    I have a love/hate relationship with Nespresso coffee. I love it. And I hate that I have become so picky with other coffee brands since. Now about this location: Nespresso makes great coffee but their customer service and general store management is a hit or miss. If you have visited the previous spot in Square One, this is on the corridor to the right of the old spot coming from the entrance doors. There was no signage of this shift so I had to run around to find it. CS is okay. They do not accept American Express or the mall gift card because it is powered by Amex. This is a big bummer but not the stores fault. Usually carry all the variety. I wish they would not push the seasonal offerings. I have made the mistake of taking their advice once because they claimed it was similar to my regular favourite and regretted it. It was dismissed as "oh well that happens". Good to grab a few sleeves as the stock is usually available.

    Terrible customer experience. Associates are not attentive and aware of customers on the sales floor. I visited this location on 10/22/2022 between 5:15-5:30pm. A gentleman working with glasses told me to wait in line. I already waited 15 minutes in line to get his assistance and told me to lineup again. So I left the store. DO NOT go to this location, other locations offer better customer experience and they’ll value your business. This Nespresso Square One location is highly not recommended.

    ABSOLUTELY HATED THE SERVICE!! After looking at some flavors for the Nespresso pods, I was wishing to test out the new Pumpkin Cake coffee so I asked an sales person named “Lisa” she gave me absolutely no respect and even dared to have an attitude as if I wasn’t welcomed at all. She said, “Oh can’t you see Im busy, go ask another sales person” not just this she dared to say this in the rudest way possible. Ruined my experience of the Nespresso Coffee store!!

    Not surprised at all by the mass of negative reviews. I wouldn’t suggest coming to this specific location to buy coffee. There was nobody in the line even (I was first) when I got there and nobody was attending to me - I was waiting a good 10-15 minutes. I heard one of the employees tell a man there was a line to make it sound like he cared and then after the man left he continued to use a computer instead of calling me over. He was a gentleman with glasses, specifically. After 15 minutes a girl came over to help me. I just wonder if the people in this store actually do work. I don’t have all day. If you don’t want to tend to customers, you should not work there or find another job. DO NOT RECOMMEND - please go to another store to purchase or do it online.

    All I have to say is to avoid this store. No one care about customers. A white guy with blue eyes(?) reluctantly helped us. I asked him can we pay by cash and he didn't even bother to answer me. Since the beginning he was very rude. We went there this afternoon around 3-4pm just for your info to know which customer representative to avoid next time. He was such a hypocrite and tried to maintain his "manner" all the time but it all seemed a joke to me. I reviewed all the past comments and there are so many people who had such terrible customer experience as well recently. Seems like i am not the only one. This is also such a small store and I would choose to go to sherway garden next time. Or, I would even be willing to go to the one located at Yorkdale Center, Do you know why? Caz the representative there at least know what they are doing and at least respect people.

    I got here at the store at 9:45 AM and simply was waiting for it to open at 10AM while a lady inside the store gestured that they were closed and I said thats okay and then she rolled her eyes and made such an awkward face and said something.. wow what a customer service early in the morning giving bad vibes to customers. Please hire courteous staff, who have good customer service skills.

    I have been several locations and none of them were this poorly organized and disrespectful. My boyfriend and i waited at the store for 5 minutes, and no one told us to wait in a line at the front, and we didn't know, so we waited at one of the cashier counters. Then, a staff finally got available and came. She just ignored us and started to serve someone behind us. We told her that we were here first, and she just replied that we weren't at the line and she didn't know who was here first, rolled her eyes, and ignored us again. The lady behind us kindly told her we were here before her. After all this, the staff was so erogant saying 'next time wait in the line'. There was no sign for a line, no line was set up, and NOONE TOLD US TO! Besides, you could have just asked who was first instead of keeping ingonring the customers! I would have rated the service zero star if that was an option. Terrible experience and will never go back again.

