Overall a very fruitful stay being away from home for a long time. It is close to major highways and groceries are not far away. Has lot of open parking and you can walk around the hotel, weather permitting. While I gave 4 stars I will break down in multiple aspects Staff - 5 stars. Staff at hotel was very helpful. Breakfast- 3 stars. Food was average, on some occasions many items were over could get only basic stuff Hotel and rooms - 5 stars. Overall the hotel is a newly constructed one, so all furnishings are good quality ones. Interiors are well lit and rooms are good and spacious. Price - 3 stars. Prices have definitely gone up and with the pandemic I think everything has become expensive

This location is an average representation of the Residence Inn brand by Marriott. It lacks some of the amenities that I appreciate about the properties in the US, for example the fridge does not make ice, some utensils were missing, the scrub daddy wasn't provided, coffee was not available until 7AM in the lobby. It seemed to be a relatively new property, very clean, with up to date decor. Laundry facility was adequate and uses a single token that can be purchased at the front desk. I believe the price was commensurate with the quality of the property. 7.5 out of 10 and I would definitely stay here again.

Liked · Even though the staff at front desk were polite but the facility was short on everything including people to work. If you ask for two towels, you would get one. Decent breakfast. Disliked · There was an awful bleach/soapy stanch in the room, which never went away during the say. You can guess the level of service, when complained the guy at front desk suggested to cook in the room to mask the smell. It is no where near to be called as a good hotel, if you care for quality and comfort. This may be called as a glorified MOTEL at best. Despite of us requesting everyday housekeeping in advance, it was not provided and the cleaning staff was rude. Believe me, this review is not uncontrolled or irrational rage, I travel a lot for business and have never written any bad review for any one in last decade. This was truly an exceptional disappointing experience. Book only for budget trips if you may!

Beautiful hotel very bright lobby lots of seating areas throughout the lobby. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the kitchen staff. The hallway is beautiful love the carpet a nice design 👌 the room is big and clean the only only thing in the bed under the sheets was 2 hairs. But the rest was great I would return. The area had so many shops to go to. The breakfast was amazing as well.

Wanted to reach out to share our experience, and the fantastic service we received from Manish. We recently stayed here for a family event in town for a couple of nights - we checked in late the first night, and had mistakenly double booked the room with the wrong rate. Manish was very polite and patient in helping us with the issue, and even called his manager to helped get it resolved quickly late night. Stellar person. And he helped us with complementary items we had forgotten. Thank you Manish!

In short, the hotel was very clean, the staff were very kind, the price was excellent, free parking, and the location is great if you are planning to spend time in the Mississauga area. 5/5 experience. Starting off with the rooms - very clean with a great size. You get a full suite with a fully functional kitchen and spacious washroom. 5/5 for the rooms. The staff were very kind. They offered a late checkout for me and delivered shower accessories even late at night during my stay. 5/5 for the staff. The price is a bit on the higher end, however you are getting what you pay for with the service. The large suite, great staff, and relatively good location are covered in the price. 5/5 for the price. Parking is free. 5/5 for the parking. Lastly the location is relatively good. Short 10-15 minute drive to Square One and another short 5-10 minute drive to places like Walmart or Shoppers on Erin Mills Pkwy. 5/5 for the location. In conclusion, 5/5 for the hotel. A bit pricey, but you are getting what you're paying for, especially if you value a suite with a full kitchen.

We came to Toronto to spend time with friends and are so happy to have stayed at this hotel. The place was very clean. Our room layout was comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen is well equipped. Though cleaning services are only every few days, the staff was happy to provide whatever we needed. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold options…nicer than most hotels of the kind. There were always several staff members on duty, keeping the food well stocked and the area clean. The indoor pool and exercise area was nice and also clean. The outdoor patio area was very comfortable and the perfect place to relax and visit. Just be aware that the patio area is used from 5-9 pm as a lounge, and during that time other food and drink is not permitted. A pleasant stay made for a wonderful weekend. Thank you!

Should be a nice new hotel. But it smells. Our room smelt terrible. It also wasn’t very clean when we arrived. They re cleaned it. Still smelt horrible. We had a candle running the whole time to cover it. We traveled with a group. Many rooms weren’t ready at check in, many rooms smelt terrible. The outdoor patio was a great space for a group. But somehow even it had a horrible sewage smell. Does not meet the normal Marriott standards. No refunds or credits offered.

