Plaza is a lot better now with the beer store not being there. There were some people who would hang around and cause trouble, even harassing the kids from the local high school when they came here for lunch.. There is still a crowd down by Star Convenience but they aren't as bad as the ones hanging by the beer store. Update: you know how they say when 1 door closes another opens? Well that's the thing that happened here. The plaza has a dispensary now and I am sure the people running it are doing everything they can to follow the guidelines but the people who are shopping there are sparking up the doobies as soon as they get out so now you get a face full of marijuana smoke. Which is alright I guess if you're into that. I thought there would be a little more respect for other people and if you wanted to go puff the magic dragon theres a huge park right across the street. Even just go strolling through the parking lot and smoke it there. All in all it's not that bad and this review is not meant to reflect negatively on the dispensary but it was more of an observation.

Very convenient strip mall for those who live in the area. Tim's, grocery, LCBO, restaurant, convince store, shoppers, and many other places. It's easy for me to access if I need stuff in a hurry, as i live close by. Oftentimes, bums are here asking for change at the LCBO. But the PEEL Police often patrol and ensure it's safe for patrons.

This plaza is something else. If you are looking to visit a place that is cheaper than a zoo, look no further. Here you will find rats, and I don't mean ratatouille lol, so be warned. The local tims have drug dealers and homeless people. The homeless are harmless, but that tims is definitely the epicenter of food borne illnesses. Then there's the neighborhood drunks who will freely urinate and vomit where they see fit. On a good day, they just passout in a bush, but now those bushes have a mini fence up, so why not the floor? During the week around 11-12 lunchtime for high-school kids, you can expect a warm welcome of racial slurs and derogatory jargon from their innocent mouths. They also move in walking dead like herds. Besides that, if you've had all your childhood vaccinations, you should be okay!

Everything is great, the prices are reasonable, there is no queue at the checkout.

Tim hortons always busy The staff is very slow.. alot of drunk guys hanging around the plaza. The Grocery store is over priced for bring a small and only grocery store in the area you think she would offer better prices to keep people shopping Local. Only reason I go there is for shoppers drug mart

Honestly very friendly stuff, the cashiers are very friendly especially Miss Julie and Lori, wonderful Deli service with always a smile and great customer service at the deli and Hot Table, meat department not bad deals very good and good Quality Meats. And the men who work the stock shelves in the dairy and also other sections such as pastas breads are always very pleasant and always willing to help. Good stuff good service good food can't complain.

Not a pleasant place, lots of people loitering and smoking in front of doorways stinking up places you usually go to get food with your family.

I visit this plaza for Independent Exclusive store that’s the only store near me. Many deal and fresh groceries are available, nice staff. Other stores in this plaza are also good to visit likewise shoppers drugs mart and lcbo.

if you arent ordering via mobile, you will be waiting anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes for your order. Poor management when determining the amount of workers per shift and pretty sure short staffed due to minimum wages.

The best plaza for one stop shop everything you need. From groceries to a haircut to dog groomers a bank and the liquor store

A quite old neighborhood but pretty well maintained. Won't look like it's three decades old.

I recommend that everyone goes shopping here at this plaza....but more should shop at value-mart to get the extreme experience from a gal named Sunday and others there....but watch out for the old guys with the white hair...they are rude and ruthless

We visit SDM, LCBO, Longo's & we used to visit Texas Longhorn (but their specials sucked - all you can eat. Great for obese people)

The Plaza is really scary. I don't recommend you come in the evening. There are a lot of crazy people around this place. Be careful. There is a good pharmacy, Tim Hortz and v Mart.

I love Tim Huttons in all its branches and they have a good list of hot and cold drinks..but sometimes the staff make noise and talk loudly and that's annoying.. I hope you guide the staff so they don't disturb the customers I did not put 5 stars because most of the employees in the most annoying branches talk to each other in a loud voice There is a broken table..and many homeless people inside the shop..and in the evening the shop is dirty and there is no cleaning

Small plaza with few good shops. Enough parking. LCBO and SDM are highlights of this place.

I have been going to Applewood Hills Dental clinic for the last 22 years. Dr Daneshvar is my family dentist. She is an amazing person. She is professional, honest and caring. I love her. The staff at the clinic is kind, respectful and very helpful. I lived across the street from this plaza in the past so I am attached to it with all its good and bad features. In general the plaza has a variety of stores with all essential merchandises.