    Terrible experience during my visits. Be aware, This store does not allow medical mask exemptions which my children have. I spend hundreds of dollars for coffee to this company and they denied me service. They discriminated against our medical mask exemptions which goes against the peel mask Bylaw. The “team leader” Kavita thought she knew the laws and said she will gladly discriminate my medical exemption and she didn’t care to provide me any accommodation until I asked!! She just denied me service and never apologized. Please train your staff to be better to those who have disabilities.

    I had the most embarrassing experience here! They just lost 5 customers because of it. My family and I came in looking interested in the products and machines, even though it was busy, not one worker greeted or helped because they were giving all their attention to the rich snobby people. We waiting for a good 10 minutes at the sample bar only to see a girl serving someone I didn’t see in the store she starts serving I asked her how we could get help and all this time she told us we had to line up? Which we didn’t know? I wanted to experience this company because of all the hype and good coffee, but clearly they just want to serve people who looked rich. Never coming here again.

    I wish there is less than one star experience! This is the worst experience ever I have in Nespresso shop. The person who is working is rude, elevated her voice because I am asking to replace coffee capsules that I got as a gift (as the policy is 2 weeks), and this policy is nowhere written on the receipt! I asked for the manager and she said that she is busy and can not talk to you! I asked for a written policy, and her answer that the internet is not working. She asked for my account, and after she opened, she said that all the capsules you have is the same, so I don’t think that you have a different machine! (Am I lying! God!). Later a colleague of her came, joined the conversation, and she called her by her name, so in the conversation, I said that name, and all of sudden, she said, this is not appropriate, and this is my grandma name!!! I apologized!! Her friend said ‘you can give them a gift to another person’, I answered that these will go to garbage, and I am asking to replace, her answer was (both ways they are going to garbage!!), and she claimed that they tell every customer that the replacement can be done in 2 weeks inly!! (Personally, I was never told that!!) A message to these people, I was not asking for money, but, I am asking for respect! You should go back and see how much hurt you cause your customers. The second person was more professional and talked in low tone, and she pulled her phone to find out their policy, at least she tried! Respect is the key, and doesn’t need to be taught! I will throw the machine in the garbage, because I don’t need this experience to happen again, or even see the name of ‘Nespresso’ in my house or work area

    The staff need to be trained on customer service skills particularly the brown skinned girl with curly hair and glasses. She made me wait 20 minutes before checking me out because she was too busy making another customer coffee even though she saw me waiting for soo long. She even rolled her eyes at me.

    We were greeted with a very warm welcome that was genuine and warm. We were looking for a particular coffee machine and the shop assistant knew exactly which one we wanted. They had 1 left, we explained that we’ve only just emigrated and are moving the next day into our new home. We were gifted a sleeve of pods and tote bags as a welcome to Canada. Great service, lovely atmosphere in the store and a very pleasant shopping experience all round.

    This was my first and last time picking up my Nespresso order at this location. I was just trying to pick up a simple online order and the women working at the counter treated me so poorly for no reason. She completely ignored me when I came in, then when I told her I was here to pick up an order she said in a aggressive tone “I’m helping another customer”, and then proceeded to offer assistance to a new person that entered the store. Overall, terrible customer service, just order online so you don’t have to deal with this treatment.

    Literally was in line for like twenty minutes. Line was out the door. One guy came in, skipped the line and one girl easily helped him out.many of us were very disappointed with the customer service. I went here cause a friend of mine wanted to order. Highly don’t recommend coming here. Order online and if you have any problems, go to another location. If I know anything from retail, take care of the line first.

    Very well staffed location. You are greeted as soon as you enter and escorted to a station for service. Staff are courtesy, knowledgable and professional. The store is beautiful and everything comes with stunning packaging and delivered promptly in a paper bag. My friend who has the Vertuo machine found exactly what she needed and was very happy with her purchase.

    Just a normal day at the mall. My family and I walk in to Nespresso just laughing having fun interested in buying. We go to one lady at the front trying to inquire about the machine - she’s like I can only help you in 15 minutes if you have an order.. okay we move away looking at the machines talking amongst ourselves. Then an south asian employee (sorry she didn’t give us her name even though I asked her calmly) is like can you guys please keep it down I’m trying to listen to someones order. Very rudely. We just asked where does it say that? She’s like nowhere I’m asking you to keep it down. We just left. Very rude staff, and they lost two customers who were ready to spend hundreds of dollars. Super disappointed.

