I had an unfortunate experience during my recent stay at the hotel. The room I was assigned had some issues that affected my comfort. The air conditioner seemed to have some cleanliness issues, and the coffee maker was not as clean as I would have expected. Additionally, I noticed some stains on the bed and encountered bed bugs, which was quite disappointing. Due to these concerns, I decided to cut my stay short and check out earlier than planned. I believe that addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Very very dirty! The whole hotel. The first room we stayed in had water damage and mould, crumbs and hair on the couch, a white stain on couch :-s , and the beds looked like they were just re made. We asked for a different room but we’re told the only ones left were upgrade rooms and had to pay, we payed 100$ for upgrade per night, to be put in a room that was as dirty or more! With yellow stained sheets and dirt hand marks on the doors, there was curly hair and long hairs in the beds and in the bathtub, this was supposed to be a jacuzzi suite. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMY

“WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT” I choose this hotel because in the write up it said there was an airport shuttle on request. Guess what there wasn't .When I arrived and booked in I was given room 428. Went up and much to my surprise the beds hadn't been built. The next room was on the ground floor. Now I'm not a fussy traveller but on opening the bath mat there were black stains on it and hair. The food from the restaurant and also the continental breakfast were good. The staff were very nice but would I stay there again - NO

Would recommend you chose somewhere else to stay. Our room door would barely close, even deadbolted all you needed to do was give it one good yank and it would have broken open. There’s no soundproofing at all you can hear everything everyone else is doing and likewise they can hear what you’re doing in your room. They also put a block on it the hot water in the shower so it was lukewarm at best, I could not shower it in. We told the front desk we had no hot water and what I assume was the manager and maintenance came by to look at it and stated “it was because too many people were using hot water” which was a lie considering both the bathroom tap and the bathtub has hot water coming from them. There are much nicer places you can stay in the area.

This hotel is terrible. There's a weird smell in the rooms, stains on the furniture. But worst of all is their customer service. The front desk people are so badly trained it's shocking. They gave a card and sent strangers to open our room while we are using it, our check out date being the next day. They blamed it on a glitch in the system. This issue is unknown of in any hotel. How can it be that their system isn't showing this room as occupied? The worst thing was when we called to let them know what happened and how bad it is to have strangers opening our hotel room and making us feel so unsafe, the clerk at front desk wouldn't hear it and kept talking over us. He said that it wasn't him that checked us in intially, and wouldn't take the time to listen to us and our concerns. This hotel is very low grade with low grade service. I'd rather stay in a motel than here.

One of the worst hotels. The staff said we cannot have breakfast at 6 am because there is no one to serve and they said it was our fault because we did not tell them to have breakfast at 6AM. It does not say anything on the WEB page and even on the breakfast card. 2023/11/22 So I experienced power out in the hotel. My bathroom and bedroom lamps could not turn ON. The elevator was dead too. Not sure what exactly happened about the power. The staff at the lobby told me the problem is related to outside power lines not sure it is true after my breakfast problem. One more problem about the room is that I heard this loud sound coming from the bath 🛁 in the living room, it sounded like really loud water pipes.

The staff made our stay so smooth and amazing. Neeraj was a great guy. He made my birthday even better then ever. Our room was clean and perfect. Karen was such a great waitress at the restaurant. She was so funny and our dinner was delicious! Mona at the desk was amazing too she extended our stay in the room we loved. Thanks so much!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this hotel. Booked a date in error and called literally 5 mins after to discuss options so I do not loose $250 (maybe a credit or a different date) The response I got was "sorry madam we cannot do anything" I understand we are all here to make money, but come on, you are in the hospitality industry where is the courtesy to not steal by industry standards. If this is the start, rest assured I am never staying in this chain.

Had the opportunity to stay this past weekend. Had a good experience. Rooms were serviceable if a bit small but since it was just me, it was fine. Shower handle was not secure, it moved the whole plumbing apparatus and the insert shower/tub had soft spots where you could tell there was nothing under it. But host was friendly, answered all of my questions. I had no real issues while I was there, I would go back.

