I had been Dr Furqan's patient for approximately 12-15 years, one would expect a great dr-patient relationship, and I believed truly that we had one, but what made me stop going to go her was that she indirectly admitted to my face that my value as her paying patient was close to zero. She made me wait 3 hours on top of the 1 hour wait time to see 3 other patients, who should've been directed to emergency hospital services (she actually told me their problems so I felt that my private information could also have been shared with other patients without me being any the wiser), and then she proceeded to shame me for complaining of the long wait times and crazy vaccine charges (they charged me almost $500 for travel vaccines for my kids, plus $15 fee for getting them done??) And her behaviour was just plain disappointed and curt after that. I just never looked back. Too insulting, are we not allowed to have complaints? If they were unreasonable she could've explained it nicely, but the condescending tone was hurtful after telling me other patients are way more important. Wish I could give them -5 stars. The rude receptionist didn't help either.

Horrible staff on the phone, bad mannered and really rude. They will even shout at the patient if need be. Not professional at all. I think they should hire trained staff and not just random people. Sorry to say, but that is the truth.

Worst clinic in the mississauga don't go there front desk staff unqualified ,non professional, rude and biased. Giving 1 star just because Dr. Furqan. Otherwise I would give them zero. Stay away if you are new.

Dr. RAFEY is most arrongent I have ever met Dr.'s in my life. I wish i could complaint her somewhere.

Well after reading the reviews youll probably have second thoughts on coming here, people think its so easy to run a clinic with 5 doctors and 2 specialist, my family and i have been coming here for over 6 years, yearly physical is done here with blood work and urine test. i guess the people that whines a lot here are the ones who think they are better and special than the next person, appointment is taken yes but they also have to accommodate the walk ins, this is the world that we live in, our previous family doctor used to make us wait for 2 hrs or so so in comparison this is way better. so have lots of patience, relax and bring something to read.

Their customer service is extremely poor. We have been calling and requesting for a record of our kid, however, they put us on hold and never call back.

Horrendous service, they should be sued for using the phrase Best Care for false advertisement. Spoke to a receptionist made an appointment for a specific time, called the day before confirming the time I was showing up, and was told that it was good for me to show up at that time. Walk in 10 minutes before my appointment time and the receptionist first off told me I was a walk in, when I had made an appointment, then pretended to call someone and when I asked her who she called, she just pulled an answer out from her behind, then proceeds to tell me the doctor is done for the day. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR SET APPOINTMENTS. I drove for 30 minutes to come to this appointment and they literally could not care less about the clerical error they made. These are the so called “professionals” of our healthcare system.

The worst clinic to go to. Having been a patient at this clinic for over a decade and they could not care less. Dr. Rafay is plain rude and Dr. Furqan is useless. She doesn’t actually care about her patients. I was given a phone appointment after she cancelled on my in office appointment and she called the wrong number and didn’t bother even trying to correct it. She just moved on to her next patient. The older lady who has been working as a receptionist for many years is also not understanding at all. It’s frustrating as a patient and she just shuts you up. The whole clinic need to be refreshed with new faces because these ones are no longer serving their purpose. Many better family doctors out there. Sincerely, a patient who is has been waiting 2+ weeks to hear from her doctor but her doctor is only concerned about cashing her cheque

Worst customer service. Wait hours even with appointment. And when you complain be ready for a super unprofessional and uncurtious response.

one of the best medical centre I don't know why people are abusing them ,as far as I know their service is very good and upto the mark,i have 5 years experience with them all the staff and Dr are very friendly and always help u in best way they can, every clinic takes them as the number of patients are way too much. And I think its good that they take time to listen you and diagnose you properly, not like other clinics where u sit all day n at the end they give u Advil or forward your case to specialist where u wait for months for appointment. We all family members went their. I think they are best of all

I spoke with some heartless pharmacy staff called Puna or Punya who did not care that I had a situation where I needed an immediate doctor’s prescription for an existing condition and would not expedite that message to the doctor. This is after learning from the pharmacy that for some reason, my prescription records have not been updated since 2019, even though I have been regularly getting my BP Meds prescribed and refilled through this pharmacy. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. This pharmacy is a joke and not one I’ll continue using.

This muslim lady here is very rude. Doesnt have any manners how to talk to patients. I don’t know on what basis she got a job here since she doesn’t have any sense how to talk to customers.

Staff is quite friendly and the nurses do help with any questions. Receptionists are very lovely and helpful and the doctors are very quick YET still take time to listen and explain things. No body is perfect 100% so that is the reason for the 4 stars but ive been coming here since i was very little and im now and adult so that should say something!

New Best Care Medical staff and Dr's, specifically Dr. Rayfay, are kind, caring and thorough. They are a professional organization that I trust to care for me and my family.

Great experience! Everyone was very nice, and friendly! I did not feel like I was an inconvenience to anyone, which is the feeling you get from a lot of walk in clinics. I was in an out in about an hour which was a bonus. New Best Care Medical Centre is just that, the BEST! Keep it up!

Very Unorganized long wait without any reason

This is the best walk in clinic in Mississauga. They provide quality care that is quick and effective. My ears were severely blocked and I was having hearing loss issues along with tinnitus. Today I had an ear irrigation procedure with Dr. Furqan and she did an amazing job as always. My hearing has never been better and I'm so thankful.

Wish I could rate this clinic zero stars... My family has been coming here for years and honestly wish we switched family doctors sooner. My mom had mentioned her medical concerns but each time Dr. Rafay just ignored it and made them seem like it was nothing. With stuff like "we only do testing once a year for that" My mom constantly went to check if she was okay and as soon as it was too late she rushed all the tests and we figure out she has stage 4 cancer.. She then questions why she was not treated sooner. Not only that but she will hardly check you and just prescribe any medicine! After her knowing of my family tragedy and that I wanted to speak to someone (therapist) regarding it, she told me she cant talk now and that i have to book an appointment, i felt very awkward. Wish I never went here, really regret choosing this family doctor.

Poor customer service is the specialty of this clinic, unlike their name its a poor care medical center.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. I see a lot of negative comments on wait time, but it takes a lot of effort to run a clinic and it isnt easy. Every clinic I've been to has long wait times. Compared to them, new best care is quite reasonable. I highly recommend going there for checkups.

Very very long wait times always, even after getting appointments. Don't know which sequence they follow the patients for appointments, as I have been waiting for more than 90 miuntes now, and the people who came after me have been called. When I approached the reception about reminding that I was here first, I was told that there still are few patients before me, and the doctor was late, thus so much wait. And this happens almost every time. Either they are mismanaged, do not know how to schedule, unorganized, or thet are simply UNPROFESSIONAL and dont care about duty of care towards patients and dont bother about wasting their time.
