My 3 friends and I went here on a Friday night. Easy to get to and ample parking. Decor has Victorian influence and atmosphere felt warm and intimate. Service was nice, friendly and attentive. All the food and dessert we ordered was delicious! We all ordered something different and everything tasted good, flavours were on point and portion size was enough. One of the better Italian restaurants I've been to. We'll be back!

Very quaint restaurant with good service. They are very accommodating, there's an option to have halal chicken. Ordered the gnocchi and caprese salad. The gnocchi tastes it's house made, you can taste the potato. The mozzarella in the salad is tastes fresh and mild with a hint sweetness.

This is a lovely Italian restaurant with attention given to detail. The lamb special was wonderful. The grilled calamari was not that great but the overall experience made up for this minor disappointment.

Nice place, we had a office party and it was really good. Unfortunately they don't serve Halal Servings.

Randomly picked this place for a business lunch. Food and service were excellent. Everything we tried was top notch. Will visit again. Food was so good I forgot to take a picture except for the empty plate.

Amazingg place to have a dinner! The ambience before everything gets you as soon as you enter. Had a birthday party and guests were so happy. Best Italian in Mississauga period. Guests were so happy, the food, the service everything was on point. Miriam the owner was very welcoming to our last minute changes. Will be visiting soon sure.

Came here for a big family event, celebrating a cousin’s baptism. Honestly, I’ve never heard of this restaurant before, but it was quite good! The food was delicious and served at a good pace. The service as well was great, the servers were nice and accommodating! This is definitely a good place for celebrations and such! Can definitely see myself returning!

I wanted freshly made pasta, so we found this place. It was delicious! I had a dirty gray goose martini with extra olives. The drink was good, but the olives were tiny and had pits. Maybe just get some wine instead. Do not let this deter you, though, because the service and food are fantastic. My husband had the spicy arribatta pasta, and I had the chicken parm but with the fettuccine instead of the penne because the fettuccine was made there. I also tried their rose sauce, which was tasty. The portion sizes are big, I couldn't finish mine. It was all really enjoyable. I'd go again.

Found this restaurant on google with excellent reviews. It is in an industrial area and the restaurant is a bit dated in decor, I think there was even carpet in the dining room. It was a busy evening during the holiday season so the service was understandably slow. We ordered the grilled calamari (deliciously tender) and the veal meatballs (small portion for the price) as starters. I ordered the fettuccine la scala which was really good and decadent with steak strips and mushrooms. My only qualm is that the dish is $27 and the portion was decent but could have used more noodles. The tiramisu was really good. The food was good, the ambience was okay, the price was a bit much for the portions.

Was so impressed with the food! The calamari appetizer was the most tender I have ever had…it was delicious. I had special of the day spaghetti with seafood and a lemon sauce. It was delicious. Pasta was cooked perfection and fish was all fresh and delicious. We were there for a friends birthday. She had a lamb shank and she loved hers. I had a bite. It was delicious and tender. The mashed potatoes were amazing. Could not resist a bite!! My other friend had pasta with steak I don’t remember the name off hand it was also delicious. We all tried each others and the sweetest thing, they gave a piece of tiramisu on the house for my friends birthday. I would definitely recommend, and I thought the prices were very reasonable. The only thing I would say is the atmosphere is a little bit dated could use a little sprucing, but I could definitely overlook that any day of the week because the food is that good!

Food was delicious. Had the agnolloti in a rose sauce. Service was good but took awhile. I called 30min before and had to wait another 15. Also on the pricey side for what I got.

The servers are super nice and the meals have a home made feel to them. The portions are good (minus the bruchetta, i wish it came with more, it was really good!). I definitely reccomend stopping by if you're in the area.

Decent Italian fine dining place. Owner Merriam is very attentive and efficient and makes sure the guests are well taken care of. We were a party of 25 people yet everything was in order- both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes were tasteful. I recommend the mushroom risotto and the pastas besides the chilli and sea bass that was a hit. The servers were hospitable and efficient. The nutcrackers and candles lit on each table and the Christmas tree in the corner added to the festive feel. A place worth considering for dine in anytime or even hosting a celebration lunch or dinner. Ample parking all around , good visibility from the clear glass wall on the front side.

Very nice Italian restaurant :) the interior and atmosphere feels very cozy and family like. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to our party. I ordered the caprese salad and fettuccini la sacla, both were delicious and plently for one person. Their Agnolotti rose was really good too!

Went for Valentine’s Day, the area was a corporate place, but inside was nice. The appetizer we got was “antipasto di maro” which was basically grocery store bought calami from the pickled section. So basically you can get that at your nearest loblaws. nothing special. Meal was ok, tasted good but my steak was wayyyyy to over cooked and the waiter never even asked how I want my steak cooked. My husband’s plate was veal and it was over cooked and dry. I wouldn’t go again. And in terms of bread, it’s stale and cold and just drizzle a bunch of olive oil and balsamic over it. The least you can do is give out good bread! Like how are you getting away with your random slices? For people that claim “fine Italian dining” need to step it up and get better more elite food. Not worth your $$$

A bit dated inside. friendly staff and the food tasted good. Portion sizes are on the smaller side. Especially for being Italian but it is an upscale dining experience

I went to the restaurant on 8/27. I stayed one night at a hotel near the airport because I could not catch a flight back to Japan. This restaurant is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The food was very good and the waitress was kind. There was a waitress who could speak a few words of Japanese. I do not speak much English but was happy to be able to converse with her. Your Japanese pronunciation was like that of a Japanese! Thank you so much!

Great experience! Excellent food. House wines are great! Service was good. Daniella (spl?) is the bar tender but she also waited on us. Her drinks are top notch. Best espresso martini my wife ever had…we now know the secret! ;) Grilled Calamari appetizer. Half moon ricotta stuffed pasta for me (vodka style “red” sauce) and my wife had an amazing veal dish (veal was unbelievably tender). I think all veal dishes are great. Italian house wines pair with perfection to the menu.

Pleasant, attentive staff. Family feel. Flavourful Italian dishes and specials with a decent wine selection. Would recommend for lunch and dinner.

Good food and Service. Would go back again. Mushroom risotto was one of the best I've had. Pasta sauce and meatballs were great and the steak was a perfect medium which is something few Italian restaurant s get right.

This amazing restaurant never disappoints. I have had several private events here, my bridal shower, my daughters baptism, my in-laws anniversary party and my daughter's first communion. Not to mention the occasions we have popped in for take-out or dine in. The Owner Miriam is amazing, friendly and takes great pride in her restaurant. The chefs food is wonderful and the staff are so attentive and kind. The food and the service are top notch, it is very hard to find places like these in this day and age. There is something for everyone on this menu. Thank you for your wonderful service La Scala!

We came here for dinner last night, cute and cozy restaurant with a great ambiance. The owner is very sweet and lovely to talk to. You can tell the food is made with quality ingredients and the price reflects that. We ordered the bruschetta, the lasagna which was phenomenal and the parta with sirloin and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. All delicious. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to all friends and family. We are family.

They have the best lasagna I've ever had! Been there a couple times now and it's the first thing I order :) Very quaint place with friendly staff. Near the airport so if you're staying nearby I definitely recommend you check them out.

I had a great experience hosting a Baptism here in September. Miriam was great to deal with! The menu options, food and atmosphere were wonderful. I would highly recommend for private events.

Was here for a pre-Christmas dinner. Appetizers were delicious especially the bruschetta and the soup of the day which was minestrone. The fettuccine la scala was delicious with lots of steak and mushrooms. Really appreciate many of the pastas are homemade. Come here and support them for dinner on Saturdays.