Monte Carlo Inn Terrazzo Ristorante Bar & Grill 7035 Edwards Blvd. (Hwy #10 & Derry Rd. E.)
Mississauga, ON L5T 2H8 Let me preface this with I’ve never written a review before and I’m not a complainer but I had to express my feelings as no one here seems to care. I’m currently in this hotel and I’ve been here since 4 pm last night (Nov 2/2023 to Nov 3/2023). We were celebrating our Anniversary and everything was perfect until my boyfriend and I ordered room service from the Terrazzo Ristorante Bar & Grill downstairs in the hotel. We ate around 7 pm I believe and by 8pm, he was violently throwing up and had diarrhea, he was freezing but had a fever, muscle aches all over. When I called down to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket, I also wanted to let them know what was happening and I was dismissed, talked over and told a blanket was on the way. He continued his symptoms until 1 am then we both fell asleep. He then woke up around 630am and left for work and that’s when I started with the symptoms. Vomiting, Diarrhea, cold and body aches. I called down to the front desk and told them I got food poisoning from the food downstairs and I’m not able to make the 11 am check out. That I’m having every symptom my boyfriend had last night, I’m feeling horrible AND after a long night of helping my boyfriend with the same symptoms and all they could do is extend check out to 12:30pm after that they’d have to charge me. I tried to ask for the manager but I was ignored and dismissed AGAIN. I didn't have the strength or energy to argue with anyone as I’m still sick from the food poisoning. I’m honestly in physical pain and feel miserable. I want to sleep, not get in a car for 40 mins to go home. And I’m frustrated that this establishment is so unhelpful and uncaring. The worst thing is if I had more of a back bone I’d make a fight about this because I feel I deserve better. The worse service and treatment ever. Update: I called to the front desk and tried to explain that I’m still food poisoned and I’m not ready to leave the room but also don’t want to pay to stay another night as the night I did pay for was ruined. Not once has anyone I’ve spoken to acknowledged the food poisoning. I’m immediately told that, the best the manager could do was reduce the room rate for another night. The price for another night is upwards of $200 and I need to go down to the lobby to charge my card or they’ll send someone up to collect cash. I however have an app to get hotel rooms during off peak hours and entered the exact room and hotel and from 9am to 3:30pm I can get a room for $100. After mentioning that I was told I can stay in the room until 3:30pm with no charge. I can’t wrap my head around the feeling of not caring at all from a customer service stand point. Never mind as a human being to not have any sympathy for how I’m feeling. Physically ill with food poisoning from the establishments restaurant. On hold for 14 minutes to be told ‘come downstairs and pay or we’ll send someone up for cash collection’ … disgusting !

I chose this place as it has a in room jacuzzi which is great. But the hotel cleanliness is very bad. I had stayed here two times the first I was here I found a spider crawling right beside the bed I reported it to the front desk response was not great. Later I payed for late checkout and specifically mentioned not be disturb until the checkout time also left the note on the door too instead was disturbed by the cleaning staff 3 times which was totally unprofessional. I tried to speak with Manager to complain about this issue the calls always went to voicemails which were not returned even after leaving my information in the voicemail. But on a later date they refunded me for the late checkout charges so I came back for the second stay this time I found Bed bugs crawling from the floor on to my luggage. I immediately noticed the front desk about it in return the staff was arrogant and started accusing me in return which completely unethical and unprofessional. I don't recommend this place at all even though the prices are cheap compared to other hotel around the area. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. IF you want to have nice vacation or business trip please avoid this place.

Honestly, a terrible stay. Booked a king size bedroom, but, after check in, they were insisting to take a double bed room. After a long wait, I was relocated to ground floor with a king bedroom. The facility seems to be very old and not maintained well. Very gloomy lights, terrible bathroom fittings and furniture. Had to check out for other hotel, the next day, because of BED BUGS. Terrible breakfast and staffs in dinning. The staffs were not at all cordial and friendly, rather, they were pointing fingers to find your needs, instead of ushering. THEY NEED TO LEARN MORE TRAINING, rather finding them gossiping, instead of helping guests. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

We booked in here for a park, stay, fly. The reservation was made by phone and we confirmed that they had a shuttle to take us to the airport. When we were checking in the front desk staff told us there was no shuttle and they had not had one since before COVID. The room was good as was the restaurant.