We have stayed here a few times and will be staying here again soon. The accommodations couldn’t be more perfect. Very updated design, extremely roomy, comfortable and configured well. Clean, well maintained. Staff welcoming and professional. We bring our dog and he is made to feel right and home as well the rest of us. It’s nice to go somewhere with you children and pet and not feel judged negatively 😉. The management team of this property know how to do it right. Food options are outstanding. You get a lot more here than one might expect. Exceeds expectations on many levels.

Upon arrival for our 4-night stay in late April 2022, we noticed that the room was quite warm and although there were multiple attempts to fix the cooling system, the result was a very uncomfortable first 2 nights. Rather these "quick fixes" to a faulty cooling system, management should have moved us to another room immediately upon receiving our complaint. However this did not happen until late on our third night, at which time we were seriously considering morning to a hotel that had windows you could open! Very unhappy long-standing Marriott customer.

I'm giving this hotel one star because they only provide room cleaning every alternate day. Despite showing the confirmation email to the front desk, which didn't mention anything about alternate day cleaning, our rooms weren't cleaned daily. We requested daily room cleaning, but our requests were ignored. We checked in late at 11 pm and were informed about the alternate day service, but after an exhausting 8-hour drive, we didn't have the energy to object or find another hotel. The next morning, when we requested room cleaning, it still wasn't done. Before COVID, alternate day cleaning wouldn't have been acceptable, and it feels like hotels are cutting costs on cleaning now. The rooms had a stench, and the washroom dustbin had no plastic bag. Additionally, the sofa bed had a big slump, but after complaining, they provided an alternate mattress. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The front desk staff spoke to the manager, who told us that we can leave the hotel without a penalty due to our dissatisfaction with the services. We travel frequently and stay in many hotels, but we've never experienced such poor customer service before. Everyday cleaning is expected from hotels, we pay for certain services which are being taken away by these hotels.

We booked the place for 20 nights and got a good price. I have stayed in the Marriott but this one is different. Let explain in a bit more details 1. Room service is once every alternate day. In a way it's good given the sustainability initiatives. However they did not refill soap, did not keep the requisite number/type of towels. Not refilled tea. 2. Breakfast is VERY basic. They have a set menu(as they say from Corporate 😊)and ZERO flexibility. For those who are vegetarian, you will get bread, butter, Jam, Porridge and Apple or Banana with coffee EVERYDAY. For non veg , majorly Pork, Ham, egg available. During our stay till now , chicken only once. 3. Guest service ...let's say , the teams are not empowered enough to take decisions. But they keep smiling and having a positive demeanor. 4. They don't have vehicle rental though they may arrange for a cab for Mississauga. 5. Location was apt for us for the reasons we wanted to be here. Food is also available nearby. 6. They don't have any restaurant inhouse though they serve fast food in the main lobby during the day and evening. 7. Overall, nothing to entice us to revisit them again.

This is a newer Hotel and it's fairly comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable as well. There is not a lot to do in this area but it's well suited for business travelers or people coming through the city and need a rest. It is a very quiet hotel and very well managed.

Love love love this hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and hotel was comfortably, clean and had everything we needed. We cooked 2 nights and everything was available including pots, plates, utensils. No complaints. Will definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff as well.

We loved the room, it was very spacious and had everything we needed so I would totally recommend this hotel. The only issue we had was when we realized the coffee machine wasn't working and asked for another one ...after some time they sent someone to check it and wanted to call a technician to come fix it . Come on we are checking out in like 30mins 😅

Okay, I love this hotel. I stay at a lot of hotels because we live so far from family and this property by far has been my absolute favourite. I - myself, am an associate of another hotel and I can confidently say that the service here was top notch (as a competitor it’s hard for me to admit that! Haha) The hotel is well kept and everyone I spoke/dealt with was so pleasant. The TV had its ups and downs, but at least it wasn’t terribly slow. I hope this experience wasn’t a fluke because I look forward to coming back! Room was gorgeous and clean. Probably one of the best residence inns I’ve stayed in. Only thing that was disappointing was that the coffee at breakfast was warm, not hot.

Loved the room but there was an extremely loud bang that would occur about every hour. It would startle myself, my granddaughter and myself throughout the night. After an extremely loud bang at 1am, I just couldn’t get back to sleep after it made my dog bark, my granddaughter scream and jolted me. I had to calm everything down. I mentioned it to staff member Ashante and she was unhelpful to the point of dismissive. The evening staff seemed more helpful.

