity of food. Had Lobster tails and they were gigantic ! Staff is super friendly and went out of their way to help make a birthday and confirmation dinner even more special.

I love this place! I have had stake from so many other restaurants but none of them make it the way Cagney’s does. So juicy, tasty and perfectly cooked just the way you ask them to. Great presentation, food is always on point and super delicious. Friendly staff, great service. Mark and Montana are amazing!

This is a hidden gem in Mississauga. I hosted business guests here last night and they were looking for good steaks. They all ended up appreciating the food and ambience. It looks like a small place from outside, but when you get in you feel like being in another world. Contemporary interiors, awesome environment. The guy who served us always remembered who ordered what and never mixed up serving our starters, main course and desserts. HIGHLY Recommend!!

Probably the best steak I’ve had (or it was the gummies taking effect) nevertheless, Skip the keg and come here. Experience is also super LIT. Very classy but better for a younger crowd aswell. However, the lobster was over cooked af. But I was too full to complain at that point.

Decided to come here for dinner after I was here for a family gathering 2 months ago. Craved the side of butter that was given with the rolls while waiting for the mains. Have to say, this entire week, i was really looking forward to eating here and in the end i was a bit disappointed. 😔 It wasn't too busy and yet it took quite some time to be served. Ordered the filet mignon, with an add on of a baked potato (extra $) , and it was very salty. The baked potato seemed to be cold even though it was to have cheese and bacon melted on top. It seemed a bit hard as though it was sitting around for a bit of time. On some parts of the potato I wondered if it was cooked at all. My friend had the butternut squash ravioli and it was very tasty and wasn't lacking, as each ravioli was filled well. The best part of my meal was my Caesar salad. The house made dressing was delicious!! I'd definitely order again. We received our meals and literally after taking one bite we were asked how everything was, of course it was fine. However as I mentioned earlier.. the more I cut into my steak the saltier I realized it to be. We sat there eating for another 30 minutes and not one person looked our way when we tried to get someone's attention to let them know how it really was. (I only told the waitress about the steak after we had asked for a container to take leftovers home.) My friend basically said "I feel as though they've forgotten about us". Overall... food was good...would eat again but probably would try something else. The service needs to improve. Too many waitstaff walked past our table without checking in...even something as simple as a glance over or eye contact would have been nice.

Place is located in a plaza, nice decor inside though. Staff was friendly and attentive. Set menu was a 3-course meal of appetizer (chose soup), main (chose salmon), and dessert (chose cheesecake). Portions were big. Me head tagged good but nothing extraordinary. Meal was $75 each plus mandatory 18% tip. Meal want worth that amount. We were a party of 17 so to is expected but why 18%? Nice, but won't be back.

Lovely experience… came here for my anniversary with my girl and the food and vibe was immaculate. Jamie made the experience 10x better. She got videos and pictures for our anniversary. Even made us a whole feel. Big S/O to Jamie and the whole staff for the amazing food and service 👍🏿

TLDR: long wait times. AVOID chicken "supreme" Cons: We reserved a time for 7:30. I got a text at 7 that our table was ready, so we went early. Ended up waiting another 15minutes for a table. After ordering, the apps came fairly quick (shrimp cocktails), but it took approx 45-50minutes for our mains to arrive. Sadly, when the mains were served it came lukewarm and lackluster. We wanted to complain/send it back but honestly didnt want to wait even longer. We finished our food and no server checked on us, ended up asking a random server (not ours) for the check, which took another 10-15 minutes. We came here many years ago and it was a great experience, food, service and atmosphere. But there's been a major decline. Pros: Aesthetically the restaurant is still very nice. and for Valentine's week, there's a cool photo booth you can take after dinner.

Mario is the best he brings a very amazing aura and is so kind, the steak is the best in the world, had me stuffed crying and laughing after at the same time, way better than Ruth’s Chris imo

His exceptional service made our evening memorable (we highly recommend requesting him). The food was superb, with each dish cooked to perfection. My steak, in particular, was flawlessly well-done. We were so pleased with our experience that my friend has decided to host the Christmas party here for his office. A huge thank you to Mario for his outstanding service. Mario was superb. He greeted my party and I within seconds of being seated. He was polite and helpful. We had our drinks within 5 minutes of ordering. There was a wedding going on and he still was sure to have our appetizers quickly as well. Our main meals did take a moment or two but he made up for it by continuing to check in. There was another waitress that helped us as well beautiful souls. Thank you Mario for this amazing evening. We will be back again. Ps the lemon cheese cake was amazing
