I always have to pay extra for alterations when I buy pants. I am so glad that alterations are free in Uniqlo for purchase of $19.99 and above and could be done normally in an hour. For lock stitch it is free and for blind stitch there is a minimal fee of $5.  Also they have high rise pants which I really like. The material of their heattech top is comfortable and soft. The prices of their items are affordable and the quality is good.

Marking these guys down even further. Have noticed a massive decline in service from staff. Return policies are also backwards facing e.g. you cant return anything to the store you bought online. Staff are pretty robotic and unthinking. Dealt with a special snowflake today who had to call the manager because she couldn’t deal with the fact that I asked for a policy exception for a return 3 days past the deadline date. Thankfully the manager had a bit more sense. Customer service and return policies need to catch up with the times.

Huge collection and great styling. Found one item from the store after visiting 20+. Customer service is good. Prices are little higher this year and many items have prices increase of more than 50%. Still a good store to buy stylish items.

I selected three items online and wanted to pickup the items from the Square One location. I found their time frame of one hour very inconvenient because after an hour they cancel the order. I reached there two hours later and met one of the store associate Miguel. He looked for the items I needed to purchase and helped me in choosing the right sizes. Miguel was polite and very helpful. I would appreciate if the management can waive the one hour limit payment for the items selected online.

Very well stocked and has some more inventory over other locations I've been to like Toronto Eaton Centre or Yorkdale Mall. This UNIQLO has a really long store unit and only 1 floor. which does cause a bit of issues at the check-out line. The check-out always seems to be really busy and long line-ups if you're ready to wait. If you can, go during off hours like weekdays and mornings. It is consistently maintained like the rest of the chains in the GTA. The staff are also nice and courteous.

They will blame you!!!!! I purchased a trousers and requested for alteration. While visiting to collect it, firstly they couldn’t find it. After waiting for 25 minutes their rude manager informed that they have checked the camera footage and accused me that I never handed over the trousers. When I asked for a full refund they ended up finding my trousers eventually. Poor management and customer not treated well. Nothing against the brand. They have great designs. The salesgirls and boys are friendly just the manager is rude as f!

Very rude staff, following my sister around from the start of her shopping. They’re accusing of stealing items “just because” they can’t see their cameras clearly and they don’t trust their self checkout system. They literally ran out the store, disturb your shopping, force you to go back to the store. It’s great to shove the receipts in their faces to prove them wrong but the damage has been done. THE LADY LIED AND INSISTED THE CAMERAS SHOWS SHE DIDNT PAY BUT THE RECEIPTS PROVED THEM WRONG. Check your eyes!!! Why would you need to lie about someone, what sort of power trip is this?????WHY USE SYSTEMS YOU DON’T TRUST AND ACCUSE YOUR CUSTOMERS???????? This happened last night, disgusting behavior! What a great way to ruin her birthday weekend!

Terrible service. The return line was without any cashiers available for over half an hour. The rest of the staff saw the line growing to no help or acknowledgment. It was hot in the store and people were getting frustrated but the staff really didn’t seem to care. I feel like once they have your money, all hopes of getting decent customer service truly go out the window.

Uniqlo was one of my favourite brands as they have great products and I've always shopped with Uniqlo is Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong. The service was amazing at these locations too. I had my first Uniqlo Canada purchase on 5 June at Uniqlo Yorkdale, and upon returning home, realised that one of the product, a tee, has a defect. I lived over 70kms from Toronto area so it was only today, I managed to make my way down to Uniqlo Square One. The store manager Moe was unpleasant to deal with. He refused my exchange - for the exact same design - even with the tag on, receipt and within the 30 days exchange policy, accusing me of washing the tee and that because it has a defect, he will not be able to resell this. I explained that I did not wash it, the tag is still on and because it has a defect, thats why I am exchanging this. It is utterly unreasonable as it implies that I washed (with tag on) and cause a defect only to drive 70kms to the next nearest store on my weekend to exchange for the exact same design. This is poor business ethics and a disgrace to the Uniqlo brand. It also insults my integrity as a customer. I initially had a few other pieces I wanted to purchase but this experience made me not want to purchase any product from Uniqlo further (which they said its fine - thats my decision). The experience was so bad that this is my first bad Google review ever.

