Food was good and they have two cute robots delivering most of it. I took off two stars because the owners or chefs are tryna be slick by putting in imitation crab in rolls that are supposed to have shrimp in them. When you charge so much for dinner you owe your customers a little more honesty. This dinner was an imitation crab fest. Not to mention the absurd amount of rice used in some of the items. I hope these comments are addressed because the dinner experience is nice.

Visited this place for dinner with my family on Saturday night. We had a reservation for 8:00pm. Once we arrived we had to wait 5 minutes before we got our table. The service was regular trending to bad. There was too much delay to get our orders of the all you can eat menu. Sometimes it was delivered by a waitress and some others by a robot. The glasses of the drinks weren't properly cleaned. When we asked for cutlery, they were put over the table without a napkin. The food had also issues. The rice of the sushi wasn't good. The calamari was too greasy. The shrimp was tasteless. Some of the items we had to return as they were not good. The noise level was low considering the size of the restaurant and the amount of people at that time.

This is one of my all time favourite all you can eat restaurants. The service is really fast and there is a variety of dishes to choose from. They’re all very tasty and flavourful. The dining room is nice however I recommend making a reservation in advance because it does fill up fast.

This is an amazing restaurant! The service was amazing! The food was fantastic! It's a little pricey, but for all you can eat and the many options, well worth the price!

All you can eat was delicious, menu had a great selection but most favourite would be the salmon sashimi and the fried calamari. Service was fast, efficient and they even had the robot that delivers food to your table! Fancy dining and also great selection of liquor too!

The food is amazing. My son and I went here for lunch for the first time. He loved that a robot brings you the food and how easy it is to order. I like the way the place looks and how the food taste. It looks really classy and clean when you go in. The sushi was really good and they don't cheap out. The Thai food was great too! I will be going back there for my wife's Birthday!

Great AYCE restaurant, very spacious and clean. Service was quick. Interestingly, they have a robot that delivers your food to your table. I came by for dinner, price was reasonable, $40.99 on a weekday. I find that the dinner option is more worth it than lunch since there's a lot of great options to choose from. I really enjoyed their Pad Thai and choices for sashimi and torched sushi.

I'm not a sushi expert, but I have been to a couple sushi restaurants. This was definitely the best I have come across. A little more expensive, but definitely worth it for a special occasion. Top marks for service, presentation, and quality. Of course, there's always going to be some dishes you like more than others, but the ones you like leave a very favorable impression. Great fun watching the robots bring your selection to the table.

I ordered delivery and the food was DELICIOUS!!!!! Huge portions and very flavourful! They jam packed that container with lots of pad Thai! I loooved the Bangkok chicken pad Thai, that was a 5/5. Perfect amount of sweetness and spice and the rice noodles and peanut toppings were delicious. Amazing crunch. Tofu in the pad Thai was amazing too. The mango sushi presentation was beautiful, even with delivery. Coconut rice was spot on, perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place!!

Wind offers a unique dining experience with its Japanese and Thai cuisine. The all-you-can-eat option ensures you can savor a variety of delicious dishes. The addition of a serving robot adds a futuristic touch, enhancing the overall dining ambiance. The fusion of Japanese and Thai flavors, coupled with the innovative service, makes Wind a standout choice for those seeking a memorable culinary adventure. It's worth for people with good appetite.

I've lived in this area for ages but always forget to try Wind for good Japanese and Thai cuisine. It was a great experience! The restaurant is very intimate if requested, with patio option. We chose indoor for privacy. Food was good! I really enjoyed the curry pad Thai but my sushi loving date didn't seem to love it as much. Prices are very reasonable and the menu is varied enough to have options for vegetarians and pescatarians.

This has to be my go-to all you can eat sushi place. I recommend this to anyone and everyone if you’re looking for a delicious meal. They have a wide selection to choose from and it’s not just sushi. You are given an ipad to order from and a robot kitty is there to deliver your food as well. Staff are very quick and attentive to help if there’s any trouble. Overall, one of my top favourite restaurants in Mississauga!

One of my favourite budgeted all you can eat Sushi and Thai . It’s very good value for money. It’s not the ultimate sushi experience if you are looking for an exquisite one. But it does the job. The reason for 4 star rating is that recently I noticed a drop in the varieties offered and less expensive types(totally understandable as it’s across all restaurants) but still as a loyal customer I expect constant standards. Also new employees are less experience despite a great welcoming attitude. Still good job to the owner who does work by hand and present most of the time. Finally, my kids love the CATBOT regardless how slow it is :)

Excellent quality sushi, pleasant and clean ambiance, fairly attentive service. The robot servers are a fun gimmick, but are slow and obstructive. Portion sizes are small, which allows you to try many dishes without waste. Hot food was surprisingly good, as was the ice cream. We had a weird little toilet fly buzzing around our table, but was otherwise a good experience.

This place has great all you can eat sushi! Is a bit pricey but in the GTA is one of my fav sushi places to visit! Food is always fresh and delicious. Last time I was there the person that goes around with the meats didn’t t come to our table! The waiter went and had to get some from the kitchen. The service is not what it used to be. But I find that is happening a lot in many restaurants in the past year, the food is excellent. Hopefully the service goes back to how it used to be.

Really cute place to go with friends. The robot is super cute, even though it’s a bit scary lol the staff was absolutely nice and attentive. The place was clean. The only reason that I remove one star is for the freshness of the rice. It felt a bit hard and not as soft as most sushis I had in other restaurants. Other than that, I enjoyed the place and the ambiance.

