Good hotel at the airport. Despite the proximity to the airport, the rooms are quiet and you can sleep well. The beds are very comfortable. There is a free shuttle bus every half hour between the airport and the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is very good by North American standards.

Dear Element, We stayed at your hotel in Toronto many times, and we enjoyed every stay. We especially like the burritos and avocado toast that you serve for breakfast. They were awesome. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly. We also like how you put out pens and notepads for us. We like how It’s next to a airport. The kids love running up and down the hill next to it. Overall, Element is the best hotel we ever stayed at. We love you, Element! Signed, The Cheung family

We just checked out today. Me and my family got 2 rooms for 4 days and 3 nights. My family came from new york to visit for our daughters baptism. The third night we came back to the hotel for our last night after a long day, we noticed cigarette smell coming from near the elevator and through the hallways. We immediately called reception to complain as we have 2 small babies that are not even 1 year olds yet and 3 other children with us. They simply brushed it off saying they okay they will try to fix the smell. Day of check out, someone was clearly still smoking around our floor and has covered the hallways of the smell. We complained again to the concierge and according to Lisa that “unfortunately people do smoke” as if to say that it is what it is even after seeing the baby getting pushed around the stroller. Lisa had no shame to even defend what the hotel has plastered around the floors saying that they are a smoke free hotel and to breathe in the fresh air. clearly not. I hope that she will do something rather than shrug the complaint off.

My family and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and most of my experience was very good, the environment was great, the staff were nice and polite. One unsatisfactory order I gave a three star rating is; On Saturday, November 5, around 7pm, a hotel van pulled up to the middle exit gate by the side of the hotel parking, and over a short distance, the driver suddenly accelerated to around 50 kilometers per hour. I had to turn and park on the side very carefully to avoid any accident. The license plate number is 179 2BL. Please instruct all employees to maintain a low speed in hotel areas. Thanks!

Just needed a night to stay after a long day of flying. Pro: the room looks great. For what they charge I expected better. Got to the room, no toilet paper, the soap & shampoo bottle dispensers were empty. Booked for 3 but only had 2 sets of towels which is fine, it happens. The last thing was the checkout, mentioned the situation but they didn’t seem to care.

As several hotels near by, this hotel was located very close to Toronto Pearson Airport, and was very convenient who has to take an early morning flight. The facility seemed very new and the room was clean and well-maintained. Maybe it is not their fault but mine, but it was not very easy for me to find the hotel entrance. You may think it is weird, but the hotel shares its entrance with another hotel, which made me fail to find it. Also their shuttle service (maybe only early hours, though) seemed weak for the number of guests. You may want to call Uber to avoid long lines. I wrote some negative things, but the stay itself was quite good!

Exactly as advertised when I first found this place. The staff are friendly and helpful, building offers in house laundry units so that you can pack lighter on clothes and app integration is useful as well albeit the mobile key aspect is finicky at times. Room was more than spacious for 2 people and with an added kitchenette it was definitely worth it. For longer trips (>1 week) I would recommended this place to anyone albeit you really want to rent a vehicle for transport as it is quite out of the way from a majority of must sees and experiences that Toronto has to offer, on the other hand being a couple of minutes away from the airport is very convenient as well.

This is great hotel - within walking distance to T3. Rooms spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchenette comes in handy. Hotel also has a 24-hr gym and pool. Terrace is lovely too. Would recommend. However, I only gave four stars because one of the receptionists was extremely unfriendly and inefficient. After a long flight, you wouldn’t want to deal with such unfriendliness and incompetence. Every other staff in the hotel was great - smiling and helpful.

Some of the nicest staff we have ever had at a hotel. Kind, friendly, and accommodating. Hotel room was also great, clean, and updated. Even though we are so close to the airport, we also couldn’t hear a thing. Great sound proofing. We travelled with 3 kids under 8 and it was very comfortable.

We stayed here while our condo was being fixed for about 5 weeks. It was such a great experience, we tried two hotels prior before landing on this one. The rooms are bright, clean and updated, the pool and hot tub were nice, we used it often without issue. Mostly, all the hotel staff were all amazing each and every day! Namely, Leo, Boguslawa and Thusanth from breakfast and Samy, Evelina, Mary, Prashant and Zach from reception! Very appreciative of such wonderful people, addressed everything right away and kindly.

