Standard A&W .. there drive through is pretty fast .. and this location is opened 24/7 .. ordered Spicy habanero chicken burger and onion rings .. both of them tasted good .. but it is little pricey .. if you have coupons then it is ok otherwise it is little pricey ..

Wanted some good breakfast cause I was feeling nauseous and ordered a simple cheese and egg biscuit. Well lets just say this doesn’t look like the egg in the picture so first off there’s false advertising and second this looks worse then my puke. I’m actually so turned off by this now and will always know to just get breakfast from tims across the street.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Ordered one combo and two beyond meat burgers with all the toppings and this is what I got. Never ordering from here that’s for sure.

Food always good, but service always not as expected either delay or not friendly. Today I went to order in the store the person who talked the prefer did not greet us.Second person just filled the bag no greeting too, tried to ask for tray for our drink which none of the workers offered although the order was for 5 combo meals with drinks she pretended not hearing me while I was calling excuse me till my daughter came and waved to them.wr hit the tay with not even an eye contact the store was Only with 3 customer and 2 cars on the drive through so I was wondering why such an attitude and it was 6pm not late at all. perhaps a new training required to freshen up some good skills .any ways not going there again thanks for giving me a good reason to avoid you.

Staff were really friendly. Burgers were super dry. Why does their cheddar not taste like anything?

This place is extremely dirty especially the toilets. It seems like the place has never been cleaned since opening. The air conditioner is always broken and the place is like a sauna. My heart goes out to the hard-working employees who are sweating in this heat and working. This is no way to treat employees. The food is good but I am never going in there again as it’s so dirty.

I ordered 2 beyond meat burgers one with lettuce wrap and one with regular bun. I ordered to keep all the toppings on. But when I received the it both the burgers were in lettuce wrap and on top of that they were missing all the toppings. When I called the place a lady rudely answers saying this is what is shown. On insisting that I can share my order screenshot she says the problem is with ubereats contact them for refund. I did not want a refund I wanted to eat a decent burger with my husband. This is the last time I have placed order at A&W. with this speed of customer service a big good luck to this place else it will definitely shut down soon.

Went to this location today to pick up lunch for my mom and dad at the drive-thru. The worker taking our order was very friendly and courteous but the food was not so good. Not sure if there’s an issue with the fryer, but the onion rings, fries and chicken strips we ordered were soggy and slightly undercooked. Burgers were just ok. For a fast food lunch for 4 people costing nearly $60 it was a major disappointment. Will not go back again.

I got charged 3 different prices for the same order 3 different times. I waited for about 10 minutes until someone took my order and I waited about 10 more minutes for the order. I saw the order was already made and it was just sitting there for 5 minutes and I was the first person to order in the line up. This happened to me around a half an hour ago. I am extremely disappointed in the service. The front staff was mostly focusing on drive thru orders and not the pick-up.

Purchased a papa burger with onion rings and the onion rings were extra salty and bitter, more than usual. The burger was also bland. Overall, the taste was terrible! Been here over a dozen times - It's not usually like this.

We have had A&W in all cities in ontarii. Even had it in Calgary, Winnipeg and Edmonton. All have tasted the same. Consistent great quality burgers But...not this location! The owner of this location is clearly using different meat then the other locations. Greyish is color, spongylike texture, tasted off. Should be investigated. We did not finish our burgers, but complained to them right away. Could be Halal. Or somthing else. I have a great palate and this is not what it should be.

I was here on Set 24 at 10:50am and the ladies working were absolutely AMAZING!! Especially the lady at the drive through wearing a hijab. She was an absolute treasure and very kind to us. Best drive through experience ever!

Khush did an amazing job helping me out. Haven’t been to A and W in a while so I wanted to know what kind of sauces there were. I told him I like spicy and he recommended and let me try the Piri Piri sauce. I have to say it tastes great! Every fast food chain location these days has some kind of spicy sauce and I will definitely be back now to try the Piri Piri menu items and others! A and W, you been lacking in the spicy category.

I usually order delivery. Why don't ya'll pick up your phone?? You know people can't edit orders on ubereats. You need to be better organized about this

I had a bad experience here a long time ago but they have improved now. I like buying food from here because they claim it is hormone free and I trust them. This last time the lettuce and the chicken were really fresh so I have to give them credit for that. Keep up the great work.