Uniqlo’s store in Square-one is quite spacious and well stocked. Specially, during winters their heat-tech based inner wears are life-savers for many, also money savers to be true. Just visit pre winters & grab good thermals for a fair price

Excellent, varied selection of clothing and outdoor wear products. All staff were knowledgable and helpful. They just need more staff on registers during peak periods - I almost walked out without the things I wanted to buy! If I had been just a bit busier, I would have.

Nice simple styles. This store is definitely smaller than Yorkdale mall - there wasn't much to see here. But they have the best inner wears for winter. Their heat tech clothes keep me so warm. It's also a great gift. I've received great feedback from people who I gifted these items, and they always want to know where they could get more. Great company, but I prefer to shop at other Uniqlo locations (vaughan mills or yorkdale mall) than this one.

AVOID BUYING ANYTHING ONLINE FROM UNIQLO!!! MOST RIDICULOUS customer service. You cannot return the item in store, you cannot get something for an exchange and get remaining balance on a store credit. They do not provide return label etc. Just insaneeee policy! They really do NOT care about their customers. You cannot even call them to find out how the hell they want you to return their nonsense items.

Amazing high quality basics with taste and flair - I love the curation of products, specifically collaborations with European, American and Japanese designers (Sanrio, Marimekko). Seeing Kuromi and CINNAMOROLL just makes me smile! I am able to get in and out of the store, pick up my essentials very efficiently due to the organized layout. What I'm loving: -Very affordable, reasonable pricing! -Fantastic app integration -Consistency across stores (Seoul, Shanghai, New York, Toronto, Mississauga), I know that I can expect the same quality and level of service everywhere I go -Wide range of styles from conservative to trendy -COMFORT, airism line is my absolute favourite for basics and undergarments -Parent approved :) -One-stop shop for home and clothing, can't wait to try the Airism bedding items -Love the emphasis on sustainability and health, I like to see the reusable bags and masks at the checkout! What can use improvement: -As a person who is 5'10, the pants often are not long enough for me. I would appreciate more sizing diversity in the professional work wear - this would be very well-received in places like North America and Europe (ex. Zara, H&M & RW & Co have much better sizing range).

RED ALERT 🚨 📢 Beware to purchse!.Most pathetic store I ever had. Does not even deserve any star. They have Terrible customer service. I had receipts within in 30 days and refused to return me because my son lost tag. He never wore it was untouched with receipts. They told me I have no choice just to keep or donate even with my receipts within 30 days. I lost my 90 dollars that I spent here. I bought for my son as gift he did not like and misplaced tag and we forced to keep even with receipts. Here greedy dogs work who just like to eat up your money with no cooperation. Never buy here this is generic product store, total waste of money.

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. At the beginning, the staff I interacted with first was both very friendly and excellent in providing directions to the item I needed. At the end, the cashier who helped me was equally friendly and pleasant to deal with. The store layout and ambiance were fine. Overall, the time spent in store was minimal. I was in and out "in a jiffy". I felt almost like a F1 driver doing a tire changeover. It was a fast, efficient, and effective experience. The quality of their clothing is also quite good. I have pieces from pre-COVID I think or maybe during COVID and they still wear well. They haven't changed size or lost any sort of texture/colour, etc, after multiple laundryings in a questionable washer/dryer either. The fit is also quite good if you're a little taller too. I'll definitely be back.

One of the best customer experiences at Uniqlo. They go out of their way to help you. The variety is great and the quality never disappoints. Keep up the great experience! :)

The styles are up to date. The staff are all very helpful. They even carry a mini computer so if you're asking for available sizes, they'll just scan the item right there and check the real time inventory available. Their checkout is very smooth, especially the self checkout, where you don't need to scan items one by one. You just need to drop your cart and the system will calculate it for you.