Excellent location, breakfast ok, room was nice. It had a microwave, a mini fridge, strong wifi, a coffee maker, soap, shampoo. Unfortunately the hotel itself is kind of dirty, appears like all covid rules are out the window. Elevator buttons are filthy, hand sanitizers empty at the elevators, at the buffet there is no sanitizers and the tables are not being cleaned between uses. I asked for refill on the hand sanitizers 2 times and was promised it would be addressed. Unfortunately nobody ever refilled it in the 3 days I spent there.

he was very disappointing. Front desk staff was rude! No service from cleaners. Literally they put the sign busy back ! Room was dirty and phone don't even work! Promoting of no smoke and but they let them smoke outside and it reek of the smell of the weed! Breakfast is bad ! Might as well take out the egg 🥚 in the breakfast so lazy. All boiled egg no choice at all! Plus everyone can come inside ! Plus the lock of the room won't work and keep failing! It was the worst service and room I've been with! Never coming back here! Please avoid this location and save your money!

The room was over all clean except for the mini fridge which was in a cabinet. When I open said cabinet there was old chicken bones from prior guests. I specifically got a room with a jacuzzi tub. Which the jets did not work. The curtains were also dirty.

Unfortunately this hotel is not clean at all. Mold in bedrooms, terrible smells (cigaret, pot and food), rooms poorly cleaned. We could still see sugar grains on the counter from the previous guest which indicates how badly they clean their rooms. The bed sheets are worn out, the fabric is breaking down and some have stains. Their air conditioning doesn’t work so some rooms get very hot and humid. Breakfast is chaotique. It’s just terrible. Would never recommend to anyone and i certainly don’t think it’s a 3 star hotel. It feels like a cheap motel on the highway. It’s unfortunate that the working there are very nice but working in such a bad hotel.

Really disappointed with my experience at this hotel. My boyfriend booked us a room 6 weeks before our stay. Confirmed by calling the hotel 2 weeks before to ensure it was all set. When we arrived they gave us downgraded room without disclosing it to us. After seeing the room we noticed this wasn't the room we paid for and the condition of the room was pretty disgusting. They tried rectifying the issue with late checkout and dinner. They failed to inform their cleaners of the late checkout so they tried coming into our room 3 times in the morning and the last time without knocking. Would not recommend this hotel. Management does not seem to know what's going on at this establishment. Stay away!

Location is great but the hotel is awful. We reserve a king suite with jacuzzi tub and the tub was dirty, we turned it on and dirt and debris can pouring out of the jets. We needed to run and drain it twice before it was clean enough to get into. The room was not tell cleaned with the last guests takeout utensils wedged between the TV stand and the tub, and the room had no TV remote. None the less we left relatively happy and didn't complain. However, it's been nearly 3 weeks and they have not refunded my deposit. I keep getting told they will call me back or just hung up on and all emails go ignored. I was a hotel manager at the Falls for years and I can not imagine how this hotel manages to stay open with such poor cleaning and customer service standards.

I stayed here for one night after a party. My check in experience was smooth. I was greeted by Subash and Nando. Subash was the one that checked due in. He had a positive attitude and was very welcoming. He explained where our room was and that we'd need to return there for a voucher in the morning to get breakfast. He was the only nice staff. The others in the dining room were miserable and not friendly. Our room was a studio but it was small. I didn't mind it. The set up was interesting with 2 tvs (1 in main room and 1 in the bedroom) The rooms were clean and there were no bed bugs. Yes, I checked. They also had the remotes in a plastic bag - a tiktok hack I saw. Now do they change the bags everyday? No clue but I hope so. The bed was comfy, the room had black out curtains and the bathroom was clean. We didn't have enough wash rags but I didn't bother calling for more as I was too tired. I didn't like the fact that the breakfast option was so limited. The boiled eggs were really cold, there were no waffles or scrambled eggs or bacon like other continental breakfasts. The only had pastry, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits (that were done and not replenished) coffees, teas and juice. Overall it was a comfortable stay for the one night.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had. I’ve stayed at the Monte Carlo chain many times as that is my chain preference however this location is GARBAGE. Starting with the front desk trying to overcharge me on my booking after already paying the deposit. When I questioned them they began to be extremely rude when I realized the up charge they made. The service was awful and I was spoken to as if I did something wrong when they are stealing money. If I had not noticed I would have been charged. How many others do they do this too? Then I was told I was not allowed to grab the all included breakfast however, everyone else who walked by at the same time was not questioned. The breakfast is included in the stay booking. When asking about receiving extra pillows we were told that was not possible as we had more then enough. We had 4. The room it’s self was not clean at all. Powdered white substances on the ledge on the window, dirty linens, holes in the blankets, and hair in the shower!! This is just not right. I have stayed at this location before and last time the service was awful but not like this… I never leave reviews however this location needs some SERIOUS WORK. Head office needs to come in and fix before they get shut down. I would like to be contacted by head office as this was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had a hotel.