Bathroom is not clean and when asked about the sofa bed they just gave instructions, usually, someone try to ask for help by looking at how many people are going to stay. It is not a customer centric service. Team needs a training on how to keep themselves in guests’ place. People at breakfast time are nice. Food at the breakfast is little subpar when compared to the places I stayed in USA. Water in shower is just warm but not hot. It is not a good value for the money you spend.

Service was non existent! They were a hockey tournament suggested hotel and obviously hate having hockey teams! Rented a private party room to keep kids out of the hallways and keep parents contained, forced parents into hallway as not allowed outside beverages into party room. Then gave same parents trouble for being in hallway with drinks. Inconsistent messaging from staff led to confusion for parents at the hotel. Breakfast stated to be served from 7-10, but when hockey teams returned at 930 to partake, hotel staff closed the server and told people they were now closed as they would not be making any more food! Told tournament management to not allow this hotel to participate with tournaments anymore as they obviously don’t want teams and families there! More than 4 hockey teams had selected that hotel and all had trouble with staff! Would not recommend for hockey teams or family stays! They just seem to want business travellers!

Bad experience right from the arrival. We arrived late for check-in (around midnight) and the main door was locked. I had to knock a few times before a staff member came to open to the door for us to check-in. Our hockey team booked about 20 rooms for a tournament in the city. We booked a common room for dinner one of the nights where it was $25 a person for pizza, spaghetti and salad. The food was really bad, possibly microwaved. Upon booking the hotel, they did not tell us we could not bring in our own drinks so the evening did not go well. The staff was rude and watched us the whole night. We would not have booked this room if we knew this. In addition, the hotel told us that hockey sticks are not allowed in the hotel?!? Not sure why they didn’t tell us this before as we would have booked another location for our hockey team. Our actual room came with one bed and one pull out. We also requested a crib for our baby. The room was way too small for a crib and they did not inform us of this ahead of time. We had to move furniture around just to have the pull out bed open. The crib was blocking the door and we couldn’t open the fridge because that’s where our luggage had to go. It was a terrible 3 day stay here. I asked for a larger room and the response was it would be an additional $150 a night X 3 nights. That’s a lot for a little more space on top of already paying over $200 a night. In addition, we had holes in the bed sheets, only 4 small bed pillows, the sheets smelled so strongly of bleach and gave us headaches. The ventilation was somehow only blowing cold air even when we put the temperature up to 24 degrees. It blew most of the night. The springs were pretty much coming through the pull out bed and was very uncomfortable. In the bathroom there were not enough towels and after a shower the water pooled up on the bathroom floor making it dangerous…especially with children. This hotel only cleans the rooms every two days. The breakfast included in the room rate is basic. The staff are slow to refill items when they run out. Not a good experience. Only good here was the location being close to the highway. Updated: The hotel response does not address the dangerous water build up in the bathroom or the broken ventilation system. Following our stay here my baby (only a few weeks old) became ill and spiked an extremely high fever. The response also does not address the terrible food in the party room in which we paid $25/person. I would suggest not staying at this hotel.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE I have been a loyal Marriott Convoy customer and stayed at their hotels for many years, all over the world. Our stay at this hotel sucked on a cleanliness and customer service level. A communication issue at the front desk delayed our check-in. We only dealt with a front desk manager, who seemed to have the temperament and attitude of a teenager. Unnecessarily rude and hostile. Bed sheets were NOT changed after the last guest checked-out. I knew this was because it had blood stains on it and was covered in pink glitter. Housekeeping came to change it, but was unapologetic and didn’t look surprised. The HVAC also stopped working during my stay, but that was quickly resolved. We will never stay at a Marriott/Residence hotel again: Apparently their new instruction to managers is to bully customers and to re-use dirty sheets.

I stayed there for couple of days. The hotel was super clean and staff always went above and beyond for the service. Front desk is extremely polite and very welcoming. I came with my dog, it’s very nice to see staff always greeting my dog with his name. The gentleman at the desk Amit was very helpful in making my reservation. I will definitely come back and bring my whole family along.

I had a wonderful experience at the Residence Inn which was booked for a business Management Team meeting. We booked the Easton's room for a full day and Rose was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was prompt with every request and great with communication and all details were smoothly communicated to our team for perfect execution. All staff on site were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I would like to also give recognition to the catering and service team. Food was better than we had expected and better than we've had at other similar venues -- VERY FRESH and excellent flavors, served on time with beautiful presentation. All special needs and dietary requests were fulfilled. The meeting room was replenished with beverages throughout the day and was the perfect size. Thank you to Rose and the team at Residence Inn for making out visit here a great experience for our team. We will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend.