While I'll admit that the hotel is on the pricier side, if you're looking for a fantastic stay with breakfast and you need to be comfortable, this is definitely the place to book. Enjoyed it so much that we came back twice within a month period. Conveniently located and access to the gym, pool and airport shuttles 24 hours. Once I need to be nearby to the airport, I'll stay at this gem.

I had a studio king on the 5th floor. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the linens appropriate. The bathroom was large with a lovely shower. This hotel was amazingly quiet for an airport hotel. I had no issues with the wifi. All of the staff from servers at breakfast to the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. This is an excellent option for a stay before a flight. I would recommend Element and would stay again.

We stayed at the hotel and everything was excellent, rooms were clean staff was good. But there was one front staff who is still in train a gentleman with a round glass frame, gave us attitude for not reason and gave us the same attitude the second night. It sounded like he hates his job. Everything and everyone was beautiful but him.

Found garbage not even that hidden just on the other sides of tables and showers intentionally cut the hot water off after 5 minutes. Eco friendly or not, that's just horrible. I can tell it's some sort of automated timer because hot water from the sink and kitchen areas both continue to provide steaming-hot water. This is particularly infuriating if you are sharing a room with another person. Basically only a single person gets a hot shower.

Great location relative to the airport and highways. Quite literally walking distance to YYZ. Stayed 2 nights. Very clean and modern. Tons of outlets/charging ports. Rooms were way more spacious than expected. Perfect for a family. Pool was 24hrs and heated—- loved it. I wish I’d taken more photos of the breakfast—- options were plentiful and delicious.

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, with an amazing staff that are willing to help. They have a free airport shuttle every 30 min which makes life easier to get to/from Pearson Airport. Arrived at 2:00AM because of flight cancellation and Ishaan was extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were more than expected, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was very nice, and had everything you needed. It’s not huge, but the quality is up there, and it has a Chef-Manned station to elevate your experience. Even though my stay here was short, I really enjoyed it.

This room was perfect as we stayed a park and stay. Super bed, amazing room with new modern design with amazing kitchenette if needed. Plus pool and gym open 24h. Plus 24 h shuttle to the airport. Loved this stay!

We had an overnight layover so we booked a night here and I wish we could've stayed longer! The room was so comfortable in every way - clean, quiet, fully stocked with everything you would need, super cozy comfy beds, good aircon, and an awesome shower. The service of the staff was great too, even let us store our bags after we checked out so we could explore downtown a bit before our flight. The free shuttle to and from the airport was super convenient and the drivers were always so friendly. The breakfast that was included was also very tasty. 10/10 would recommend

If I could give this place negative rating I would. I will say the beds are very comfortable, however my rating has nothing to do with the actual room. The every 30 minute shuttle services from the airport took over an hour to come and pick us up and then at 10pm we were getting ready to go to sleep and someone entered our room with a key unannounced and the front desk had no sympathy and told us we should have had the do not disturb sign on the door. How is anyone supposed to be able to sleep after that. Absolutely pathetic service.

I have stayed in many element hotels, this one has to be the worst. The room had an smell like someone had cooked steak in it. And there was strand of hair on the corner of the vanity. The front desk agents were not friendly especially the gentleman who tends to ignore me when we I approach him with a question. Plus he gives you a condescending newer line I’m stupid. And charging $28 for the parking is a rip off.

  • 5/5 Fatima T. 9 months ago on Google
Great hotel. The only problem we faced was the hotel shuttle service. It us a very small shuttle that couldn't take all the guests who had an early flight. We had to call an uber.

Perfectly fine airport hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful except one of the cleaners, after telling her I don’t need my room made up, she came in without asking and started taking garbage cans. I get that she want to take it away and clean it up, but at least ask if I want to and if it’s ok with me. The bathroom was a bit dirty with some hair and dust on the ground. The breakfast I found was a bit lacking in options, the pastries were good but lacks good hot options unfortunately. The location was good, the airport shuttle was on time and the vehicle was clean and modern.

Great hotel and wonderful rooms, ours with a kitchen. Comfortable beds. TV reception could be better. Internet's good. A bit noisy at times but this close to the airport, that's expected. Good restaurant and nice breakfast. Very helpful front desk too. On our return, Zach and Monica at the front desk were very helpful in rebooking our room after a flight cancellation. The proximity to terminal three is ideal. You can walk in 5-10 minutes depending on your luggage and weather. They do offer a shuttle every thirty minutes too. Laundry machines were very welcome after a long trip. The pantry in the lobby provides snacks, microwave dinners and even pasta and sauce if you want to cook in your room. Our room had a well set out cooker, pots and pans, microwave oven, stove top, and coffee maker. We were happy to have chosen Elements for our stay.