Wow very disappointed. Tried drive through. 15 min. Backed out. Went inside. What a mess. Not greeted. Lady at cash did not even ask. I left. Wow wow wow.went to Kentucky greeted with smile. Ordered two teen burgers, a teen burger lettuce wrap, and sweet potato fries. Paid for exactly that (total about 31 and some change). They forgot the sweet potato fries I paid extra for, didn't add it into a combo, and gave us the wrong drink. No receipt in bag otherwise I'd show you. Never again. (lettuce wrap was 99% lettuce 1% everything else)

I have repeatedly ordered from this location although I'm not sure why I kept giving them second and third etc chances, because the percentage of times my order arrived to my house correctly was astoundingly low compared to how often it was incorrect. Most recently I ordered a Beyond Meat burger and it arrived with cheese on it. Cheese I didn't ask for (nor did I pay for, which is extra odd that it was put on the burger), and couldn't eat given dietary restrictions. I had to chuck the order because there was no hope of salvaging it. You can't 'pick off' melted cheese. In the past I've ordered the same thing (always with no mayo because again, dietary restrictions) and half the time it comes with mayo. Dairy is a VERY common allergy and this location clearly doesn't have the care or concern to read their orders before making them. Food safety and customer care are clearly not a priority for this location. Finally I've learned my lesson though and will not be ordering from the Central Parkway A&W ever again.

Good burger outlet . One of the premium fast food chains as compared to Burger king, MacDonald or KFC. Its Beyond meat burger are the best for vegetarian. And the Root beer is the signature drink must try..

My brother and I both ordered 5oz chedar uncle burgers (one with two patties) and waited 15 minutes to get 3oz patties. Not only did we pay extra for 5oz but we got less. Never coming back, this isnt the first time either..

One of the better A&W, not cheap on the toppings but doesn't have ice for drinks. Parking lot is full of speed bumps and narrow lanes and spaces.

Overall good experience . I prefer A&W over burger king & KFC. Their chicken is far more tender and cooked fresh.

We went through the drive thru. Nothing makes you hungrier then the smell of hot garbage coming off the dumpster as you wait to put your order in. Im sure going in between 10/11pm doesn’t help, but nothing sat well with us. One chicken and one beef order, both sick, one violently ill. Ive been going to A&Ws since they relaunched the brand, and this was my worst experience by far. Few positives: order was accurate, food was hot/tasty, and staff was polite/professional but there was a decent wait for 2 cars ahead.

ordered thru Skip , ordered and paid for Chubby Chicken with extra chubby chicken piece to be added for $4.09 - - you didn't add it and i just paid $12+ for a small sandwich - thanks for nothing

Went through the drive through. They told us it would be a 5 minute wait. 15 minutes later I went to ask what was going on. Apologies for the wait as the order had been lost. No offer of refund, discount, coupon, etc. breakfast sandwiches had hardly any bacon and generally not as good as at other A&W locations. Will not go back to this location.

Incompetent staff gave me my 2 burgers with 0 toppings on it for absolutely no reason. I never asked for plain/no toppings, it was 3am and i was the only person in the drive thru so they werent busy either. Extremely disappointing and didnt see until i already drove back home.

Went to A&W after many years. I had a coupon so I tried the spicy habenero chicken burger combo. The burger was unexpectedly good. Here you can also add extra seasoning and have hot sauce from over the counter. So with the extra seasoning, loved the burger and fries even more. The fountain drink were also much better than other fountain drinks.

Solid choice if you're in the area! Always quick and consistent, and I must comment the amazing manager. One time, right after closing, she went the extra mile opening the door for my order. Absolutely top-notch experience!

We were struggling with using the app for the daily special. Nav the manager must have overheard us and came over to assist. Not only that but told us about the Leafs game special re the teen burger. It was a better deal even. She was so helpful and friendly. The cashier Misha A was also friendly and efficient. We saw the owner on the way out and told him he had good people working there. Great place to have lunch. Good food & good value!

I ordered a mama burger I did not get a mama burger. My burger was loaded with mayo. It had no lettuce, no tomatoes nothing at all and my onion rings or burnt and just not well done.

I went to drive through on Monday using these coupon free teen burger expiring on Feb 29 I got for buying $25 gift cards. When we are in the cashier on drive through the lady said “You again!” She left us on the window and ask the owner. She came back after 10 minutes and said that they are not accepting these coupon that they normally accept before. This is really dissappointment on our end. The lady was really rude and she did not even answer when I said “since you are not accepting this coupon I will just pay using my gift cards” she just let is go. I am realy craving as I am pregnant but my husband and I just left and go somewhere else rather than argued. Why would A&W have this promotion if this store not accepting this. This is really un acceptable. We are always buying gift cards to give to the employee and get these kind of freebees.