Nice store for shopping, love their casual clothes. We bought one fur jacket couple of months ago, and its zipper come out. They take it back and give us new same jacket without any questions. 👍🏼❤

For My visit on Thursday Dec 14 th If I could give the fitting room 0 stars I would . I have never encountered such rude employees in any store. The guy asked me to step out as my daughter was trying on clothes, I asked “ can I wait here just to see her quickly and he replied super irritated “NO OUTSIDE”. If you are irritated don’t work for customer service. I can’t believe you were “the employee of the month” after you treat the customers the way you do … horrendous.. I hope management sees this and checks how rude this guy is …

I was struggling to find some work shirts but Aycha was a great help! She patiently took the time to help me understand the difference between regular collar, spread collar, easy care, and Oxford shirts. I will definitely be returning to do my shopping at this location as a result of the incredible service from the staff. Thank you, Aycha!

Tried to return a sweater which had gaping holes in it. I bought it last week but didn’t notice the holes until after I removed the tags and tried it on this week. Even though I had the receipt, the return was denied because no tag. I returned another sweater (with tags) which also had holes in it. They would only give an exchange despite the damaged goods. Quality standards of this brand are appalling. Buyer beware.

Good stock and quick on hemming. Was done in a few hours on the same day compared to other places that take 2-3 days. Great location as well near an entrance in the mall.

Great collection of winter jackets and they are worth the price. I really like their self checking method. There is a large bin and when you put your items there, they get scanned automatically. So cool! But I think their clothing is not matching for every body size. Mostly excellent for tall slim women. At least that is my idea. Still you will be able to find something good for everyone.

Excellent variety of casual and good clothing. Checkout procedure is fast and efficient with fully automated checkout bins. Definitely will be shopping there again. Square One location is handy for westenders and Eaton Center covers downtown.

Stepped in looking for t-shirts, underwear, and nice lounge wear. Good amount of sales representatives around keeping the place clean and organized. Uniqlo, has good quality materials, and they are semi-reasonably priced. Left the store with what I went in for

Excellent Japanese store. Great quantity and long lasting clothes. There was a sale going on for T-shirts and Summer shorts. Awesome prices.

Terrible experience. Ordered pants online that were on sale, online terms stated I had 30 days to return for refund. Called the store to return pants, the person on the phone said I would receive a store credit if I brought them into the store. Drove 45 minutes to the store, got there and was told I couldn't receive a store credit and was told if I wanted to return them I needed to pay a $20 shipping return fee. Never shopping here again.

Great place to shop for basics. They’ve always got a pretty good selection of their stuff compared to their website, unlike other stores. Only complaint is I find the employees are pretty unfriendly, also been told a couple of times that they didn’t have something in stock when they did.

I bought many items online on Nov 27, but there are three items that does not fit. So I went to square one Uniqlo store for exchange big size on December 10. I exchanged two same color items with different size and one item with different color with same style. However the cash said I need to pay extra $21.8 for this exchange since these two items were on sale when I bought online, but were regular price now. I said what? I never heard this before and never had same issue in the any other stores in Canada. But they said yes, you need to pay the regular price here and this is our policy. Then I asked if these items I paid were regular price, but were on sale now. Are you going to pay back the extra money for me? They said no, we did not do price adjustment. What? What? But why I need to pay for extra money??? So sad for this stupid policy. I will never buy ANY UNIQLO stuff and never!!!

I purchased 35 items, & spent over $450 on Oct 25. It was very obvious they were Christmas gifts, I went to return 1 item with the receipt in hand and the tags on. The cashier goes oh we cant return this, the holiday return policy only applies to things purchased after October 30th. I asked if he can make a one time exception, I'll even take an exchange, He goes no. I just went outside, spoke to customer service over the phone. They suggested talking to a manager, because as much we they want to help, they cant do anything about in store transactions. So I went to the original Yorkdale location, and the manager without any problems made the return. Inflexible return policies, especially around the holidays are ridiculous. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but sometimes discretions are allowed to be made. Its not out of the norm that out of 35 items, I had purchased 1 thing that wasn't satisfactory, I guess we should all just hold off on buying Christmas gifts till November 1st. A bit more sense should be had when it comes to holiday returns, we are shopping for others not ourselves....