Disclaimer that we got our room at a very nice discount through an app, putting it just over 200 cad for one night plus comp breakfast. When it comes to hotels, I'm a clean freak, sensitive and difficult to please. But I'm very chuffed with Element Toronto Aiport. Rooms are beautiful, comfy and airy. Staff are professional and handle situations with flexibility. My friend lost their card key whilst we were checking out and they noticed early on that he was a bit flustered searching his luggage and told us we should keep it as a nice souvenir as it'd be more hassle for him to find it. As someone who trained in customer service, it was lovely to see exceptional care and the attention to detail I saw from all their concierge staff. We did eventually find and return the key card! Cleaning staff were friendly and their work was impeccably pristine. I really cannot state the importance of cleanliness in a hotel and they 100% know how to do their job. We got two queen beds and they were super comfy. The sheets were very crisp as opposed to soft but felt very clean and comfortable. Travel is exhausting and Element helped us recharge completely. My favourite feature, the desk in our room, was the best I've ever seen in a hotel, full with 1 chair and 2 comfy stools. I always work on the go and it's impossible to find proper work desks in hotels, and this one is fab. They offer alcohol pads to sanitise the remote etc if you wish. There wasn't much to see using the TV since we weren't bothered to log into our own streaming accounts. We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen but it also has various cups, cutlery etc that you could have a small party in there! The purified tap water tastes lovely. The complimentary breakfast was small but hearty - covered many preferences (fruit, milk/cereal, yoghurts/fruit toppings/granola, warm bun/sandwich, cold sandwich, fruit juices, coffee, muffins, croissants etc). I didn't have a single gripe during my stay. If I had to mention anything, their shampoo+conditioner was slightly drying and the water pressure in our room, though not weak, wasn't too satisfying either. Remember to turn off the AC upon entering your room if it's wintertime as it gets cold during the night. The airport shuttles right outside the hotel come frequently (every 30 mins, sometimes shorter) and that was very handy as we had a flight to catch the next day. Would most certainly return here.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff is mostly friendly :-) The guy at CheckIn was a bit rude (he had problems to find my booking - don't know why in the end and it seems that this was my fault somehow from his point of view) but overall service is good. Hotel is, directly next to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus (going every 30 minutes from the hotel). Inside of the hotel is also a bar / restaurant.

Checking in and out was simple and pleasant. Rooms are lovely. New and clean. It was great having a friendly pub to go to, we even had dinner there! The craft beer was delicious as was the food.

I must say, this has probably been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are amazing. You really feel like you’re in your own bachelor suite. Each suite has all of the amenities you could possibly desire to be comfortable in your room especially if you have a long stay; a desk for studying/work, pull out mattress, refrigerator, stove top for you to cook you own meals, dishwater/dish washer, smart tv and more. I really enjoyed my stay here with my partner. We had complimentary breakfast. It was small but we were satisfied. We had trouble with the tv in our first room so we were placed into another room with no fuss and no delay from staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend

It is a beautiful hotel, very modern, and kept very clean. I have few complaints, but I would otherwise stay here again. The only two bad things are: Restaurant prices are high and there was a non-functioning light in our room (near the headboards). The great things: The included breakfast is awesome (we had avocado toast!) and nutritious, the room was very clean and besides the broken light - everything was in great condition, and despite being so near to the airport, the sound-proofing was excellent. Would recommend and would gladly stay again!

This Marriott chain hotel is nicely located near the airport. A shuttle runs every 30 min from both terminals. There is a restaurant on location which helps if you don't want to go out. The rooms were nice and clean but I found the HVAC unit too loud at night and I wasn't able to sleep very well as it was also blowing air to my face and the fan couldn't be controlled.

  • 3/5 Emily R. 2 years ago on Google
I had to book last minute due to a missed connecting flight. Was great to be able to book a room and check in within minutes. Great beds and pillows, great room and bathroom. Only downside was the early morning staff- 5am and it felt like I was burdening them by checking out and buying a bottle of water. Not a great attitude but I recognize that mornings aren’t for everyone. At $222/night, however, a good attitude is the least you could do.