    Walked in to an empty store with two employees just standing there and conversing with each other. They both noticed my friend and I walk in and didn't even say hello or ask "how can I help you?" My friend had to go up to one of them and ask "so how do I order this?" since they clearly weren't going to come and help us themselves. The sales associate seemed annoyed we asked for help. Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Do not come here, go to sherway.

    Extremely poor customer service attitude, perfunctory and unhelpful employees who don't care about the customer's needs at all when asked. When the coffee machine has issues and could not be used any longer.There was no one has the patience to explain or provide any solution.One of the women who worked at 6.30pm today was so rude and ignored me with poor customer service. I will never ever purchase anything with Nespresso in the future because of the female stuff who worked with unprofessional attitude and bad customer service at square one location for Nespresso.

    The processing speed is extremely slow. To save time and money, I recommend go to the nearby Starbucks and grab something to eat while waiting and place your order Nespresso online instead. I'm not sure why, but the service there is arrogant. It feels like they treat customers as if they're unworthy. I don't understand why it's called a boutique.

    Not a bad experience for a first time Nespresso coffee buyer. I really enjoyed the service there from a try before you buy point of view. However the salesperson or sales associate I was working with she was not very clear on what she was trying to explain to me and needed a few times to repeat what she was saying before I understood. This may just be me but my wife was also having a difficult time understanding what she was trying to explain to us. Overall the shop was modern and the coffee bar was a cool little touch. We got to try a few things before we committed to buying. Overall I think these brick and mortar shops is a cool idea.

    Thank you Vee for the excellent client experience. I usually go to the store to buy capsules especially seasonal flavors. This time I went to the store because my Nespresso machine was broken. I’ve tried descaling and it still didn’t work. When I told Vee, she understood the struggle and quickly provided me the solution with clear instructions. She provided the 1800 number along with a kit. She’s very kind, understanding and super helpful. Thank you Vee. You’re awesome!

    Store is understaffed. Long line waiting outside. Employees work as slow as possible. I will never come back here. Wouldn't recommend! If this is Nespresso experience, I'll get another machine. Thanks for the reply! On the other hand, when we got served by the young gentleman wearing glasses, he gave us absolutely 5 star sevice! So I change my experience to 3 star all together..

    I had some leaking issues with my machine that's going on 8 years old. It was obviously out of warranty so I called and spoke to Zak, who was extremely helpful, laid out my options, and gave his opinion. I sent my machine out on Friday and received it fully repaired 6 days later when I was told it could be 3-4 weeks! It works like a charm, and nespresso adds 6 months of warranty after repairing. I'm just extremely impressed by their customer service. Thanks to everyone involved in my repair!

    Excellent service despite the capacity restrictions! I have purchased my first coffee machine today, and Liza was incredibly kind and knowledgeable in helping me choose the best coffee flavours afterwards! This store also has great rewards for new customers. I am satisfied with my purchase and will definitely return to re-fill my Nespresso supply.

    Very helpful and patient staff. I had no idea of what blends of coffee to order, not being a big coffee fan. However, the sales rep took the time to ask what range of strength and flavours, etc.I prefer. She could have sold me ANYTHING, and I would have been none the wiser- until I drank it! It's all about repeat sales!

    Today I was served by a young man who I believe had blonde hair. He was so patient and kind. I was impressed because it’s not often that you receive good customer service these days. I didn’t catch his name but it was around 6:15 p.m today. Thanks for your good service :)

    Depending on the time of day/week, it can get busy! I recommend going in the morning, I’ve never had to wait in line then! The staff are very nice and helpful! They offer free sampling of any coffee you’d like! (I wish they would give sample pods - that would be so nice!) 10/10 recommend visiting this boutique :)

    Excellent experience while visiting this Nespresso location. The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable of the different types of coffee and informed us on the recycling program. I’ve gone to plenty of locations and she was the first to let us know about it! She also recommended my new favourite capsules