Horrible! Would not recommend this location to anybody! I've stayed at Monte Carlo Inn's elsewhere before and have had a pleasant experience, however this time around left a sour taste in my mouth. The hotel staff were very rude and treated my partner like she was a second class citizen throughout our entire stay and tried to overcharge us when checking in after having already paid the booking and deposit, why would a supposedly "reputable" hotel chain try to scam its customers? The breakfast selection was mediocre at best, the room was subpar despite us getting a suite, uncomfortable bed, staff unwilling to accommodate a simple request for more pillows, a white powdery substance found on the AC (I hope it was not drugs....), the room overall didn't feel clean, the common areas often smelled of marijuana and cigarettes, the shower doesn't drain properly and I nearly slipped and fell multiple times! The final nail on the coffin is the hotel is right in the direction of one of the busier runways for takeoffs at Pearson Airport, meaning planes constantly flying over loudly at low altitudes.... Folks, save yourselves the headache, spend a little extra if you have to and find a nicer hotel, there's plenty of them around and at least you won't experience what we did here. Disappointed is an understatement.

They cancelled my reservation (made 4 months in advance) without notifying me when my credit card was declined yesterday. There was no email, phone call or message left. When I arrived, I was simply told they had no rooms left for the night. My card had been cancelled due to fraud weeks ago, and if they had simply contacted me I would have given them the new valid one.

Good spot clean rooms near the airport nice restaurant free parking and bar on site. Helpful staff. Free breakfast not as good as my last visit. No pool. Comfortable beds good sleep. Airport shuttle not running for some reason so beware.

Overall, I did not enjoy my stay here; for what I paid for the room, it was very underwhelming... While I am generally an easy to please person, I could not get over how unclean this place felt; the carpets were stained and felt dirty, the walls were dirty with different films, the doors had paint chips and one would also get stuck, etc. Also, the room layout was questionable, since the main television was facing a wall/desk instead of the couch. While on the topic of the television, I do want to share to anyone looking to stay here that you cannot stream shows/movies from your phone; you can only play music. In addition, the front door did not have a deadbolt, or any extra sense of security. This visit was surprising because I chose to pay more for a nice room, but this was the first time I regret doing that... Maybe I would have a better outlook on this stay had I chose to go with a cheaper room.

Night shift receptionist was unhelpful person, kept pushing for the worst rooms (in ground floor which were noisy), he claimed no availability of upper floor rooms. Other staff were really decent, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is very limited (only boiled eggs, bread cornflakes, juice, coffee, tea) but the lady serving was very kind.

  • 1/5 Kathryn W. 8 months ago on Google
The staff were very friendly and the location is close to everything however the state of the room we had was absolutely disgusting. Linen stained and had clean linen thrown on top of the soiled stuff, hair that didn’t belong to me or my boyfriend stuck in the bed sheets which we didn’t notice until check out when we stripped the bed for the house keeper. The pillows were so badly stained and smelled horrible. The bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned properly upon arrival, (not swept or anything) the bathroom mirror had stuff/instructions written on it that was so vulgar and just gross I won’t even write it here but when the bathroom fogged up from the shower you could read it. I won’t share the vulgar photo proof but some of what you could read that wasn’t so vulgar. There were burn marks from cigarettes in the bed, (clearly old and not changed) some questionable marks on various parts of the walls etc. staff was nice enough to offer me a complimentary upgrade to a better suite next time I’m there but I won’t be going back.. it was disgusting. Again the staff were professional and friendly and location was good but the room was dirty and disgusting. Also a bit disappointed in the breakfast that was offered considering the price we paid to stay for the entire weekend .

