    I'm amazed to experience the rude and callous behaviour of the staff at the men's fragrances section on the lower level. As a Hudson's Bay shopper for over a decade I've never experienced such a lack of interest in what they do. Sorry but staff like them makes retail close locations

    Clean store but these all purpose service stations have got to go. Spent quite a bit of time in line to pay for my purchase. All counter positions were staffed however everyone in line was returning something . It's been this way for a while and I usually avoid shopping here. I had hoped today would be different. The staff did their best and remained professional and friendly. This is a management issue.

    So...the store is still good. Obviously looks a bit bare and that's understandable given the circumstances of the supply chain issues most retailers are facing. But omg THE WASHROOM at this location is horrible. I think it's the same since the store was first built. Please do something with this because it's like walking into another not so good dimension.

    This mall is slowly dying let's be honest and department stores aren't as desirable as they used to be I still find the prices too high actually and too much merchandise on display. My issue mostly is with the furniture male employee with glasses he was incredibly rude and pushy he was following us and very grumpy asked if was looking for anything specific I told him was just browsing and he replied well you need to be informed and I was forced to exit the store not an inviting vibe like a security guard.....

    I do not like this store as much as other locations, store looks usually messy and not well taken care off. I rather go to any other The bay stores as they are nicer and have also better selection and merchandise. Customer service is not always the greatest but that depends of who you talk to. I had great customer service and also really bad customer service at this location.

    Very rude staff!! Awful experience at this store. Lady with glasses and curly hair was being very rude, degrading, and boarder-line racist towards myself and my family. We should not have to tolerate racism as people of color in Canada especially at stores in malls. This lady is a worker in customer service and should know better. Hudson Bay, this was very disappointing and it pains me to see this set back. Would not recommend shopping here.

    The store is huge! And the variety is never ending. I loved going through the store as everything was organized, clean and well setup. You can even find good sale items if you look closely. The staff is also very friendly. Will definitely come back here.

    Visiting this store has is a nightmare. I have mobility issues. When i went weeks ago, BOTH the elevators and escalators were broken. I was told that I had to go ALL the way back to the mall for the elevator. I came back today and escalator is still broken. Seriously? And when. i stepped inside it was hotter than outside.This store is run down and is as old as the mall. Very sad to see. What happened to the Bay?

    The fitting rooms in this store smell horrible!! I couldn’t even finish trying on the clothes because the smell was so bad…. It smelled like body odour AND sweat inside it was HORRIBLE! The fitting rooms in this store compared to others look like I’m in the 80s! Open ceiling and chapped walls…. They need to do something about this because I wasnt the only one complaining! The Bay needs to get their stuff in order. If they don’t I and others will be taking our business elsewhere…!

    Absolutely love this location, always has great customer service. Adeela was very helpful. She told me about the sales, helped me find the right size and I end up getting the perfect gift for my husband. Always welcoming, smiling and friendly staff.

    It is an all in one showroom you get all the brands and they offer great discounts.. if you get a Neo card then they offer additional discounts, you get some very attractive deals on good brands at bay online. They have great collection one stop shop for all your clothes

    The ladies at the fragrance department are very helpful. Especially Hayat and the older associate that works there (I did not manage to get her name). They are very helpful and are always nice when I stop by to buy or test out fragrances. It is a completely different experience compared to when I used to buy from the Hudson's bay in Bramalea City Center. The Erin Mills location has infinitely better customer service.

    Anna was amazing helping my brother and I find a suit today for a special occasion 3 days from now. We arrived at the store 40 minutes before closing with zero clue about anything but in dire need of a suit and she gave her best effort to find the perfect fit to be worn on this very important day.     Went to this location after years and the store is in really bad condition. I would never go to this store ever again. There are no nice clothing for mens, women or kids. Although, a very nice young lady named Abeeha helped me out with everything. She was very kind and greeted me as soon as she saw me and helped me find what I was looking for. She also let me know about all the bay day deals and the neo mastercard.

    I used to be good friends with Hudson... My word, it feels like so long ago now. We used to go fishing a whole lot down by Tim's brook back in the day, we sometimes actually caught fish, hah. One time Hudson was reeling one in, it was a real big one, shaking our dinghy left and right, when suddenly, the line went limp... Hudson looked at me in confusion, when, all of a sudden, we heard a knock on the side of the boat!! We turned around to see what in the curmudgeon made that knock and a head popped out of the water! It was our good old friend Rupert!! Rupert owned a bit of land in the area and was letting us develop it a bit. Anyways, Rupert and Hudson

    I went to the Hudson's bay in Erin mills mall to buy a suit. They offer great variety for the pants and the shirts. Although, what made my experience amazing was the customer service. Tina helped me find the perfect suit and was extremely patient with the process. The selection is great, but what made me really appreciate this specific branch was the helpful employees, such as Tina.

