I went here a couple weeks ago with 2 others. Our server Johnny was incredibly attentive and kind, and he offered knowledgeable menu suggestions. He made everything sound very appetizing, and he was on top of everything service wise. The food was amazing! We loved the mozzarella ball, and the hand made pastas. Each sauce was unique and delicious! Overall we had a wonderful experience here, I would recommend this place to anyone seeking some great Italian food.

Great place, great food and superb service. We went in for some casual dining and found the food to be fresh and the service top notch. Seating was comfortable but place was busy and noisy which irks you sometimes but not a biggie. Service was friendly and prompt in spite of the rush, which is impressive. Our pizza and kids pasta was great. Though the food was fresh, it was probably a bit too Italian (read: bland) for my liking as I like bursts of flavours. We sat down to watch the mozzarella making at the counter too. With a little less noise it would be great.

The most recommended place for Italian food. Starting with the taste and quality of the food, it's delicious (2 stars). Worth the money compared to the taste of the food (1 star). The service of the staff members is awesome. They make sure that we(customers) are enjoying food (1 star). The ambience is lovely and lively (1 star). All in all, a really good experience visiting this Italian restaurant (5/5 stars).

Loved,loved,loved everything I ate here! It was delicious and worth every penny!!! The ambiance is really great too, service was amazing, Namir was so awsome! He made Menu suggestions for us and we ordered everything he said, it was fabulous!!!! He was great to talk to and super friendly! Favorite dish was the fresh mozzarella with procuttio.... wow!!! And my pasta was incredible.... I will be back soon!

This was our second time at this restaurant but first for this location. Definitely one of our favourite spots even though we have only been twice! The handmade pasta and mozzarella is just unbelievable! The quality of the food is so noticeable & we can’t get enough! I tried the toasted coconut pina colada as recommended by our amazing waiter & it was so delicious! Not your typical creamy type of drink. But it did not disappoint! Highly recommend giving it a try! The spinach dip was also delicious! I love how it’s served with their amazing toasted bread! I recommend ordering extra for that appetizer, we found the bread to dip ratio to not be enough. Other then that it was an incredible dinner with amazing vibes!

Raising from 2 to 5 stars. I gave this place another try and this time the experience was completely different. I had a reservation for Saturday 7:30pm. Once I arrived with my family we got the table right away. Our waitress was very attentive coming several times to find out how we were doing and if there was something else we wanted. He was doing that not only with us but also with other tables around us. The music volume had a level which allows maintaining a conversation. The appetizers and main courses were brought within a reasonable time. The food was good. Will come back again. First review: I ended up here because the waiting time for the place I wanted was too long and this was showing no waiting list. Once we arrived we were told that the waiting time was 20 minutes. I decided to wait. This was on Sunday night 8pm. After the informed 20 minutes, we got our table. Shortly after the waitress came and we ordered the drinks and started looking at the menu. The drinks came in and we placed our order for the appetizer and entrees. The Naked Mozzarella and a tomatoes soup came in relatively quick but the other plates came in 40 minutes later. The music level was too high added to the regular noise of other customers. People on tables around us left and the tables were not cleaned. The food was good but the service was almost inexistent. I am very disappointed as I had as reference other Scaddabush locations were the experience has been different.

Chain restaurant for Italian food, this was my first time here First of all, the service was very good. The server was super nice and attentive, and ensured we were enjoying each part of our meal. We got the mozzarella with fig jam and prosciutto. It included this delicious bread. Overall this was very tasty and light, and a generous portion. In fact all the dishes we got were generously sized. We also go the sausage and fennel pasta, and the egg and bacon pizza. These were both bland tasting after we had the mozarella. We ordered too much food, we were stuffed and had leftovers for two more meals. We ended up spending almost $100. We were seated at a high table on the right side. It was extremely dark, we couldn't even see the menu unless we used our phone flashlights. I understand that dimness is for ambiance, but it was SUPER DARK. I couldn't see what I was eating. It is also very loud, so not the best place to have a conversation with a date. Overall would come if I was with friends, as they have a lot of seating available.