Check in was rough, there were two other people in line when I came to check in, with two people working and it took about 30 mins till I got my room key. Luckily during my wait, I saw the slew of people who waited patiently for a elevator that doesn't work. They mostly walked away annoyed, and I seemed to have the same attitude by the end. Walked in to the room, it was smaller than expected, the bed was lumpy and I've never seen a pillow that size, and oddly shaped. It definitely wasn't a great stay, but not the worst either. Will not return.

AVOID THIS HOTEL - (i) VERY NOISY - Directly under the low-flying flight path into Pearson, (ii) FRONT DESK ARE CROOKS - Falsely took a $300 Cash Damage Deposit claiming smoking on a perfectly sunny day when we were outside on a nice bench, and (ii) Front Desk Staff - RUDE + DISRESPECTFUL - Accused us of lying + ruined our stay and keep the $300. AWFUL PLACE on many levels - will ruin your trip. AVOID

It was an alright place to stay. Took a little too long to check in and even longer to book a second day. Had to clean the Jacuzzi tub and wiped down everything in the room. Very out dated and run down. Needs a serious deep cleaning and a face lift. M kl

Prior to our arrival, my friends and I received a phone call from the front desk, threatening us that if we did not arrive/check in shortly we would lose our reservation. Check in time begins at 3 PM, and we received this call at approximately 4:15 PM. We were just finishing our drive coming in from Buffalo, NY and thought we could run and grab a few more necessities prior to our arrival. I have stayed in many hotels in my life and never experience anything like that before. Upon arrival, we were not able to receive any type of receipt/breakdown of the charges that we were covering. Despite that I was asked to sign several documents for the staff to keep. The room we stayed in smelled like a 13 year old that just finished bathing in Axe Body Spray. The following day, after I was rejected regarding obtaining a receipt for the second time, suddenly neither of our room keys worked. When we spoke to the front desk, the (rather strange) man there stated that sometimes "there is an issue with magnetics"... which made absolutely no sense as whatever he did on their computer quickly fixed the issue. We felt unwelcome from the start and quickly picked up on how this particular location seems to abide by their own rules. The only pros are that we survived and the stay was much cheaper than most other places we could've stayed for NYE. Overall, this was our second time staying in a Monte Carlo Inn. The last time was much a better at a different location. However, following this (very strange) experience this will certainly be our final time.

Hair in our bed, window steamed quite easily after shower which revealed many hand prints. We would say it was fine for a run of the mill Hotel. Would recommend for a quick stay, could use a little room updating.

For the price paid for the king size room i’d say it’s a disappointment. Upon arriving there was blood and polish stains on the bath towels/ the staff insisted it’s clean when showing them. The same blood was seen in the jacuzzi and carpet of the room. For the towels I asked for more towels and staff said they didn’t have any. He then found one with polish on it and again insisted it was clean for me to use. For the carpet the staff used a disinfectant spray and said look it’ll clean right off. When it wasn’t cleaning off he said oh it’s probably paint. But the room has wallpaper.. The room is very small, the jacuzzi is right besides the bed. The water in the jacuzzi splashes on the carpet as it fills up. The heater gives off a burnt smell. The electricity went off in the room. I could not dry my hair, use lights, or microwave. When i went to the front desk for assistance they said they’d check it out. They came up 15 minutes later, asked what the issue was and left.. 20 minutes passed i went back downstairs and the worker was sitting, did not do anything about my issue so i asked again and that’s when he restarted the breaker I added photos to this review but i don’t see it appearing on my end. It’s truly disgusting.

Stay was quite pleasant. Room was comfortable and check in/out were quite efficient and friendly. Great location as it is easily accessible to Highways 401 and 407 and quite close to quite a few restaurants. There was only one issue, the room didn't have a security latch on the door.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Do not book here, it's terrible in every way possible. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke, there's no thermostat to adjust the heat/ac, there's stains on the furniture, the bathroom tub doesn't look like it's been cleaned in weeks, the front desk service is so rude and definitely not trained in hotel management.

Save your money and pay a bit more for better quality. This hotel is one of the worst I've been in. Every room on the floors is non smoking however it seems that they are allowing people to smoke as all you can smell is cigarettes everywhere. The rooms are filthy and unkempt. The front desk service is beyond terrible.