    I had a successful shopping experience, bought some good quality fall clothing and swim ware in anticipation of winter travel. All the items were on sale at an incredible price. Selection is hood. My primary disappointment was trying to find someone to open the changing room so l could try the items for size. The was a bell that l rang several times in 30 minutes or so. Nobody came. We searched for someone without success. In all, probably close to 40 minutes. Myself, and others waiting, finally went to the checkout and found someone that would open the change door. In addition to a bell, there should be instructions about where to find assistance. My low rating relates to the inordinate time to get assistance for the change room. This was not a busy day, improvements need to be made.

    The fragrance associate Hayat was very helpful and welcoming. I came in a couple days ago looking for a new signature scent and I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She asked me about the notes I look for in perfumes and then recommended Valentino Donna Born in Roma. It is now my new favourite scent! Thank you Hayat!

    Hudson Bay varies from location to location as different stores could carry different merchandise. The main store in Toronto is my favourite as it carries more brands and quality merchandise. The Bay at Erin Mill is kind of worn and carries just regular products like you would usually find in Sear before. It is conveniently located, and there is plenty of parking. I believe this is going to be a great store if they could improve the product and offer more quality brands.

    I was looking for a coat and did not find my size. I asked the customer service person ( her name is Nisreen) in the woman’s section. She went extra mile to look for my size on the racks then she ordered it for me online and shipped it to my address! I received it after 3 day! And I loved it! Thank you Nisreen

    Great sales here as always. However, we spent $560 today and were basically accused of stealing before we made the purchase. The associates name was Sabah and he made my wife and I feel uncomfortable.

    Christmas time and only 3 employees in the make up/ perfumes department! I have been waiting for help for more than 20 minutes! In addition, after getting help by someone, I got a Valentino Perfune for my husband, I wanted to pay , the clerk told me she can’t process payments and I have to stand in the line at the other fragrance counter. I went there and waited for 10 min, then I asked why I can’t pay at the other counter, the clerk said only the supervisor can process the payment!! Which was odd and weird to see this at the bay ! The supervisor heard our conversation and felt uncomfortable and ashamed so she asked the clerk to process the payment! What an awful experience at the bay 😖

    I'm really in awe at how outdated a store like Hudson's Bay could be. The change rooms need a facelift but it didn't bother me too much. What was absolutely horrendous was the women's washroom!!! You know when you're sleeping and you need to pee so you have a dream of going to a washroom, but the washroom is absolutely disgusting...so disgusting that you wake up? Yeah...REAL LIFE NIGHTMARE at the washrooms here. I'm appalled and I'm not going to a public washroom for a while. Janitors need a raise fr to deal with this disaster.

    I went there for the Zellers experience. I enjoyed that however what I didn't enjoy was very poor customer service at the cash on that level I was kept waiting without even being acknowledged. Another staff saw me she came over to cash me out. My advice is use the cash out on the lower level much more pleasant.

    Loneliness ! Is what I felt in Hudson’s bay the is hardly any staff or customers. Hudson Bay is a huge company they should think of creating solutions to revitalise the shopping experience & create the attraction that used to attract the customers like before. Prices are high compared to other stores. I know the quality is better but they should think of pricing to attract more customers.

    I’m here to look for a quality gift of men’s fragrance. Now, there are several places that claim to stock authentic Giorgio Armani products but I would rather pay more just to be certain it’s the real deal. Anyhow, I’m here on the lower floor of the Erin Mills Town Centre and the high margin/profit Beauty area is the showcase entrance to Hudson Bay. It is bright, flashy and a designer paradise of brand names like Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, Pravda, Dior... I think you got the message! There are certain departments within this huge store that you will most certainly find a sales associate on the floor willing to assist, the Beauty Department is definitely one of them. In other areas, you have to go looking for help. After a quick lesson on fragrance concentrations from highest (Perfume 20-30% lasts up to 8 hours) to lowest (Eau de Cologne 2-4% lasts up to 2 hours); Eau de Parfum 15-20%, Eau de Toilette 5-15% in the middle plus an even lower Eau Fraiche 1-3%, I decided on the Eau de Parfum price point. Now this is the added value a reputable store brings to my shopping experience!

