Great place! Polite and friendly staff. Easy and quick Covid testing. Made an appointment for the same day. Dr. Jack was the perfect combination of kind but firm for my less-than-thrilled child.

I had an appointment at 12:00pm, but when I arrived the receptionist informed me the system was down but I could still see the doctor. When speaking with the doctor I asked for a referral to a dermatologist, but he said the system was down and could not send a referral. I asked the doctor if he could take a note and send the referral when the system came back up. He looked a large piece off blank paper in front of him with a pen on it and said, no, I'm far too busy to be doing that. I see 50 patients a day, so you will have to reschedule to return next week. If the doctors here are each seeing 50 patients a day and they are only open 8.5 hours, that is just 9 minutes per patient, with the doctor taking their lunch and coffee breaks. I believe we are each scheduled for a minimum of 15 minutes, which is what OHIP is paying for. So why are you (a) lying about your patient count or, (b) over working and under serving your paying patients? Regardless, taking a note and entering it when the system came up would take about 3 minutes, but you would rather a patient take 20x that amount of time to come back in for the same reason you were to see them. I will be finding a new family doctor.

I wanted to take a moment to write this review on behalf of myself and my parents. I am very grateful that my parents are patients at this clinic. This clinic - doctors, the pharmacist and the staff exhibit the utmost care, compassion, patience and professionalism towards my parents. I know they are in good hands. They are always ready to go above and beyond their normal duties. Again, thank you very much for all that you do for them and for all of the patients that are under your care. These are unprecedented times and you are all working very hard for the well-being of your patients/community.

We went to the clinic for the first. The whole journey from appointment to exiting after pharmacy was smooth and seamless. Dr. Brunthiga Paramananthan was an amazing doctor. She listened to us about all the issues and answered all our question. The front office was also very corteous and fast in handling patients.

Pharmacist is extremely rude at this location. Be careful doing business with them. You have a consultation and then when you return for treatment there are all kinds of hidden charges. Ended paying $200 more than I budgeted for because I was not informed of these fees upfront. When I tried explaining that I think this was unprofessional the receptionist was nonchalant and the pharmacist was extremely rude and dismissive. I have no problem paying the fees but in these trying times people need to be told in advance. Stay away. Rude people. The one star is for the lady who did the procedure

Worst place ever to get any tests done. These guys never follow up after the tests are done. I called 20 days after and the receptionist did not know if my test results were back yet. Then I got consultation with Cardiologist after 1 week, which was over the phone, but somehow these guys want me to be in the clinic for a phone consult!! On top, when I asked why do I have to come in-person for a phone consult, the craziest response… the doctor wants to hear your heartbeat from our equipment over the phone!! Are you serious??? These guys are just trying to make money, don’t have any regards for patients or processes in place.

Terrible clinic, with terrible service, and the front desk receptionist MANJOT is one of the rudest and unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my life. Just because of this woman's behavior I am thinking of changing my primary physician as well. I would highly recommend people NOT to go to this place EVER. Doctors are good or not good is completely irrelevant but the experience you would get here is of course TERRIBLE to say the least. If these type of people are sitting at the reception who is RUDE and MEAN and has no patience to deal with patients - despite being in a hospitality industry I would most definitely question the credibility of this place

This review is based solely on one doctor as the remaining staff experiences have been great. Dr. Tarek Moustafa has got to be one of the worst doctors I have experienced. He is arrogant and condescending. He did not listen to any one of my concerns.

The most pleasant experience at a medical clinic we’ve ever had! We came in this afternoon and we were in and out within 15 minutes. The receptionists are friendly and efficient, we were put into a room immediately. Within 2 minutes the doctor was in the room with us. He was knowledgeable and the care was great. We would give more stars to this staff if we could!

My doctor retired during the lockdowns so I started coming to this clinic. Initially l was impressed and decided to make Dr jack my GP. What a mistake. From when I first came to this clinic until now, he has changed. He rushes apts. Makes u feel like ure bothering him. I paid for a report to be completed. His staff was supposed to email it to me. I’ve requested it several times and not a single response. Dr Omar who is their internal medicine physician is great thus far. I would have given a 1 star since that’s the lowest but Omar is good so they get a 2. Off on a search for a new family doctor again!

Well run and efficient. Doctors are young and eager to serve!

My wife and I have always had a good experience here with Dr. Sean. Appointments are generally available. Reception staff is very polite. Dr. Sean even calls us back with test results surprisingly, which is super helpful.

Very good clinic. Walk ins and appointments available too, which is really helpful. Dr. Seun is a very thorough doctor and with a great attitude and respectful (This shouldn’t even need saying, everyone should be treated respectfully, but I’ve had experiences with bad doctors). They are pretty good at keeping appointments on time. And the receptionists are truly helpful and pleasant. I switched to this clinic for family dr after a few positive experiences with them. Worth mentioning that the on site pharmacy is also very good, they move quickly and are friendly and helpful.

Love this walk in clinic and really wish that Dr Vanessa Lee took on patients as a family doctor - she is a breath of fresh air for a walk in clinic doctor. Even so, Dr Luke Profitt (no longer at this location unfortunately) and Dr Seun are great doctors too. Reception is also super kind and considerate. Walk ins never have to wait a super long time which is great but online booking tool is also super easy to use. Dr Seun does need a bit of direction regarding follow-ups and has occasionally needed a reminder from patients on when they're waiting a callback but you should not only rely on your doctor to follow up regarding your health. It's in your hands too, so if you haven't heard, just give a call.