Very clean and quiet. Fast transportation from the airport as it's very close to the terminal. Special shout out to Mussie, the airport shuttle driver who went out of his way to help me when I realized I had left my phone in my room - he made an extra trip back for me and waited while I retrieved it, then still got me back to the airport on time. Thank you!!! Room was very clean, front desk and housekeeping staff very friendly. Beds are comfortable, pillows were also good. Everything worked, had a full ironing board. I will stay here again - very good value for an airport hotel.

So glad I found this absolute gem of a hotel so close to the airport. Every time I stay it gets better. Service from the front desk all the way to the bar is amazing (Shoutout to Alex at the Front Desk and Jobert at the bar) We have stayed a couple of times before flights and the shuttle service and parking is easy, efficient, and cheap! We also stayed here for a Jays Game, hotels downtown were ridiculously priced so we ended up taking the up which is only a short walk away. The best part by far has to be the rooms, they are well appointed, spacious, clean, and quiet! I absolutely loved the Executive suite when we had a family trip, we were all able to enjoy spending time together in one room without having half the people on the floor! The One Bedroom suite is a nice upgrade even for Solo trips, having a kitchen island in a hotel room is amazing! All around very happy with this property, I am a proud Bonvoy member because of awesome hotels like this one!

Of you need a hotel right by the airport I guess it's fine and lots of things on site i saw near the front desk you can chips, uncooked pasta, a tin of sauce, humble, but edible and it appeared to have a nice restaurant, but not a place for a Toronto tourist to use as a base. Otherwise very clean. The bed was very squishy, some people like that I guess, but it was a bit tough to get on and stay on. TV was fine, but the channels didn't match the guide, and the shower was ok, not great. I couldn't figure out how to change the spray, and you had to be out of the shower to turn it on which meant water was splashing onto the floor. The parking is very expensive though I got a good spot and they were courteous about letting it be charged to the room, though I struggled to get the card to read at the parking exit and finally just pushed all the buttons until I heard a phone ringing and finally they let me out. All in all...decent, but not great.

Checked in for a short stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable Zach is an amazing concierge deserves kudos. Got a clean and bright newly renovated room that had all the needs. Full kitchen, living space and separate bedroom. Tons of amenities and couple mins shuttle from the airport. Dont need to think twice this place offers more than most. Will stay again!

Phenomenal hotel experience. The room decor is right out of an EQ3 catalog. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is quiet despite the proximity to the airport. Parking is great (paid but secure). The best part is the breakfast. Made to order specialties each morning and an amazing Lavazza coffee machine which makes some of the best latte and cappuccino!

Quiet quiet quiet!! No hallway noise. No doors slamming. Cannot hear traffic or planes. Super clean. Well appointed. Amazing bed and bedding. Best hotel stay in a long time and I’m super picky. Only wish I had know the room had a fully stocked kitchenette (dishes, toaster, dishwasher and more!)

Overall a decent airport hotel. Rooms are above average for the type of hotel. Day staff are good. Night staff... Ok at best.

We stayed at this Hôtel for 2 weeks and loved all of it. The staff is amazing! The room was clean and modern with smart TV, comfy beds, kitchen, etc. The pool and hot tub was nice and open 24h. Thé elevators are fast and they have good washer/dryer. I am coming back to this hôtel soon and even if I am going to work downtown I am staying there because is it totally worth it.

Great place to go over night! Lovely interior with stove, fridge and amenities. Good food and service in the restaurant. Breakfast was awesome with the chef cooking up orders. Only down side is that there is a limited choice of places to eat. I will definitely stay again.

Brand new, sparkling clean! Spoiled with included breakfast. Had the kitchenette in my room, came with everything needed. They really thought of everything for our best stay! Highly recommend!

Nice hotel with shuttle service from Toronto Pearson International Airport. Also a adequate breakfast buffet style. Would like to note the poor recognition of Marriott Bonvoy Elite status, make sure you read the fine print before your stay.

Took the shuttle to and from the airport, it runs every 30 Mins to Terminal 1 & 3. The hotel room was so nice, we had a kitchenette which I was not expecting with a stove top, fridge, sink and even a dishwasher! The pool and gym are open 24 hours so we had a late night hot tub session after a long day of travel. The breakfast was very good and lots of healthy options and they even said we can pack up our breakfast to go if we needed. Will definitely stay here again!
