Horrible
customer
service,
I
have
never
been
so
embarrassed,
and
I
will
never
set
foot
in
this
store
again.
I
went
in
one
day
on
my
lunch
break
and
bought
a
few
things
for
my
daughter
in
a
hurry.
When
I
got
home
I
realized
one
of
the
items
had
a
bit
of
dirt/dust
on
the
sleeves
but
I
didn't
think
it
was
a
big
deal,
it
would
wash
off...
but
unfortunately
it
didn't
fit
my
daughter
so
I
went
back
to
the
same
store
the
next
day
to
return
it.
Immediately
the
cashier
looked
at
it,
gave
me
a
dirty
look
and
literally
threw
it
back
at
me
telling
me
it
was
worn
and
they
wouldn't
take
it
back.
She
didn't
even
ask
me
any
questions.
I
explained
I
had
bought
it
that
way,
the
tags
were
still
on
it
and
I
was
returning
it
less
than
24hrs
after
I
bought
it.
She
called
another
female
associate
and
a
male
Manager
who
were
all
yelling
at
me
in
front
of
a
lineup
of
customers
accusing
me
of
trying
to
return
used
clothing,
and
saying
who
do
I
think
they
are,
they're
not
Value
Village
they
would
never
sell
something
like
this.
They
refused
to
give
me
a
refund
and
after
arguing
with
them
for
10
minutes
in
front
of
other
people
I
was
so
embarrased
I
walked
out
of
the
store
in
tears.
I
called
their
customer
service
at
head
office
and
after
an
investigation
they
called
me
back
and
said
they
had
"found
the
issue",
appologized
profusely
for
the
store
staff's
behaviour
and
sent
an
email
to
the
store
manager
forcing
them
to
take
back
the
merchandise
they
sold
me.
I
went
back
to
the
store
again,
the
cashier
didn't
even
look
me
in
the
eye
and
didn't
say
a
single
word
to
me.
Disgusting
customer
service.
I
will
never
shop
there
again.
Buyer
beware...
inspect
your
items
carefully
before
you
pay
for
them
because
if
it's
damaged
you
won't
be
able
to
take
it
back.