Excellent location conveniently located adjacent to the highway. The hotel is super clean, from the lobby to the elevators and the rooms. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a great view of the cn tower. Breakfast was fresh every morning and they provided complimentary tea later in the day in you were working in the lobby. The swimming pool was clean with plenty of towels. Next to the laundry room and gym. The negative was that there were private swim classes taking place at the pool in the evening but the pool was still open to use. Also the rooms had accessible rooms including for people with low hearing on each floor Each room has a kitchenette, clean room, tv with easy connect to netflix. And room service is every second day but you can get towels at anytime. Front desk staff were excellent at customer service. They helped my 18 month old with entertainment and even gave her a gift! Thank you for being so kind! Excellent stay and would definitely stay here again!

Traveling for an extended stay and ended up here for work. An absolute wonderful place - clean, new, plenty of amenities and safe. The staff was very kind and resourceful throughout our stay. Gym, laundry, pool all clean and new. Convenient suburban location near a business parkway and QEW. Will return again for our next stay.

Disappointment. We asked in advance if an upgrade was available ( we are Titanium). We had suite upgrade vouchers too. When we arrived, the front desk said they had availability but wouldn't want to upgrade us because we may have to move later in the week. Great! The next day for breakfast we were each handed a single paper plate, and a single fork, only after proving our identity. We were told it was Covid. Um. No. As was confirmed by other Marriot locations. We never succeeded in having our room cleaned. I asked and was told was not possible. 3 housekeeping staff were standing across the hallway. I even offered 20 bucks for them to clean the room. Nope. One day I lost the room card and was treated like a criminal when I asked for a new key card. The GM, Manager and representative giving me the stink eye. How about "No problem. Mr. Ribeiro". I asked for new towels as we didn't have housekeeping service. She would not give them to me UNTIL I gave her the old towels! Can you believe this! At this point, I didn't want to deal with them as every time was a bad experience so I would take the stairs to avoid the front desk. Lo and behold I see urine in the stairwell. Yup. I looked at that for a couple of days. So, on the worst blizzard of the year...we moved to another hotel. This isn't just un-professionalism...this is a serious management issue. Staff aren't trained. Guests aren't trusted. We did not feel welcomed. Can you imagine if we weren't Titanium members? Brutal.

honestly amazing hotel Very cheap hotel room, for a great price! All rooms are very clean, and just amazing. There is a kitchen in the room that includes, a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and sink, coffee maker, literally everything! This room does include cutlery and pots and pans. The bathroom is very spacious and the lighting there is amazing. There is also a fold up bed from the couch which is also really useful. also mini market inside of hotel for snacks, toothpaste, ect. overall so so so amazing! ive came here twice already and am planning more stays here.

Great service! We had to stay here for a few days and I have a boxer Mastiff which is a large dog. The staff, help, and environment was great. There was also a breakfast included which had a great selection of pastries, breads, eggs and other breakfast items. Amenities are clean and easy to access and use, the indoor heated pool was great and we really enjoyed our stay! (Stayed for 4 nights and 5 days)

Nice hotel especially for longer stays. Suites are well equipped, had pots and pans, basic stuff needed. Bed was comfortable, shower and living area was adequate. Air conditioning system was a bit loud, I turned it off at night to enjoy a better sleep. Pool was ok, a bit small, as was the fitness centre - free weights and basic cardio equipment. Breakfast was the same with minor changes, wish they had more fruit and veggies options though. Not too many options nearby for food or activities. I had a work discount on the room so it was worth it for me. All in all I was content with my stay, wish the pool was bigger and the exercise room had more options, however it was a ghost town in those areas so I get why they didn't put more money into those.

Stayed in a King Suite which includes a full kitchenette for 2 weeks on a work trip and loved it. The hotel is clean and modern, the complimentary breakfast was great. Parking is free for you and your guests and staff were very friendly. I will add though for people who use a wheelchair that the wheelchair accessible room has a bathtub rather then a walk-in shower. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I held a celebration of life ceremony for my mom on Saturday. Once I arrived I was amazed by the setup done in the hall. Everything was clean and tidy and very well organized. I would like to thank the staff members, they were so helpful they replied to any extra request immediately. I would love to give a big thanks and appreciation to the sales and events manger Rose Bilyk for her assistance through the days-long process of preparing for this ceremony. They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any event.

