American Airlines Admirals Club

Bar Lounge

😠 I ordered a Virgin Mary (no alcohol) and they attempted to charge me for a Bloody Mary (@Cdn$16!!). When I questioned it they told me that the charge was the same for Virgin Mary as Bloody Mary which is utterly ridiculous! Someone at American Airlines Admirals Lounge Toronto needs a serious reality... People often mention lounge, staff, club, good, small, Admirals, nice, great, comfortable, options,

This such a nice club great staff and very comfortable so much better than the rat race outside. Update July 28th 2017 the club has had a makeover and has a new look, the staff are great as always.

Nice build out and quiet (probably for a good reason). Host was nice and polite. VERY Poor food selection (much worse than air Canada lounge and even the premium lounge) no working bathroom or espresso machine...

A small lounge but peaceful and seems only open to sapphire and emerald Oneworld members, and those traveling Flagship class. The lounge was very tranquil and quiet; a great place for a break and/or to catch up on some work. Was not busy and crowded like some of the other lounges at the major airports and had comfortable seating

The atmosphere is the best of everything. A much nicer environment to sit and relax than the airport terminal. Here it’s quiet and you can relax and utilize their own Wi-Fi within the lounge. I’m giving it a bad review because the food options are deplorable. This is supposed to be called the “ Admirals Lounge” I’m not asking it to be catered, but when you carry a certain name to imply is “ better than the normal airport terminal”, there should be a certain baseline standard to complement that. I’ve seen better food options in a two star motel. I can’t really comment on the “service” because I wasn’t served anything or had any interaction with the staff. You guys really need to make me believe that having a credit card to give me access to this place is worth it.

This review is a little unfair as I forgot I was in Toronto that doesn't really support American airlines, so I should be grateful we had a club here at all. The entrance is next to a huge lineup for another club. AA entrance is off to the side. Found that out after I waited 25 minutes to get in the other place. They have no breakfast to speak of unless you want a piece of fruit. Had to go downstairs, eat, and them come back so I could plug in my laptop. They have about 18 chairs, all with power and a few sitting places by the food. Staff is always excellent, but I'm just very disappointed

Not a lot of food choices. Very few desserts. Crowded, we had to stand, room is small. Couldn't get comfortable. More soup options and salads would be nice.

This is probably one of the smallest admirals clubs I have visited. As a frequent visitor of this lounge I can say that it is good in the sense that is here but it isn’t necessarily anything to arrive early at the airport to experience. For example the food isn’t as good as most admirals club as the selection is quite limited. Also this lounge gets crowded very easily as it is very small and doesn’t have a ton of seating. The lounge also feels too densely populated with seating which can make it hard to move around. Other than that this lounge also doesn’t have showers which would be useful as many business travelers frequent Toronto. Overall this lounge is alright and worth the visit if you have extra time because there isn’t much to do in the terminal.

A small lounge but just what you need to relax, recharge and refuel. The staff here were incredible helpful and kind - they helped rebook travellers onto new flights during the winter storm and helped me shuffle seats so I could be next to my partner (with the other passengers approval first). The food selection here was limited but enough - something for everyone and as a vegetarian I was well fed. Bathrooms were tidy and lounge seats were comfy. I spent nearly a day here during the winter storms and really enjoyed myself!

Camisha at the Admirals Club truly stood out during my recent visit. Her impeccable service and warm demeanor significantly enhanced my lounge experience. From expertly crafting drinks to providing insightful recommendations, Camisha demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism. Her attention to detail and genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that made my time at the American Airlines lounge truly enjoyable. I highly commend Camisha for her exceptional bartending skills and outstanding customer service.

The food is passable, but there's a lack of variety. The same dishes are consistently offered every time I visit the club.

Tight space. Can be busy and loud. The seats are comfortable. Was there for breakfast and the made to order eggs is why this place got 3 stars. The rest of the food is average continental breakfast. The bathroom is a travesty. One stall for men and one for women. Too busy for so few bathrooms. There is no way to keep it clean because well...people.

It's not fancy...but for a place to sit, have a snack, and use WiFi...it's better than the terminal.

Amazing place to sit back and wait for your flight, with great options. Definitely worth an extra couple bucks for the comfort!

Small but convenient Admirals Club in Pearson Airport. It is located just after the duty free shop and before heading to the gates. That location makes it convenient, although a walk from your actual flight. The food is mid-range and it has an eating area, as well as a full bar. Probably would skip it if just getting a day pass, fine for existing members / cardholders. Enjoy!

Its ok small. Make your own sandwich. Moosehead beer you have to pay for.

Awesome staff..very clean...free cheap beer...free food...soup was hot...limited selection. Not big...lots of different seating arrangements. Electric outlets everywhere.

I visited this lounge on the evening of December 9th. The space is very small, but nicely decorated and comfortable. The food options are very limited, and not great. As for drinks, they have good coffee, Coke products, and a good assortment of alcoholic drinks. I'm giving the lounge a 5 star because of their amazing staff. They make you feel at home, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and appreciated. Kudos to you guys!

The employees here are absolutely amazing. They have got to be the nicest lounge staff I've ever met - and I've been to a lot of lounges. The local candies they have by the entrance are such a nice tough - so much better than the generic mints on offer at most other Admirals Clubs.

Effectively useless given the limited hours it is open especially if you have an early morning flight.

This is a small lounge but the staff are helpful and friendly. Our flight was delayed several hours so we relaxed in the lounge. It has a some snacks and drinks, but nothing extensive.

Admirals Club Toronto. Food selection for lunch was good. Bartenders good service. This is a smaller lounge

Good spread. One draft on the house and I wish it wasn't Coors. Neat and clean. Good service

Almost always average. The front desk staff seem to be more engaged with each other than with the entering and exiting passengers. Will not be renewing my membership later this year. The Amex and Priority lounges are significantly better

Gets the job done for early morning flights on AA. Food is standard lounge fare, although they have a great coffee machine that's a standout. Loses some allure as it feels cramped given the bulky furniture, low ceilings, and general size of the lounge. If you're an Amex Platinum card member, my recommendation is to visit the Plaza Premium lounge next door over the Admiral's Club.

Food was good. Kinda comfy place if you are spending 3 to 5 hours. Service is good as well.

The lounge is nice. There was a decent variety of hot and cold food items. There was regular ice tea, sweet ice tea and ice cold water with mint leaves. Starbucks machine and fresh red velvet cookies. A bit full but to be expected for the time.

Not your best admirals club by any means but tons better than the admirals club of old at YYZ. This new redesigned club is modern with easy seating for 50 people. That should give you an idea of how much smaller it is than other clubs. Lite lunch salad bar, coffee, soft drinks, and beer complimentary. Strong wifi. Nice staff. No showers and small restrooms so it can be problematic at busy times. Probably not where you'd invest in a 1 day pass but if you're a member, worth stopping in right out of passport control.

One of the worst Admirals Clubs I’ve been do. Horrible food options. Cold oatmeal, low grade food and utensils. It’s definitely a race to the bottom at this club.
