My
experience
at
another
KEG
location
really
made
me
have
low
expectations.
But
this
KEG
location
knocked
it
out
of
the
park
with
their
customer
service.
The
ambience
is
really
good
too.
We
started
with
our
appetizer:
Escargot,
Mushroom
Neptune,
Baked
Garlic
Shrimp
and
Garlic
Cheese
Toast.
I
don’t
know
if
I
have
anything
bad
to
say.
It
was
just
that
good!
It
was
made
to
perfection.
You
guys
have
to
try
the
Garlic
toast.
This
is
not
your
regular
Garlic
Cheese
Toast,
but
a
must
try
from
my
side.
It
was
my
first
time
trying
Escargot
and
it
was
pretty
yummy.
A
little
warning:
it’s
snail...
but
I
loved
it!
For
our
Entrees
we
got
Prime
Rib,
New
York
Striplion,
Lobster
Tail
dinner
and
Mediterranean
Cauliflower.
Let
me
start
with
the
New
York
Striplion
because
it
has
a
story.
I
asked
for
medium
rare
since
I
like
my
steak
not
chewy
but
I
got
mine
well
done.
I
was
pretty
bummed
about
it.
I
asked
my
server
and
he
agreed
that
it’s
well
done.
He
went
right
away
and
got
me
another
one
within
10mins.
Even
the
Chef
Manager
came
to
apologize
for
the
mistake.
I
got
a
fresh
HOT
steak
perfectly
cooked
to
medium
rare.
I
didn’t
make
a
fuss
but
they
took
care
of
it
right
away
not
charging
me
for
it.
I
will
definitely
give
them
an
extra
star
if
I
had
the
option.
Overall
our
experience,
food,
ambience
and
customer
was
above
expectation.
If
you
guys
want
to
visit
a
keg
then
this
location
has
to
be
on
your
list.
