We visited 2nd time Doctor Botros for my Kid; She is Very patience , nice always and listens to us. We went to the clinic in the morning ~11:30 AM without appointment and its all over in 15 min. I definitely recommend her for kids.

Been here for 3 years now. Dr Botros is our family doctor. She is among the few top doctors. She has aced the balancing act on when to go the medication route vs. general watch-and-play to build one’s immune. Lucky we have her. Thank you!

Dr Mary Botros is kind, caring, and very competent. I’ve had her as my family Doctor for several years and have no complaints. She’s great. I’m thankful I was able to find someone like her.

My family doctor was out of town and I needed to see someone ASAP. I came across Ceremonial Medical Centre. Dr. Botros is very kind and made me comfortable for my visit. The front staff is very accommodating as well. Other walk ins that I’ve been to haven’t been the best and try to get you out of there as soon as possible and don’t really listen to your problem. But Dr. Botros is the complete opposite. I’ll be coming here if need be for now on.

Dr Mary is awesome and always give you a wonderful smile. I like her so much. She always gives you right advice. I wish she always remains same. Only problem is waiting time over there. I just want to request patients over there please take appropriate time because other patients are also waiting after you.

The receptionist and Dr. Botros made our walk-in visit so pleasant! Yesterday was our first time there and it is very clear they care deeply about providing the best care. Grateful for them taking us in and processing our needs efficiently.

From the minute you walk in it's an experience you should have at a drs office. Warm and inviting wait times are short and well what can I say about the dr, caring ,compassionate and really listens to you. You feel like she really gets you. She has been a lifesaver me and I wish she could be my primary dr. Wish all drs were like her❤️❤️

Dr Botros is amazing! The best family doctor ive ever had in my life. My small children are so comfortable with her even when she gives their vaccine or flu shots.

I was here for assistance in filling up an injury form for work. Fatima (desk clerk) was very welcoming towards new patient(s) and Dr. Botros was warm and friendly. I explained to her my situation and my (incurred) injuries and she helped me in filling my injury form for work. She even prescribed me a medication to hasten my lower-back injury into healing. I did not wait that long (compared to my family doctor who takes my whole day just to fill up an injury work form) and their facility is clean and organized, and children-friendly.

She is my family doctor and she is the best in her job ! I can go to her with any kind of health issues and it takes her only a while to understand the problem. She doesnt give unnecesary medication and the little she advises works like magic !

Very nice walk-in clinic: the Staff over here are helpful and friendly, I always feel that they go above and beyond with their service compared to the other clinics I've visited in Mississauga in the past. For reference, I visited this clinic 3 times already, all of those experiences have been great. Definitely recommend!

Best clinic in Mississauga and best doctor you can deal with.

I visited the clinic with my wife this morning, it was first time as a walk in. Well accepted at the front desk and Doctor has listened all our concerns and provided a prescription accordingly. Everything done within 1hr (Including taking medicine from the pharmacy) Overall I am happy and definitely will visit again when required.

I had seen her for years, and while she normally listens with general concerns; I would strongly advice going for her if you have mental health issues or concerns. Her cautious nature may delay getting help or may cause more distress tha anything else, since she has a tendency to draw her own conclusions.

I couldn't find a single reason to visit this clinic and get help! I was suffering with something very severe, the doctor didn't even check properly and wrote a snippet of something insignificant. The receptionist was friendly , I had to wait more than an hour only to get a 2-minute irrelevant consultation! The doctor didn't seem to be knowledgeable, and doesn't really possess any idea for curable measures. Not happy with the service!

Denied me a check-up when I was sick even though they were still open. Edit 09/21/23: Verbally hostile is a wild claim. I stayed no longer than 2 minutes. I made no verbal insults, demands nor hostility towards staff. To make these exaggerated claims is indicative of poor management and a pathetic attempt at reputation control on the owner's part. Ultimately, the blame rests on the lack of preparation for the seasonal flu from upper management and not the receptionist, whom I dont fault at all. I arrived around 30 minutes before closing and asked to see a doctor. I even called three times 40 minutes prior, which from my understanding is still within the window time, yet no answers. All I asked was to see a doctor, and when told why I couldnt get a check up, I pursued no longer and left. You can pull up the security tape if you are so confident. Not to mention, I was not offered an appointment for a different day. That is just straight up lying at this point. To also say I came 15 minutes past closing time is a blatant lie. I arrived around 30 minutes before closing. I can pull out screenshots of my google maps location timeline.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Mary Farid Botros for many years. I must say that Dr. Mary has been an excellent doctor for my family in many aspects. She is experienced, patient, and good at communication, especially for immigrants like us who are not proficient in English. I remember one time she told me to wait for a moment during the super busy time during the pandemic, and later in the evening, she called to advise me on how to handle the follow-up examinations extremely patiently, greatly easing my anxiety about being unwell at that time.
