This last visit was so disappointing. Picking up my take-out order caused one bag to imbalance the tray on the cafeteria styled shelf it was sitting on, tumbling over with the soup and breaking a couple of their dishes. THEY were the ones that placed them in that manner but they did not look happy with me or apologetic. They grudgingly offered to make another soup. When I got back to my office, I found what looks like a few napkins in the soup. When I called to complain, the person on the phone simply offered for me to come back for another soup. She totally missed the fact that these napkins could not have been accidentally placed in there, it’s too obvious. I don’t think compensating me for just a soup is fair when my whole dining experience has been shot. As to the food, green curry is yellow, and the rice is more like plain white rice than jasmine rice. They’re experts at something but not authentic Thai cuisine.

Ordered Pad Thai through Door Dash. Tasted like it was cooked in a dirty wok. Dark and kind of burnt tasting without the bright aromatic flavors of proper Thai food. Very disappointed with the flavor. This is definitely no where near Thai food. I suspect some bad Asian Fusion. Sorry, but they are definitely not experts.

I hate giving bad reviews but I'm really disappointed with this establishment. The food is good, but the service and detail is below lacking. I ordered a chicken pad Thai today, with extra veggies. No chicken in the meal at all. To add insult to injury, I only went in because they had shorted my last order of 2 orders of spring rolls. So I was already not impressed. And to add a little more, one of the employees suggested, while I was standing there to not honour the missed order because it had been a couple weeks. The person who took my order was nice, but obviously they don't actually care about repeat customers. Always check you order and pick up ONLY. But honestly, I will not go back. This is not the first time they have screwed up, and I am sure it will not be the last.

The chicken Pad Thai was very good, a little bit spicy but was ok. Fair price and big portion. The lady from Montreal was super friendly and I got served in French which was unexpected here. I do recommend the place!

The portions are very decent, we ordered one pad Thai and one beef stir fry. The pad Thai was on point, but the beef stir fry did not have a lot of meat. I counted about 6 pieces, a lot of onion and 85% rice. Regardless of that, it was a small yet satisfying meal. The menu is large and they serve fairly quick. If I could, I’d rate it 3.5 stars.

I frequently order food from this place and I genuinely believe the quality of the food is great however I can’t say the same for the value for money. While ordering through Uber, there is an option to add ‘add-ons’ for $2.50 each but I don’t believe they truly honour that request despite of charging for it. There are many times I have paid these add-ons hoping to get more but the quantity was same whether you pay for add-on or not. I called them out few times but this practice hasn’t changed. My recommendation is not to pay for add-on as you will not get that extra in the food.

We ordered green curry and pad thai. The portion is big and the price is reasonable, but the food tastes a bit too salty for us. We will ask for light on sauce next time.

Very friendly neighborhood Thai place that gets the food spot on every time! Been going to this place for approx 8-9 yrs as it's close to my work and have done many takeouts for family dinners as well. They're also cautious of nut allergies when advised. Taste will not disappoint for; all the red, green, panamg curries, eggplant curry (must try), pineapple fried rice, pretty much all the stir fry dishes! Only thing I wish they could improve on are the noodle dishes including padthai - noodles feel clumped together vs padthai I ordered throughout Thailand was never like that. Needs a little more tamarind and missing bean sprouts! It's nice that you get a side of Jasmine Rice with the curry and stir fry dishes. Just adds better value to this restaurant vs others in the area. Regardless, they deserve a 5 star rating for making great food for the price you pay and being fast and reliable! Keep it up!

Have been coming to this location for years. Already friendly staff and fresh and tasteful take out. Kiran always goes above and beyond and makes the best pad Thai. Highly recommended

We tried pad see ewe, red curry and tom yum soup. All were delicious. My only recommendation would be to make beef more tender. Do not be deceived by the ambience, the food is great!

Ordered for a take out for 6 people for the first time all vegetarian meal. Their 3 curries are well flavoured and without oyster/fish sauce which is nice. Personal favourite was the Penang curry. Their pad Thai was well balanced - they also provided nuts on the side which was a nice touch. The mango salad was primarily green mango based with small chunks of orange mango, and a bit sour but excellent if that was what your palette likes. Their rice was flavourful and well salted, everyone enjoyed this thoroughly. All in all the feedback from all was the food was well flavoured, not too oily and good portion. We will be back. The only recommendedation I had was make sure to close the take out container lid, or put cardboard pieces inbetween a big order - some of our curry was spilled as the lids were partially unsealed.

Ordered the thai fried rice and chicken satay skewers. The food was really tasty, and I'd honestly say above average compared to other thai places. There was some subtle flavours that you wouldn't find at other places and the portion sizes were pretty good. And there was a nice little spicy kick that was appreciated. 5/5 for the food, will definitely order again. Looking forward to seeing how the other menu items are. As for service, they did mess up my order, and I had to sit and wait even longer. The atmosphere/ambience isn't much. Still, you're there for the food, and it's pretty good. Edit: second visit 2023-05-28: pad thai was less stellar than the fried rice. Service stumbled again, had to go back for utensils and napkins.

I decided to try this quaint little Thai restaurant off of Erin Mills Pkwy. It was par in my opinion. I ordered the beef pad Thai. It was made quickly. I wasn't impressed with it. It didn't taste authentic to me. It wasn't trash but it wasn't to my expectation.

This place is so good! My go tos are the curries and the cashew stir fry. Very flavourful. The pad sew and pad thai lacked flavour for me, but I've also had their pineapple fried rice, regular fried rice and their spring rolls which are also really good.

Food was average at best. Beef didn't taste great and was rather tough. Lots of broccoli stems and very few florets. The stuff most places trim and discard are on full display here. This was a 4 star a few years ago unfortunately it hasn't aged well and 3 now is generous.

I work for SkipTheDishes and this place was a great spot. The owners were really hospitable. I got the spicy pad thai and I was happy with what they had served me. If you get a chance you have to try this spot for their Thai food. Trust me on this one.

Delicious food, and we have been ordering here for years. Today there was an issue with our Skip the Dishes order, and someone from the restaurant offered to hand deliver our food, since I was sick at home with pneumonia and 2 kids. Wonderful humans with wonderful food.

They're not handling this inflation very well. I would've given them 5 stars for their food last year, but today, when I bought a Coconut Green Curry, I was met with disappointment. First, they added $2 to the price ($14.99 before tax now). That's fine, everywhere is tight on cash right now, I get it. However, I'd expect the food quality to be the same as before if you're adding that cost. Instead, I got a very watery curry. It was so watery that it turned my rice into a soup as I scooped it onto it. I'm not exaggerating when I say I was drinking the curry sauce from my bowl like a brothy soup after I finished the rice. It was definitely not like this before. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because they used to be good and worth it, and that 2 star is me hoping they'll be able to turn it back around.

Flavourful, fresh and so delicious! All items Halal. We got the fried rice (all food was generously sized!), penang curry (our favourite item ordered!), green curry (SO Flavourful) and chicken cashew stir fry. Loved the customer service too. Wish I lived closer and could eat this all the time, can't wait to be back to try new dishes! The restaurant could get crowded as the rating area is small. They seem to be very busy with take out. Something to consider during busy lunch hours but we found it easy to find a table in the evening.