    Zellers selection is very refreshing and thank you for bringing it back. Just bought plenty of gifts for my little niece's daughter for birthday. Great customer service. Must have been asked at least 7 times if I need any assistance. Good prices and definitely it feels good to support our Canadian company.

    I am absolutely amazed at the wonderful customer service I have received today from Denise. I called her to do a price adjustment on a pair of women’s boots. She said to come into the store and go to the women’s shoe department, let them know that I spoke to her and they will take care of me. The lady in the department was wonderful as well. Bravo! The Bay these ladies deserve a raise!! Exceptional customer service!

    I purchased two sofas from Hudson’s Bay at Erin Mills Shopping Centre in 2019. The sofas were defective and I was sold a warranty that wasn’t valid for this purchase by the salesperson. I contacted the customer service by phone and email many times however, due to the Pandemic situation it was delayed. After almost 3 years of explaining and patiently waiting I was not getting anywhere so I decided to escalate the issue for the second time to the management at THB Erin Mills. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Roxana. She truly assisted me and assured me that my issue will be taken care of. I was than introduced to Danial the store manager. He promised to take care of this issue as soon as possible and He did. I was offered different options and at last he offered me a full refund. Even though this experience wasn’t quite pleasant with the general customer service, but it was totally different with THB at Erin Mills. I strongly recommend this location and regardless distance if I ever need to purchase anything from THB, it will be this specific location. The rating is based on the customer service of THB at Erin Mills and their great employees.

    Bay has a versatile collection of fashion wear and a wide variety of latest Colognes. Customer service is ok if you can find someone to help. Their website has improved over time and their collection and delivery service is much much better than what it used to be.

    You may notice that there are fewer and fewer customers in Hundson's Bay, the products there are ugly but very expensive together with the very poor customer service in all departments. I bought a necklace there about 2 months ago, but the necklace pendant fell off.....it is only less than 2 months! I went to the store and talked to the sale representative, but she said she can do nothing because I did not pay extra money for guarantee. Though there is something you can guarantee, but is it acceptable that the necklace pendant fell off within only 2 months? I will never go back to that store any more for this bad experience.

    I was extremely impressed with the service that Hayat at the cosmetics fragrance Centre at the Bay’s Erin Mills gave me today. I mentioned to her my aversion to strong perfumes scent and while I love the gift set variety of fragrance, l have a problem in that these sets don’t come in mild scent only but seem to have a mixture with strong scent . Hayat rose to the challenge to find me a perfect set by giving me sample after sample in every set they carried and…. Bingo!eventually found me the perfect set from YVL. Such patience and what a credit to the Bay for having a sales person so determined to meet the need of the customer! I would give her six stars if such was possible.

    I have been a customer for many years. Never seen someone helpful, unique and very patient with confidence like Hayat the new fragrance beautiful lady. She gave me exactly what I am looking for. She gave me samples to try as well. Hudson Bay Erin mills lucky to have her as a cosmetic customer service. I love my perfume that I purchased even the gift I've got for my sister was amazing she got so many compliments. I highly recommend Hudson Bay Erin mills store.

    Horrible experience with MAC, first of all every single employee there has such horrible attitude!!! These ladies have no sense of respect, i don’t know why they feel so entitled. Called and cancelled an appointment i had to get my makeup done LAST MINUTE just one day before and i have a wedding to attend.

    As a 60 plus gentleman was looking for a formal dress pant, but all I found in size 30-32 was what you call chinoos. A style I find unsuitable for a male of my age. So there I was in HB and found not a dress pant but a kind of Dockers like pant by Hagar my size, navy blue, both the lady who escorted me to the fitting room and at sales point were most helpful and polite. Thank you Hudson Bay, ah yes but there was no alteration facility and my experience is that the laundry people who perform alteration usually badly mess up. Sears used to be one place where they took care of you with alterations.

    Horrible experience with a watch repair. I took my citizen eco drive to replace the crown. They said it would take 2 weeks. After 1 month they called me and said there was water damage and quoted me $450 to fix it. It is impossible that the watch has water damage. I declined the water damage repair and asked them to only change the crown. Another month later, they still did not fix it! I asked for the watch back, took it to a local watchmaker and he fixed it for $30 in less than 2 days! Do not take your watch to the Bay for repair! Not even watch battery replacement which they overcharge as well.