First time experiencing this restaurant and it won't be the last by far. The vibe as soon as you enter makes you want to return .. a great atmosphere. The staff .. were phenomenal. Very well versed on the menu and make some great recommendations for our dining party. It's located in the Square One complex with ample parking and understandably gets very busy during peak times. Lastly, the food .. was amazing. I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you're looking for a great meal with equally great value for your money, definitely check this place out, you won't regret it. Visited again on June 28, 2023 and it's as fantastic as always! Had the pleasure of being waited on by Jennifer who models a stellar customer service experience. Truly a remarkable young woman. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

I have been to this location multiple times in the past, weekdays and weekends for lunches and dinners. Weekdays are not as so busy of course compared to the weekends. We went on a Monday night, which was actually busy for their dinner time. Foods are flavourful and consistent. Their portions are quite decent size, the small pasta bowls are still quite big and filling. Below the pics are the Spinach and Artichoke dip and for the mains are the pesto penne pollo mafalde alle vongole pasta dishes. I've had other several dishes in the past with pastas, pizzas, and mains and they were all good. Atmosphere was loud in general. Song playing in the restaurant background could have turned down just one notch. Eric our server was wonderful, came by often enough to check on us and was friendly. It's a good place to hang out with friends or a casual date night.

I went to this location a couple weeks ago. Our waitress was extremely friendly and very helpful. He recommended all of the items that we would absolutely love. And we absolutely did love them. Check out the little handle at the bottom of the door in the bathroom so you do not have to touch the door handle. Also, the menstrual cycle thing for the woman’s bathroom is battery operated so you don’t have to touch that either. It was very clean in there. The food was a little pricey, but worth it. I am definitely looking forward to going back again oh, and look how much extra sauce our waiter gave us.

We were seated immediately! Server Kayla was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. We got an Appetizer to start before our mains and the Balsamic Truffle Mozzarella was amazing. Our mains came out and we had the Chicken&Gnocchi & the Chicken Parmesan. They were both amazing and would recommend it! Will be back again as the food doesn’t disappoint!

Food was a hit for everything we got! Had the margarita pizza and zucchini fritti to start, it was 10/10. Then had the Italian burger, absolutely incredible! Finished with the lemon Sundae and was extremely satisfied, to top this amazing meal off we had the pleasure of having Alberto as our server again, he goes way above and beyond for his guests and we couldn’t be more happy with his amazing service

I had the pleasure of enjoying brunch at Scaddabush recently, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. The diverse menu options for brunch were impressive, and I found it difficult to choose just one dish! I opted for Avocado Bruschetta and it was truly a treat for my taste buds. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, showcasing the care and attention that went into its preparation. What stood out to me was the evident freshness of the ingredients, adding a distinct quality to every bite. The service was commendable, with the staff being attentive and courteous throughout my visit. It's always a pleasure to dine at a place where the team goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. Overall, Scaddabush provided a wonderful brunch experience. The combination of a welcoming ambiance, a variety of delectable food options, and the efforts of the service team made for a memorable visit. I'm looking forward to returning to explore more of their menu and enjoying their inviting atmosphere again.

4th visit to Scaddabush this year and they do not disappoint. The ingredients are so fresh and the pasta noodles are made to perfection! Their balsamic glaze mozzarella is a must. And their salad was so extremely fresh. They are always busy understandably so but they are able to seat us within 20 minutes usually. Great service, amazing food and nice atmosphere. Love coming here the most for the delicious food!

This is one of the best Italian restaurants that I visited. The staff are polite and friendly. The ambiance is fantastic. The washroom is super clean. The take out presentation is marvellous. See photos of boxes for Pizza take out. I will definitely come back with my visitors here. Highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible food, great atmosphere and stellar service! The decor is rustic, and timeless. The food is to die for, and the staff are so nice and polite! Had the balsamic mozzarella to start, and it was incredible! Definitely recommend trying it! The lasagna was delectable and super filling! They surprised my sister with a brownie dessert with a sparkler for her birthday, and it was awesome! Overall, will definitely be back!

Loved everything we ordered..Tiramisu is a must have. Servers are really friendly. It was a 50min wait when we went there but that may be because of long weekend and recent reopening of dine-ins. Would love to see some more vegetarian pasta and pizza options. Can't wait to try patio dining.. we could not get to do it as it was raining when we visited this time.

