Dr Iskandir is amazing! Very patient and always nice! Her husband is the pharmacist at that same location. He is just as nice! Years ago I came to the office, they were closing so the receptionist asked me to come back the day after. The pharmacist overheard the conversation, called me as I was leaving. He then went back inside and asked his wife to take me, which she did. Apparently I looked very pale and weak. I will never forget this gesture. Oh and my family and i never stopped going there when needed. Plus now they have a new receptionist. Her name is Maria. She's amazing! 5 stars to this clinic. 6 if I could

This place refused to see me because I made the mistake of mentioning that I usually see a different doctor that closes early on Mondays. I work until 5 every day so could not make it on time.. Have to go another day without my prescription. Do not waste your time going here.. They are lazy and will find any excuse not to see you..seems like others have had the same experience.. Especially if it's closer to closing time. Places like this give our Healthcare a bad name

this is the best doctor clinic i ever visited in Canada. the doctor is amazing, she gave you your time, listened, and she always smile. i visited this clinic as walk in 5 years ago, and i don't want to go to any other clinic, ONLY THIS ONE. they are so friendly and the waiting time is amazing. never wait more then 20 minutes. the service is more then 5 star.

They didn’t accept me as a patient because apparently they don’t know me lol They r a bit confused with the walk in clinic service they provide

They are very understaffed. The poor nurse at the front is expected to be a secretary, greet patients, take blood, clean and prep the exam rooms and answer all the phones. Also, if you book a physical they will make you split it into two appointments for no reason. It is very inconvenient. They will also read your test results right in the waiting room out loud. I feel bad for the young man whose blood work was discussed infront of the whole waiting room. Avoid this clinic if you can.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Was turned down as a walk-in patient with my 1 year old coughing and sick daughter. Simply told me they no longer do walk ins (meanwhile have a massive walk-in sign outside). The receptionist was the rudest medical receptionist I’ve ever spoken with. Should NOT be working in the medical field. Would stay away from here at all costs.

Dr. Iskandir, is a great doctor. I have been going to her for more than 10 years. She is patient and cares for you. As per her diagnoses she provides the appropriate medication when required. I do my physicals almost every year and she follows up with the results.

Worst place, so unprofessional, specifically the "pharmacist" I was denied to get refills on my medication because previously I bought them from shoppers drug Mart instead of them, very rude.

Well the receptionist was nice, but I was told that the doctor wouldn't see me and to go to my family doctor, who I would've gone to if she weren't fully booked in the first place. I could've at least used some advice on what I could do to offset the pain. 🤨

Short wait time, I waited for 15 minutes before my turn. Great service. I was paying by insurance, the staff at pharmacy would actually help me print out my claim sheet. The cream that doctor gave me seems to work well so far. Satisfied. Cost u 50 dollars per visit, a little expensive tho.

Was denied entry for not having an appointment to a walk in clinic? They have the place barricaded with plastic walls as if in the midst of a zombie apocalypse, also they require a covid test before they can even tell you if you’re allowed an appointment or not.

I had a pretty good experience at this walk-in clinic. I took my mom here as her medicine was running out. The staff and the doctor were very patient. My mom's English is not very good, so even if I was there to help, she was able to communicate by herself as they took the time to understand her.