Great, brand-new property in an awesome location. It’s near the QEW and within close proximity to Toronto, Oakville, Burlington etc. This property doesn’t have guest rooms but they’re an all-suite hotel which is phenomenal. I stayed in the King Studio room and it’s very spacious. Per Residence Inn standards, the suite contains a kitchen complete with a Keurig coffeemaker, ample cabinet space, dishes, glassware and Whirlpool appliances. I only stayed for one night but this suite would be perfect for an extended stay. The bathroom features Paul Mitchell bathroom amenities and was very spacious and bright. Smart TV equipped with Chromecast, L-shaped sectional with a pullout sofa and a Large closet were all very impressive. The parking lot is large and it’s FREE! Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and hospitable. I also felt very safe in the hotel as a single woman traveller. There are cameras everywhere and upon check-in, you’re required to sign a waiver which states that only registered guests are allowed in the hotel and that the doors latch at 11pm. This made me feel very safe! Overall, the property is beautiful, clean and modern. I will most definitely frequent this hotel as I work and attend school in the area.

Stayed here for a night after a nearby wedding. Staff not always reachable at the front desk. Breakfast advertised as being available until 10am, but they stop putting out food at 915am-ish so you may not get to eat. Rooms are overall great, with cold AC, and nice bedding, but the breakfast situation was dreary unless you only wanted orange juice or black coffee.

The hotel is new and very convenient for a longer stay. Only reason I gave it a 3 was the their dishonest housekeeper. The housekeeper went in and stole our Tide pods and dried prunes. I reported it to the management and insisted they review the cameras. The manager did review the cameras and saw the housekeeper going in at the unassigned cleaning day. The housekeeper said she went in by mistake and took the prunes thinking it was a checked out room!!! She never cleaned the room!!! She denied taking the Tide pods. The manager seemed to have accepted her explanation. I told him she is lying and she stole the stuff knowingly.

Great. The staff were amazing. The rooms very clean and quiet. Free parking. The complimentary breakfast was great. They are even pet friendly and let our dog in for $100 (flat fee) for extra cleaning. I would definitely come back.

It was excellent because it is excellent. Marco, Cathy and the whole team are what makes it what it is, a well maintained, equally well appointed hotel with so many additional benefits included in the price it justifies itself. When you're looking for a quality hotel that isn't a frat house on the weekends, this is it. If you're on a fixed budget, they will do their utmost to accommodate guests with professional courtesy and respect. They never stop earning your business and I have yet to feel that I did not receive exceptional service and quality of stay. Well done to all and continued success in 2022.

Booked a 2 Queen bed suite with a kitchenette included. Stayed at the property for 12 days and had a pleasant experience. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Room service is to be booked a day in advance, the hotel is pet friendly. The property is not very centrally situated however it has all the amenities in close & convenient distances, right from restaurants to cinema halls, salons and groceries. That said, it connects to the center pretty easily. Staff is very courteous and helpful. I am happy to recommend this place.

I’ve stayed here multiple times this past year for solo and family trips. Every time has been fantastic. Affordable prices, modern decor, friendly and helpful staff and a great hot breakfast buffet. The patio and pool are safe during the pandemic, and great for the family. There is a nice neighbourhood to go for walks around and the hotel is close enough shops to pick up groceries as they have full kitchens. Will be back anytime I need a place to stay in the GTA!

This is my favourite hotel in the Mississauga/ Oakville area. The spacious rooms and friendly staff, clean building and room as well as nice warm breakfast. This is ideal for both short or long stay. I would stay longer if I could! Although this is located by busy QEW, surprisingly quiet... I could sleep very well. Always pleasant stay...

Probably the greatest 3 star hotel in this area! This hotel was randomly selected by Hotwire for me and I wasn’t expecting much from a 3 star hotel but boy was I surprised. The lobby was clean and the staff were very quick and professional. I was upgraded for free to a king size suite room on the highest floor. The room was huge with a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, cutlery, plates, glasses and other cooking utensils and cookware. There was a small living room with a sofa, a study and a joint bedroom and washroom. A closet with an ironing board, iron and a safe. The centre table had a swivel 55 inch smart tv that swivelled towards either the bed or the living room sofa/kitchen which was very convenient. The bed and pillows were clean and extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby… I would highly recommend staying here as this Marriott hotel felt more like a 4 star hotel but at a bargain price!