Food - Wife and I ordered Lemon Garlic Shrimp and Pesto Pollo Penne as our mains. Both were really awesome. Service - The service was really top-notch with the server checking on us regularly if we needed anything else. Very polite too. Atmosphere - The ambience is nice. I'd advise making a reservation if coming here on Friday/Saturday (evenings).

The judicious use of olive oil added a touch of sophistication without overwhelming the palate, setting it apart from other pizza options elsewhere. Loved everything about this spot. Best Italian in town hands down. Visited with a group of 3 friends. It’s only a stone-throw from square one. Indoor and patio. One of the staffers recommended Lemon Garlic pasta and I loved it 💯 they were nice and responsive. Food was timely too. All meals were well prepared with generous portions. Did a walk in. Will love to come back.

The food and service is good. Their pasta have social size so we can share. We ordered an appetizer, 2 pizzas, and one social size pasta for 4 people. Each of us ordered a cocktail as well. It is more than enough for us.

This was my first time at scaddabush and I enjoyed it. Unsure if the reason for the visit made the experience more pleasant but it was enjoyable nonetheless. The food tasted good. My plate wasn't warm when it came to me. Perhaps it is because I got a starter first... I dunno I had the tomato soup to start. It was average, nothing to write home about. My niece had the calamari and she enjoyed it. I prefer crispy calamari so I didn't care for it. I ordered the salmon and beans which tasted good to me. My guests liked their meals (gnocchi and chicken + shrimp pasta). The service was average. Nothing exceptional about it. Has to ask the waiter for a water refill. Overall it was a good experience.

The food and atmosphere was very inviting from the beginning. The dinner and dishes were absolutely superb. The pastas were made fresh and they had a large selection of wine to choose from — and to top it off Alberto was absolutely amazing. He met all our expectations. He made the experience authentic, genuine, and fun. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone traveling to Toronto! Make sure to ask for ALBERTO!

Visited the square one location on a Wednesday evening. Have been here multiple times and the food is always the star of the experience. Scaddabush mozzarella is a personal favourite - I order it every time and it’s always so delicious (balsamic truffle). Their pizza is also really nice, ordered the margarita for the first time. Pasta is made in house - it’s rich, but it’s good. Where the experience lacked was the customer service. After being seated, no server came. A gentleman (I forget his name but older gentleman who always works there) offered to take our order because our server was busy. We ordered everything at once - but we were not sure who our actual server was through our whole dinner. We honestly had to flag down anyone who walked by us to get help :(

The food is awesome and delicious. It is one of the best Italian restaurants in the GTA. You can't be wrong with it when you've fresh mozzarella, fresh pizza, and fresh pasta from scratch. Mr. Hunter, our server, greeted and suggested the perfect dishes as per our requirements. The best thing to mention here's that they have Halal chicken. Just one complaint/observation is that the portion size is not as good as some other Italian restaurants. I would love if they could increase it at least by one-quarter of the existing portions, especially for pastas. I would recommend that you must go for the fresh mozzarella and delicious pizzas.

First time here and I was blown away the quality. I came with my gf and we ordered the pasta, pizza and this cheese dish. So good!

As someone with a dairy allergy who has limited options at Scaddabush, the servers were very friendly and were able to help me pick out a non-dairy food option! Turned out to be delicious and worth the wait. I got a basil pasta dish with meat sauce. The food was your classic fast-casual dining place. You get what you order. Would probably go again!

We ordered the Carbonara and Lemon Shrimp pasta, as well as the Charity Bread for lunch and it was delicious! It arrived hot and fresh, and with extra sauce and cheese. Amazing! Well worth the price for a nice lunch.

Visited on a Sunday with a big group of around 15. The place was very accommodating and we actually got a trio of servers for us. They were very attentive and regularly checked back with us. The food came back surprisingly quickly for a larger group, and I can confirm that the lasagna was absolutely delicious 10/10 would eat again.

Very tasty authentic Italian, mozzarella is made fresh on site. A great place to dine with groups. Their patio is nice too. Had lunch there today with a friend. You won't be disappointed with anything on the pasta menu. Our server was very attentive...great atmosphere overall. Currently there is a QR code covid assessment in place, as dine in has reopened.