I started coming to this clinic after my family doctor retired. The clinic came highly recommended and I've recommended it onwards too. The staff are professional, friendly, patient and efficient - that includes the administrative staff, doctors and specialists. I can get an appointment when I need it or can use the walk-in. There is also a pharmacy on-site which is convenient. I'm grateful to have found this clinic. Thanks to all of the staff!

Today was my first time in this clinic, the receptionist was nice, the clinic clean, I am very pleased. Dr. Seun was very nice, he answered my concerns very kindly. I recommend him. Thank Dr. Seun

Terrible front desk service！Terrible front desk service！Terrible front desk service！I have been to this medical center twice. I know three front desk employees so far and talked to all of them(one Asian employee and two Indian employees, one of the Indian employee has a bigger size of body and darker skin), that Asian lady and the other Indian lady is quite normal. But the Indian female employee who has bigger body size is not patient at all. Her attitude and her service will ruin your days for sure. She is not gonna be helpful for you and she is like not familiar with her work. Be careful with that employee will make your life easier and happier. I will give 0 star if could just because of this employee’s services.

I guess my experience wasn't as great as others. May be it's because the doctor isn't good at dealing with babies but my visits at this clinic were disappointing. Dr Luke saw my infant twice and on both occasions he seemed in a hurry and not that interested in seeing the patient. On one occasion he vaccinated him in the arm instead of leg and didn't fill out the vaccination card nor provide any heads up about potential side effects and what to do about them. Would not recommend this clinic for infants.

Booked online and got an appointment right away, I was in and out in 15 mins with medication, Dr. Seun was really good.

A wonderful clinic to visit. From front desk to doctors, everyone works hard and fast to meet patient needs. Online and over the phone booking system is very efficient. Dr. Luke is very professional and helpful. He patiently listens to my concerns and addresses them in a thoughtful manner. Front desk staff are friendly. Special mention to Priya for being very courteous over the phone.

I had an amazing experience. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. The doctor was very good. He did not rush me through the visit and seemed knowledgeable in many areas (I came with 3 completely unrelated things). It also seems like the doctors there work as a team and tap into each other’s expertise if necessary. I will be back to this clinic next time I need treatment.

A buddy of mine referred me to Prime Medical Centre and I'm thankful that he did! I found the front reception and pharmacy staff to be friendly, polite, efficient and they pick up on the phone on the first ring! lol, however, its the doctors that sets this place apart. Both Dr Profitt and Dr Razek are kind, calming, knowledgable and perhaps most important , they don't rush you out the door. They took the time to both listen to my concerns and offer their advise. Honestly, the whole staff at Prime Medical Centre has restored my faith in the medical system.

This is an absolutely fantastic clinic, the Doctors and Staff are so great. Even the pharmacy attached is very well run. They care about providing excellent service and go above expectations. Solid 5 Star.

Visited this clinic and was seen by Dr. Lee. Was in the clinic for symptoms of a UTI. She took a urine sample from me, she tested it and diagnosed it but said she will send it to the lab for further testing. She assured me that I would hear back In a few days. 3 days after not hearing back and still not feeling well, I called to follow up. The receptionist informed me that the urine was not sent to the lab. I asked why not and she said because Dr.Lee already tested it… absolutely pathetic.

Dr. Luke and his team of doctors and staff are the best. They look after me and my family, which includes my two daughters (1 & 3 yo). He is so informative, caring and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend him and his team.

My rating is specifically for Mitesh the physiotherapist at this location, he was an incredible help to me with my long-standing work related injury. I also really liked Dr Luke Profitt but he is no longer at this location unfortunately :(

My entire family are patients of Dr. Seun, when are family doctor retired, we were given a recommendation to see him, and he took us all on. He is extremely thorough with all of us, especially my 3 year old son who has a complex medical background. He takes his time when he is with us, and asks questions. The girls at the front desk have always been very friendly and helpful. They know who we are as soon as we walk in the door, and always asks how each family is, even if they are not being seen by a doctor. I would absolutely recommend this doctors office to other people!

We had one of the best experiences that you can have at a walk-in clinic at this clinic. We were in and out in around half an hour. It’s clean and reception is efficient. Most importantly, Dr. Adegbenro has restored some of my faith in family physicians. Whereas most family doctors are practicing tele”health”, Dr. Adegbenro is not only doing what doctors should be doing (i.e. seeing sick patients in person), but he also does it with kindness, warmth, patience, and empathy. My 2.5 year old was great with him and he reassured me all would be well. Thank you, Dr. Adegbenro! It’s very much appreciated.

My visit was really great. Appointment was for 2:45 and I was out the door with my meds at 2:58. Friendly doctor and staff 😁

Receptionist are very polite and understanding. Didn’t have to wait for long. I came to see Dr. Luke, he listened to my issues very carefully with complete attention. His way of dealing with patients is remarkable. I never had such a good experience with any other doctor in Canada. Highly recommend. Must go and check.

Amazing experience, especially for a walk in. Made an appointment with Dr. Vanessa, was taken in within minutes. Asked about three different problems, which she took care of all in 15 mins. The lady at the reception was also very kind. Definitely book your appointment, and try to avoid busy times if possible. Honestly this place is the best it can get within a healthcare crisis of this scale.

Nothing but great experiences here. Great doctors and an amazing pharmacist!! She is so nice!
