I
wish
there
is
less
than
one
star
experience!
This
is
the
worst
experience
ever
I
have
in
Nespresso
shop.
The
person
who
is
working
is
rude,
elevated
her
voice
because
I
am
asking
to
replace
coffee
capsules
that
I
got
as
a
gift
(as
the
policy
is
2
weeks),
and
this
policy
is
nowhere
written
on
the
receipt!
I
asked
for
the
manager
and
she
said
that
she
is
busy
and
can
not
talk
to
you!
I
asked
for
a
written
policy,
and
her
answer
that
the
internet
is
not
working.
She
asked
for
my
account,
and
after
she
opened,
she
said
that
all
the
capsules
you
have
is
the
same,
so
I
don’t
think
that
you
have
a
different
machine!
(Am
I
lying!
God!).
Later
a
colleague
of
her
came,
joined
the
conversation,
and
she
called
her
by
her
name,
so
in
the
conversation,
I
said
that
name,
and
all
of
sudden,
she
said,
this
is
not
appropriate,
and
this
is
my
grandma
name!!!
I
apologized!!
Her
friend
said
‘you
can
give
them
a
gift
to
another
person’,
I
answered
that
these
will
go
to
garbage,
and
I
am
asking
to
replace,
her
answer
was
(both
ways
they
are
going
to
garbage!!),
and
she
claimed
that
they
tell
every
customer
that
the
replacement
can
be
done
in
2
weeks
inly!!
(Personally,
I
was
never
told
that!!)
A
message
to
these
people,
I
was
not
asking
for
money,
but,
I
am
asking
for
respect!
You
should
go
back
and
see
how
much
hurt
you
cause
your
customers.
The
second
person
was
more
professional
and
talked
in
low
tone,
and
she
pulled
her
phone
to
find
out
their
policy,
at
least
she
tried!
Respect
is
the
key,
and
doesn’t
need
to
be
taught!
I
will
throw
the
machine
in
the
garbage,
because
I
don’t
need
this
experience
to
happen
again,
or
even
see
the
name
of
‘Nespresso’
in
my
house
or
work
area