I'm glad this place continues to serve quality Italian food, surprisingly better than other authentic Italian restaurants around the area in terms of pricing, flavour, and quantity of food you get. This restaurant has been here for ages despite the changes around Square One area. The vibe of the restaurant is also great, lively, but also intimate depending on the seating. It's central to everything so it's easy as a hangout with friends. Their burrata is also made in-house but gets smaller and smaller every year haha but I guess you can only blame inflation... My favorite one is their balsamic truffle. For mains, we got the Sausage&Fennel Fettucini, and Chicken&Gnocchi (featured). I also enjoyed Pesto Pollo and Zucca Ravioli in the past. The pasta is fresh and cooked perfectly. For drinks, the Peach Mango Bellini is a favorite, along with the red & white sangrias.

Great vibes and amazing service. Went there on Black Friday night it was busy but the staff was prompt and attentive. Had the spaghetti carbonara and Mushroom Truffle Fettucine. The food tasted good, but the portion sizes could be better though.

Great place for enjoying an Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, they do not have any vegetarian option in Sandwiches or Mains but they have good variety in pasta and starters. Good ambience and prompt service. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Came here for lunch for the first time and had a great experience! We were seated upon arrival and were greeted by our waitress right away. Our waitress recommended the lemon shrimp pasta and I think it’s the best pasta I’ve ever had. Definitely worth the try.

This was my second time at scaddabush and they don’t fail to provide great service! We had an amazing meal in a cozy atmosphere and it was just a great night. I totally recommend ordering the mushroom pasta dishes, as those are some of my absolute favorites! (that’s just opinion though :)) The food came out really fast and we got to enjoy our time there! Overall, both times I went were great and it’s a 5/5 for me!

This dish is what I have been raving about for the last couple of days of being in Ontario. I loved the amount of cheese that was put in this plate and the taste from the mushrooms and truffle. I finished this plate and was very satisfied in the end. 😋 Highly recommend this place for people that love pasta. Thank you again for the wonderful experience! ⭐️

Brought the family and had a great lunch. Hamburgers and pizza were fresh and tasty. The salads (large size) were excellent. The only minor issue was the children's meat pasta was a bit spicy for my daughter. But other than that, we will be returning!

Me and my friend stumbled into the restaurant and were told that it would be a 30 minute wait. It was definitely worth it. Our waiter was Ravi, we had a great experience! My friend and I rated the fries 5/5. I rated the steak, 4/5 and my friend rated it 3/5 because it was chewy. Too rare for medium rare. I rated the bread 5/5 and my friend rated it 4/5 but honestly the red sauce was the best part of the bread.

Phenomenal food accompanied by phenomenal service. I have never been served so quickly and with such care and kindness. Staff member Eric helped enhance the incredible atmosphere with his witty humour and genuine care. We will be coming back soon to enjoy another delicious meal. :)

Overall an excellent experience. Pros: Beautiful atmosphere inside this restaurant! The food was delicious. Ordered GF The Butcher pizza, fries and GF bolognese and we were extremely happy with the flavours of our meals. Plus the food arrived very quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. Dark chocolate gelato Dessert was a bit too bitter (sweet fruit compote would help this a lot!) wouldn’t order that again, but the mains were so good it really didn’t make a difference. Excellent service. Our server Lee was amazing and all the staff were very friendly. Cons: The women’s bathroom was a hot mess. Crayons, water and toilet paper everywhere. Looked like kids ransacked the place. Can’t give 5 stars for this reason because a clean bathroom in a restaurant should be a must.

We love coming to this location, food is always spectacular whether we dine-in or do takeout. Our favorite is the fresh mozzarella and the mushroom truffle gnocchi. We recently visited and our waiter Ezekiel was wonderful. He was always checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed and even took our group photos multiple times. He made our Mother's day dinner wonderful.

We've eaten here before but today I had to leave a review. Alberto was an amazing server. He made my son's birthday memorable. Thank you Albert. Pasta was so good I forgot to take pictures. I only got the aftermath. We ate from the Summer Menu and received a discount for being a member.

the drinks and food was amazing and came out quickly. our server alberto was very kind and amazing and was always there when we needed him. he even brought a little cake for my girlfriend because it was her birthday. we will definitely be coming back