Was a great stay, enjoyed the room. We arrived 15 minutes early and was told to wait. Came back on the correct time and then was still unsure if it was ready. The other lady behind the counter called to check and that was fine because she made the effort, we then got our room. We probably wouldn't have had to wait if the other receptionist had did that. But was overall a good night rest! If I'm in Mississauga again I'd definitely return.

I was very disappointed in my experience staying at this hotel. There are not many hotels in Toronto that have hot tubs and I was excited to stay at this hotel given how “prestigious” the name is. However, I was met with numerous disappointments and my hotel room was 100% below quality standards and cleanliness standards. The hot tub was also out of order which was disappointing. I went to use the hot tub and the spout was broken, once I notified hotel staff they attempted to buy a replacement but it was a rubber stopper that barely fit the tub. I also found a wet towel in the hot tub that appeared as though someone had used it. Hotel staff made an excuse about cleaning staff leaving a wet towel behind as a mistake, however the shower also had a soaking wet towel on the side of the tub. Hotel staff brushed off the issues in the room and acted as though they were not that serious. The overall condition of this hotel was poor, and so many things in this hotel were dirty and in unsanitary conditions. I’ve never experienced a hotel that was so unsanitary and unorganized and I was highly disappointed that I was expected to pay my money for such disappointments. I would not go back to this hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Not too bad of a hotel. Had a mishap of another young couple getting access into our room one hour after we checked in but we were upgraded without any hesitation. Karen who worked at the bar was a delight to chat with and have us served. We came for our honeymoon and needed something simple but nice to wind down in at the end of the night since we have never been to Toronto before!

Will never be staying there again. Disgusting hotel! Bed sheets were dirty with stains, pillow cases with makeup and hair strands. Staff gave me and my boyfriend another room which was also filthy. We found a dirty sock that was left behind. Dust everywhere fridge was dirty with food crumbs all over and the jacuzzi had bugs in it. Save your money and go somewhere else

Chose this hotel for an overnight stay not for from the airport. The staff is friendly and professional, the check-in and check out were very fast. The room was in great condition, very clean with everything necessary. Laundry and gym are also available, as well as the restaurant. The only negative point is the breakfast which was really poor. There were only toasts, cold boiled eggs, some cereals and coffee. I mean it would be nice to have some bacon or at least sausages, wouldn't it?

Small, basic room with low lighting. Breakfast was horrible. No cutlery or plates when we arrived. Only about a dozen seats, food consisted of hard boiled eggs and toast. Received a knock at the door an hour before checkout asking if we were checking out. Would not recommend this hotel and would not go back.

After a night check-in, I went upstairs to find my assigned room's door ajar and the fire alarm and smoke detector removed from the wall. There was a heavy Marijuana smell in the room. Service was speedy, and the rooms were switched without delay. Either that room was used the day prior and not cleaned, or the room was broken into as it was empty. Which is not a settling feeling. The replacement room was decent but in shining distance of street lights and no way to close the drapes. They were for decoration and not function as the track did not extend the full length of the window. Would not recommend.

The good: -All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and professional, and helped resolve all my concerns -The rates are reasonable -Continental breakfast wasn't the best, but not the worst -Bath salts for the hot tub was a nice touch The not so good -The sheets were worn down and had stains -Clumps of long hair in the drain for the hot tub (I have short hair so it wasn't mine) -There were ants on the washroom counter, the table, and tv stand. Granted, I had juice and water next to the bed but I shouldn't have to worry about ants, especially since I was only there for one night. Overall, it's an ok place with potential. Could use some work on cleanliness to really make this place a more viable option and competitive. I'd consider staying again.

Tv/cable didn't work, had to change rooms, and fought to change rooms. Front desk couldn't do anything have to wait for maintenance the next day! I was leaving at 6am for my flight! Got a room with no additional security lock & only had a key for it. Restaurant in hotel, was great food.

Bed was comfy, room was clean, love bath outfitter style tile-less tub, free wifi no password needed, great car park visibility outside window, breakfast was includes. The few issues were a small visible crack on the toilet, breakfast could have been better with one hot offering, only one slow elevator, and more ppl should be at front desk at checkout especially if you just need your breakfast voucher.

Multiple stains on bed, wallpaper falling off. Lock on bathroom door was broken. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Absolutely disgusting. Dont reccomend to anyone.