Great atmosphere - very clean and spacious. Staff were quick, friendly and accommodating. We requested to be in a booth because of our toddler, and it was sorted out right away. Food came out in an incredibly timely manner - everything was freshly made. Fun facts: there wasn't too much rice in the rolls which was amazing and this place has some great cuts of raw seafood. The robot brought out about 1/3 of our food which was a neat experience, and especially kept our toddler engaged.

We had AYCE buffet and this is one of the higher range options in the area. They have good enough variety covering Japanese, Thai, and Korean cuisines and the quality is above average but I had better experience with cheaper price before. In order to maximize the money spent, we need to be selective with the dishes as some are big portions with calorie-heavy/thick ingredients. Sashimi is fresh. Restaurant setting is neat and modern, the robot is helpful.

So the experience was interesting and very different. Seated by a robot and served by a robot was interesting. The food and human service attendants were quite good, but the tablet ordering process was a bit confusing. Once you understand and get the hang of it, ordering food was a better experience. Overall the experience was worth it and you should visit if you haven’t already. Rated only 4 stars only because the ordering wasn’t as intuitive as we felt it should be.

I recently dined at Wind Sushi and Thai Restaurant in Mississauga, and I must say, it was a great experience. The all-you-can-eat option was a treat, and I was impressed with the service, especially the way the waitstaff regularly circulated with various bbq items. The food was delicious and I enjoyed it even more paired with sake. However, towards the end of our meal, we were asked to move tables as they needed to accommodate a large party. Despite the inconvenience, the manager went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary bottle of sake as a gesture of good will. These small but meaningful acts of kindness made a lasting impression and cemented my positive experience at Wind. I highly recommend checking out this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service.

Food is good! We went for a dinner party and they a accidentally gave us the lunch menu while the rest of the party had the dinner menu. We didn’t notice till we ordered desserts that weren’t on our menu. Other then that the food we still got was great! Customer service was also very great, our servers were attentive and we didn’t have to ask for a refill or to have our plates cleaned. I would come back here again for the full dinner menu!

Employees are very hospitable. They even help brought my take out food my car in a very cold winter day without any coat and jacket. I appreciate everthing you've done that day. And yeah, its accessible for disabled people as well.

It was a good experience. We waited for a little but no worries. It was busy on a Wednesday or maybe that’s typical. Sushi rolls was good! The one thing I noticed different was the serving robots and also now and then they bring grilled or bbq for you to try. Sushi rolls I’ve never heard before. Wok was good too and the seasonings, sauces that they used. We went for the all you can eat and average $50 for each person. Will come back again for sure!

Made reservations for 6 people a week before New Years day and wasn't disappointed. The only negative was that after being answered by an automated system, the phone rang and rang and rang-this was in between main meal periods. I called 4 times in a span of a week without getting anyone. Aside from that, Price is reasonable. Food and service were unhurried. Food came fast/warm/hot. Place was clean, pleasant interior. Robot servers were entertaining to watch and not malfunctioning during a crowded new years day dinner. "iPad" ordering system works great without any glitch. We were seated after a 5 min wait which was great during a busy time. Will definitely return.

The all you can eat has many options, if you have a real appetite. Good variety of drink options & a cozy setting. Wish the servers came around often with the grilled options instead of having to flag someone down. Some of the items ordered on the tablet were missed a few times. The robot waiter is convenient.

I cannot believe Wind was so busy on a monday! It really showed how good the restaurant is. The food was awesome, I had gotten the all you can eat and as a vegetarian the options were great. My favourite forsure was the fried mars bar. The sushi and pad thai are a must try. Overall great experience. Staff was also really kind and helpful even in such a stressful and busy environment.

Honestly I was so disappointed, the food choices were so limited and a lot of my food was just cold and very hard to chew on to. Even the sushi pieces were very hard. Moreover, the service here was very bad, I had to wait almost 5-10 mins for my food and I was only brought one dish at a time. We were waiting sitting there for so long for our food to come, I have been to other sushi spots but their service is very quick this place was much slower. I was not happy at all.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and their food is delicious, except the desserts were okay. Staff is highly knowledgeable, professional and communicates well. Their customer service is great. The restaurant is clean and very well maintained. I visited on the weekend and the restaurant was very busy and crowded. I find the Service Robots that serve the food makes the atmosphere to be more crowded.

Came here with my husband for our anniversary. Had a beautiful time. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There was a short wait time. The atmosphere is calm even though it was busy. The robots are pretty cool as the bring you your food and take your plates. The service was fast, we didn't wait long before the food arrived to the table. The food was good. Customer service was excellent. Cleanliness was good. Suggestion/ advice to managment or owner: The only thing I didn't like was the table we were sitting at was a table for four and there was a clear divider between us and another couple - so that was annoying cuz you can look over and see the other customer and that was awkward. If there was a tint in the divider, that would be a lot better.

Visited this restaurant for dinner and chose the Alacart option ( I wasn't too hungry. The buffet option is great, costs about 41$/ person). Ordered sushi platter, Thai Basil Fish, dragon rolls, and more. Ended with red bean ice cream! Everything was scrumptious, and the portion sizes are generous. Service is great👍 Shall visit soon🥰

I have been looking for an all you can eat sushi place and knew about this restaurant in Niagara Falls. I decided to check out this location and was impressed by the quality of the food and the wonderful service. Very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The food was delicious! I loved everything I ordered. The appetizers are amazing. I will be back again for sure!

Good variety of dishes. Good sashimi varieties. Beef ribs were average tasting. Nice touch with servers going around with meat and shrimp skewers.
